I've parked here a few times now but never again. Every single time I returned to my car there were multiple other cars with smashed windows. The final time the police were there with yet another very distressed motorist with their entire back window smashed in, and they advised me that they get called regularly to this specific NCP and recommended NEVER to park there again. No CCTV, no liability (nor care) from NCP. I feel like I had a lucky escape.

If I could give 0 stars I would. NCP are colluding with the local car thieves by providing a location with no security and no CCTV cameras. ONLY PARK HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO OR WORSE. We paid 24 pounds and came back to find the passenger window smashed. NCP could not have cared less and were quick to remind me they had no liability. They market themselves as a trustworthy company and a safe place to park.It could not be further from the truth. They may as well hand out crow bars and light refreshments, they are doing everything else to support car thieves.

NCP London Barbican. Parked there and saw this individual on my dash cam - he walked around the cars with a torch looking inside for valuables. I am sure he is responsible for a lot of the thefts that are being reported in the car park.

Several levels down to find a space due to so many reserved spaces. Bad signage to the point where I went all the way to my car without seeing a sign for the payment machine (it's on the ground level in a corner near exit). Paid Β£12 for 5 hours parking on a Saturday only for the barrier not to lift! Problem with my ticket which took 30mins of being on hold to get sorted - the in built intercom didn't work so had to call myself. No-one in attendance. Shambles really.

Terrible... Dark cave with sharp edges protruding where you are meant to drive, and they want you to pay... Left without finding a parking bay big enough to even a smart car and now have a slash in the tyre. Plently of good alternatives nearby.

I've parked here but never ever again. Every single time I returned to my car there were multiple other cars with smashed windows. This time my car window got smashed. I’ve provided the recording from Tesla to the police, no action so far! Too bad London.

The car park is a nightmare, I parked my car up for the day and on coming back to collect it I found 2 crackheads sitting in my car smoking and i dealt them some swift justice. They won't be breaking into any cars soon.

Came back to a smashed rear window and belongings stolen despite not being in view. Find a more secure car park.

Happy enough with the car park and rates can be reasonable. Watch out for missing chunk of concrete on the kerb leaving the car park if you park below level 2. As you go up to level 2 it's on the driver side/off side. If you happened to be unlucky enough as I was to kerb your alloy there, the damage would likely to be worse than had the kerb was in good condition. I have highlighted this to NCP.

No one put paper in the machine for receipts ever so can’t claim vat back , have to pay 20% extra for someone because can’t be bothered to reload the machine, really frustrating otherwise okay, but would advise anyone in business to avoid

The prices are so high because it is so selfish driving a private automobile into the centre of one of the most important cities in the world, especially one that is well served by public transport. Please do not drive into central London, it is very selfish and is damaging to the environment and takes up loads of valuable space.

Convenient and not too bad on price/cost - but it is a bit tight for parking.

Cost Β£12 to park all day. I personally thought this was quite reasonable.

A slightly terrifying car park especially if you have a low car. The ramp from level 1 down to 2 is so narrow I thought I’d accidentally gone down the motorbike route. Several people I was with tried to use the app payment and it failed causing a massive wait (though mine was fine). Make sure you take the ramps very slowly!

This car park is very close to polish embassy and to central of london. Prices for this parking is quite ok and is possible to be pay through NCP app. Access to this underground parking with long car as mine is very hard especially on level -1 as very big kerb on right hand side. If that could be removed i will recommend this parking to all. Of course parking is inside congestion charge zone

Quite cheap parking in the city of London, and just 2 mins walk from the city of London museum.

Superb location... Ample space. Tight turns inside. Smelly to get out from lift. Overall a pass for good price in the square mile... Over never had a problem. More than 7 levels of parking first two levels are all reserved.

I was concerned about using this car park after the number of poor reviews based on security. However, we had no issues. It is worth noting that the pedestrian entrance allowed anyone to enter the car park (i.e. no need for a ticket) and the car park was very quiet. I can understand this being a bit unnerving for some. The car park was well lit with lots of spaces available. We booked via a 3rd-party and paid half of what NCP wanted if booking direct.

Wouldn't go alone! It was a Sunday so very empty (which is good in a way) but it's underground and felt dodgy. Returned 2 hours later to find my number plates had been stolen.

Always parking which is good and if it’s early bird prices u get really cheap, no phone service when you go down but it’s a car park so you can’t really moan.

Definitely, a very good spot to park but you guys need to action some security, better signalling of where to pay, how to get in and out and definitely five receipts for the parking for those who need to claim back to the companies. Also, you need to be tough with the fancy car owners as they park very badly using almost 3 spaces per car. Specially Tesla owners. πŸ˜’πŸ‘ŽπŸ½
