I don’t really do reviews. This is actually just the second time. But this place deserves it. What a gem! Manager and staff friendly as can be. But in an authentic way. Not the fake corporate hospitality style. They are serious about being friendly. And about their food. Excellent meat and sides. Plus, the gin tonic was great, too. (Should be a given, I know. Yet so many places succeed in messing it up, no?) Being a business traveller from Munich I will definitely come back.

Absolutely incredible food here - some of the best meat you'll taste! Definitely recommend the sharer as you get a lovely selection. It's cooked to perfection for me but if you do want it slightly more well done you can turn it yourself on the small grill the food is served on to suit your preference. Staff are super friendly and informative and the owners are very jolly and make it a great atmosphere. Price is very good for the incredible quality and generous portion size!

Fantastic steak, as good as it looks in the video. Friendly, helpful staff made me feel right at home. I sat at the counter and the bartender was the best. One of my favorite dinners in London. Highly recommended.

MUST EAT! i’m literally reviewing this while i’m still here because it was just that good. i was craving a deli sandwich & thank God none of the places were open because this place was DELICIOUS. i got the potreno steak sandwich, recommended by a member of staff. THANK YOU! so tender, so flavorful. bit salty, but all the other flavors overpower it & the portion is definitely enough to save for later. chips were literally perfect. i feel bad that i asked for mayo & ketchup because i literally loved them plain. came for the empanadas & they didn’t disappoint at all. ugh, so flaky with a crispy crust & delicious herb mix on the side. couldn’t recommend this place more. staff is very kind. they also gave me a dessert on the house because i was so full i didnt order one, but when it’s on the house i can’t turn it down!!! thank you for an amazing dining experience. i think they may be family owned but if not you can tell the staff is a family 🫶🏽 thanks for the pleasant experience in your lovely restaurant

Been here a few times and need to go back! Some of the best steaks and meats I’ve ever tasted. The service has been amazing every time I have been.I have recommended to friends and family and those who have gone have not been disappointed! Great location..very short walk from the Aldgate stations and right next to the city centre for when you finish also.

There are many chain steak restaurants in London, and sometimes they can be a bit hit and miss. We decided to try out an independent steak restaurant with very good reviews this time - BiFe in Aldgate. BiFe offers Argentina steaks, and they didn't disappoint us. The steak was high quality, was cooked to perfection, and how we asked for it, which can be a rarity at times. The chimichurri sauce was also delicious! Value-wise, it is not cheap, but decent considering the quality of the meats we had. The waiting staff are attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed and layback which we enjoyed.

A pure Argentinian gem in the Aldgate East area! My girlfriend and I were missing Argentinian food so much after our trip there a few weeks back that we didn’t think about it twice and booked a table straight away. To stay traditional we opted for the famous Milanesa Napolitana. The taste was just like over there and so was the portion! One thing’s for sure: you won’t leave Bife hungry. Actually, we’d like to come back for more! (probably for tasty steaks and wine) Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!

This place was great! I had a perfect rib eye w/ crunchy sweet potato fries. I sat by myself at the bar and was loving the way everyone was made to do their jobs so great while being nice and having fun. All waiting staff were super considerate to check in on me and the man behind the bar was shaking cocktails that fit just right. The kitchen sent out the best looking food and seemed perfectly in sync. Atmosphere was welcoming and fun. Definite go-there of you're looking for a good meal!

Awesome food and staff are great. We dined here on the night of an Argentina match, let's say the atmosphere was loud but great fun. Beautiful steaks, lomito sandwich was awesome and the grilled veg was out of this world. Alcohol expensive, but welcome to London! Definitely worth booking as very busy. Buen trabajo muchachos 👍🇦🇷

The place to go for a great milanesa napolitana or a beautiful steak with chips/fries! Good beer selection. We are big fans of Leo and will follow him anywhere! Great attention from hosts and staff. We’ll be back and we’ll make sure to bring some hungry friends! :)

First class and friendly experince in this trully Argentinean restaurant. From the menu, the staff and decoration all will will take you to the southern lands. We had some empanadas and milanesa sandwich with Argentinean beer. All great and tasty. We also raised the world cup and took some frozen Argentinean crosaints to home which came perfect in the oven for the afternoon mate. I would surelly recomend and come back probably for a barbeque.

