DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR IN THIS CAR PARK I would like to warn everyone that is very unsafe to park your car in this parking lot. No surveillance cameras available in the first and ground floor. Cameras are only situated in the entrance and exit. The Met Police were reluctant to help us out. Closed the case within 24 hours refusing to further investigate on the case. They told us that there is no reason to check the surveillance cameras at the entrance and the exit because they do not prove that our car has been robbed. Even if they find the footage of people carrying our luggages that fit the description and leaving the building, there is no evidence to prove that the luggages are actually ours. It left me speechless. The staffs told us that it happens quite often in this car parking lot, and the NCP does not take any further action to reduce the crime rate. I lost my luggages with valuables. Please do not risk parking your car in this car park. It is not solely about theft but people's safety.

Don’t use this car park! Our car got broken into only a few hours after we’ve parked it there. The rear and side windows were smashed in. The cameras in the car park are only for number plates so the police can’t do a thing about it. Also the security guard hasn’t noticed a thing. Apparently this happens a lot there...

Parked here for 3 and a half hours, returned to smashed rear window and laptop and luggage stolen. Staff not helpful at all. Still charged me for my time there and took well over an hour for someone to come and fill a form our to document the break in. I wouldn’t dream of using this car park again and would urge people not to go anywhere near it. It is not safe and NCP care about nothing other than taking your money.

The sparkle effect on the floor is broken glass! Covered in urine. The worst car park in london. More of a homeless shelter than a car park. Roller shutter always up and pedestrian access door always broken so free access for every down and out in london to break into your car and go to the toilet in the lift/stairs.

Don't park there, despite access to the car park being solely via a car parking ticket, shuttered garage doors and 'locked' door - somehow thieves were able to get in and out without nobody seeing them. Smells fishy to me. No CCTV. Park somewhere else. Don't take the risk. Wish I had read the reviews.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Expensive and unsafe. Our car was broken into with items stolen. Lots of homeless openly using drugs in the stairwell. At least three cars broken into during our stay. Travelodge need to stop recommending this is a place to park for guests.

Way too expensive. £40 for not even 2.5 hours! And for that price I would expect there to atleast be visible employees onsite, no rubbish, wider spaces, no overflowing skips everywhere, better security and most of for it not to have a dreadful smell of piss that is so strong you can taste it as soon as you walk in. Never again NCP carparks at this surprise rate. And this isn't the most expensive one I've seen in London yet! £40 for 2.5 hours! For less than that in that time I went to see a cracking musical and got food, meanwhile it cost more to park my vehicle! Awful carpark for the price, if it was cheap, fair enough but blimey, outrageous! Never again!

Don’t want to give any stars - but the system requires it. Totally dreadful experience. Stair well stank of urine. Car window completely smashed with a huge metal left beside the vehicle. Absent NCP staff clearly trained on how to report to the police as there was a crime scene number on a piece of card on the bonnet. DON’T PARK HERE - unless you want to pay £40 for parking and £380 for replacement car window. NCP reaction? ‘Parking at owners own risk’

Don’t Park Your Car Here You may need to go to Autoglass and police station after park your car here. Got windows smashed and break in. (At least four cars got smashed) The staff there is also highly suspicious. Most likely to cooperate with local criminals. After report this case to the parking lot, they said is not their responsibility. Unbelievable and disgusting.

Please do not park here. Our car was broken into. Within the 4 hours we left our bags in the car, they had broken in. There are no CCTV camera. We parked on the 2nd floor as the lower floors stank of urine. I think because we parked on a higher floor, this enabled the thieves to hide their crime. All they took was change! But the cost will be enormous to fix. It seems like it happens a lot here with broken into cars, however, I don't think NCP care. In all the times we have ever parked there , I've seen one worker there, who sat where the barriers are. NCP you need to provide your customers with better protection. You charge enough for the parking!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. I wish I’d read the other reviews before using this car park. I’d give zero if I could..Returned to our car to a smashed window & stolen briefcase (nothing Of value luckily and it was well hidden away). The joke is that we paid £42 (!!!) for a broken in to car and an unsafe facility. Long drive home with a busted window. I’m sure when I call NCP will hide behind their terms and conditions. You’d think after months and a high amount of this crime they’d improve the security. Joke

Parked there on Thursday 14th November returned to car park today . Driver’s window smashed and car ransacked. Alarm activated but no one saved my car . WHY !! Attendants today were helpful and helped clear some of the glass before our draughty 130 mile drive home . Police were called by NCP but only issued a crime number . Would appear security is zero despite the charges
