Lovely big open space. Great for family walks / walking family dog / jog / exercise / picnics. It's strange and a little worrying to see quite large piece of land gated off, a number of trees cut down and heavy duty plastic boars covering some of the grass. Also a little unsettling seeing guard dogs and workmen / security at night in said area. The rest of wormwood scrubs is a beautiful place, I hope that it remains a nice green area

Wormwood Scrubs is a vast inner London country park (170 acres). It has wide open spaces, scrubland, woodland, and recreational areas. It can be accessed via Scrubs Lane, Hammersmith Hospital, or via several points of egress in East Acton. Great for walking your dog(s), playing with your kids, playing football, rugby or hurling. They're is a dedicated area for flooring remote control planes/drones. They're are two car parks at Hammersmith hospital and on Scrubs Lane. Buses 220, 283, 70, 7, 72 will drop you nearby. Check it out.

It's a beautiful park, huge!!! Perfect for exercising or taking the dogs. I usually go for walks with my daughter. It has several soccer fields, an area for exercising with equipment, a small park for children that is close to a stable where you can see the horses, it has part of a reserve for birds. Great and beautiful park.

Never has the name of a London green space so accurately suggested what lies within - it's almost onomatopoeia. If you're a fan of brambles, bushes and a general feeling of cultivated unkemptness, look no further than The Scrubs. Oh, and I found a crab apple tree

The park has a reputation but after being there myself I discovered it was actually a lovely mediel size London park. I liked the snake of forest that goes along the edge and makes you feel out of london evern though it's only tens of meters wide. The park has a large central grass area good for picnics or basking in the summer β˜€οΈ.

Beautiful park. Lots of greenery. There’s plenty of space of fun activities. Often find people chilling or walking dogs. There’s a kids park, fitness area, sports stadium and car parking available. Lucky to live local as on a sunny day everyone flocks to Hyde Park which is packed with people, this park is much quieter and peaceful.

A wonderful place to walk. A wide open space with woodland patches. Particularly around the edges. There is nearly always enough breeze to fly a kite. Great for picnics in the summer. It can get very muddy. Some people do not control their dogs properly.

Perfect place for a walk or just to relax, it even has many football pitches, you can even do bird watching or bug catching. Beautiful field with a clam forest area. Although it is next to large prison there are no problems. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful park. Perfect for taking kids all ages. There are at least 2 children's playgrounds, a BMX track, lots of benches throughout the park to sit back and relax. The park is extremely dog-friendly, just a long as you abide by the rules. I believe there are a few picnic benches too.

Interestingly the prison was named after the park. The park gets its name from a plant that would treat worm infections. Very large for being so close to London. Nice fields. Something missing though

Good park with nice views but barely any proper paths. Becomes extremely muddy everywhere. Would avoid on wet cold days.

Very good park , good condition. As ot my first visit I did not see any toilets or water for the dogs. It was well maintained and no rubbish around . I felt pretty safe. The good thing was I am able to see my dogs from a distance but also I am able to see what us going on around me including if dangerous dogs is in the area. I still believe that water is essential in all parks but most of then is not available.

Green recreation area, located on the outskirts of the busy city. Definitely a great location for a picnic on a summer days, place with dedicated area to play football, enough space to fly a kite. If you choose to go for a walk around the Wormwood, you may be lucky to find a seating bench in between the trees. Lot's of people passing by with their dogs.

The park is huge and it is a good running spot. 3.5km lap. But the ground is not flat and there are some dangerous holes where feet can get stuck and ankles get destroyed. Some dogs pounced at me while I was running. A lot of dog droppings. Extremely dark in the afternoon, probably dangerous. Some homeless people sleeping overnight. Some people fly drones, hopefully they don't drop on your heads. Large football trainings take place around 7pm. Some families come for picnics. The ground becomes unusable for 2 days when it rains. The park is next to a big prison but never had any problem

Nice open space park. Nice hot with slight breeze on a hot summer day like today. Doggies paradise in morning and afternoon. Horses and ponies nearby along with Longford Christie stadium. Ample paying carpark spaces.

Mostly wide open spaces, good for football or dogs. We walked from Hyde Park! A long walk, but needed to get some steps in.

Don't get me wrong,it's a lovely wide open field, but some owners of dogs just let them run around with no regard to young children or families having a picnic there, has a couple of small children's playgrounds which is great for the summer time

Is good for going with your dog for a walk or to have a picnic. But it doesn't have many benches or places to sit so you'll have to sit on the floor and it can get quite hot. Good views though.

If you don't want to be near people this is your place. Huge space, all green and very well kept.