I've been here several times over the past few months, and now it's my go-to place in London. It's a family run Argentina stake house with great food and service at a great price. I.m very lucky and get to travel all over the world, and eaten a lot of great stake along the way, but based on value for money and service, I'm not sure this place can be beaten. Have I had a better stake, a very few times, but that was a lot, lot, lot more.

Food 🥩 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Juicy, succulent and delicious grass fed beef. Amazing quality. We had hot grill for 3. Ham&cheese empanadas mouth watering. I have ordered Bone Marrow to try too as not many places sell it, and it was real surprise and delicatecy. Drink 🍷 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great selection of wines. We had Rutini Cabernet Sav £48, great wine and good price. Ambience 🤵‍♂️👨‍🍳⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warm, happy, buzzing atmosphere. As a group of 7ppl including child we felt like at home and well looked after. Very family friendly too. They were super sweet to a little boy who is a big fun of Argentinian football. Liked the music too. Real vibe.

This is the best steak that I have ever eaten, the empanadas are a must to try and all the staff are amazing. Their chimichurri souce is so good that I have ordered extra to take home 😁. I do not always leave reviews but this place, the food and the staff deserve more than 5 stars. Will definitely go to eat there again! Once again thank you for a perfect dinner.

A gem, simply one of the best places for good Argentinean food in Central London. Very friendly staff, food is well prepared and delicious. Certainly recommended for a good steak.

This is the most fantastic place for meat aficionados! The Bife team is warm and welcoming and the food is sensational! Our order took a little time but the padrone apologized for the delay with delicious empanadas on the house and a warm embrace when we left!! We’ll definitely come back!

Very friendly staff. Patient to walk me through different choices of steaks. Great atmosphere. All the stuff about fifa World Cup and Argentina. Can clearly see the owner put efforts to create such as great atmosphere. The steak is really delicious. Such an affordable price in central London.

Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves good food and great vibes! Being from Germany the service in restaurants is incredibly important to me so I was pleasantly surprised by the absolute lovely staff!! The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel at home. The food is incredible and genuinely the best I’ve had so far in London. Will be added to my go-to spots for my next visit to London!

Not ridiculously priced like many others in London. We had the big grill for 3 or 4 and was really good. Only but is that it comes served on a grill with charcoal so if you like rare to medium rare you must remove the meat as soon as it comes. We had some empanadas and taste was great too. Other bits/sides were well prepared too. Service was excellent with a lot of waiters paying attention to all tables. Will come back.

Amazing steaks, a fantastic burger and wonderful chicken thighs! We also got some macaroni and cheese which was tasty! I would recommend it all! The atmosphere is great - with funky music playing out aloud and the staff are very friendly too!

Decent food but I feel its just not hitting the mark given the price tag. Sixty quid a head for a main and two beers is not outrageous in London but it does mean there is something to live up to so 4 stars from me.

Friendly and helpful staff, amazing food and great wine. If you're a meat eater, this is definitely the right spot for you: a grill with hot charcoal to keep perfect your meat! Got the 2 ppl grill and it was more than enough! Considering the central position and the quality, it's absolutely a must (booking strongly suggested, can be very busy)

The best steak I have ever had! And I have had a lot of steak. Seriously this was cooked to perfection. Stopped by as we happened to be nearby and we were instantly made to feel at home, treated like regulars and part of the family. The staff were all so genuinely happy and the owner made an extra effort to make us feel at home, absolutely wonderful place. First time visit but won’t be the last.

I called this restaurant to ask if they have a table for one and the owner/person who answered was extremely friendly and welcoming and told me "we have tables for everyone! I'll be waiting for you!" I came over and I was met with the exact same welcoming attitude by the entire staff, this already made me like the restaurant. now the food, the food is amazing. The steak was so juicy and tender and the chips were the best I've eaten since coming to the UK no exaggeration. 10/10 would come again. Brightened my day instantly.

Had one of the nicest rib eye steaks I’ve had! Delicious steak perfectly cooked Grilled vegetables and a peppercorn sauce as sides were also very good. The steak is served with chips and a delicious spicy chilli sauce which are very tasty! Great selection of wines, spirits and cocktails Friendly staff team with good service
