Love this store. Amazing selection of vegan cheese, pastas, chocolates and a wide range of other products. Highly recommend popping in if you’re in the area or travelling here if you want to experience a very well curated small vegan supermarket.

Great selection of products, nice to try something new each time alongside that which I went in for, friendly staff. I would rather spend money in here supporting local businesses than Whole Foods Market nearby.

We are regulars at the store. The store is small but the selection is surprisingly vast. They are always kind and helpful. Today, I urgently needed vegan whipped cream after realising I did not have enough at home. I arrived at 10am thinking the store opened then but apparently they changed their opening times. A delivery arrived while I was waiting outside and the lady at the door told me they open at 11 am but if there is something specific I need and can grab quickly, I can go ahead. Sometimes small acts of kindness go a long way. If you are a vegan, Green bay would amaze you. .

I came across their online store back in March when it was impossible to get any large supermarket delivery. Glad I did as I have been using it since and will never go back to Ocado no matter how many discounts they send me. Great selection and delivery is fast and reliable. Customer service is fantastic, I hope I can visit the store in person when the lockdown ends.

Used to be my favourite local vegan shop, unfortunately its no longer affordable to those who earn a basic wage, almost every item has increased in price since the past year some nearly doubled, its greedy considering all the stock here can be found online at considerably lower prices I will now be ordering my food elsewhere.

Have placed multiple online orders with this company. I knew they were closing down so ordered £75 worth including 6 Suma red pesto. I only received 2 jars and promise of a refund for items not sent (£16). Last Tuesday I sent an email to chase this up and have had no refund and no reply. I bet I am not the only customer they have done this to, and to not bother updating their shop details on line… True Colours??

Ordered for the first time as I was struggling to get hold of Oatly Whippable. Was delivered today along with a few other items, all well packaged, quick delivery the coconut cookies by New England are possibly my new favorite thing. The big downside of it all is their website seems to struggle on an android mobile, trying to view via food cupboard/ chilled etc was a bit of a task, this prevented me from spending further maybe an app may help? All in all though that doesn't detract them from being 5 star as the prices are good as is the quality and delivery speed.

GreenBay is unfortunately too far away for me to pop in to their store in West London, but I've ordered with them online and I'm extremely pleased with their service. They're very well stocked and have many vegan items that are very hard to find elsewhere. They have so many decadent chocolate bars on offer that is very tricky to order in moderation though ☺️. Great communication and prompt delivery, using minimal and low-impact packaging. Can't recommend enough!

There should be more of these shops around London! It’s a small one but you can find everything you need if you’re vegan/vegetarian. People can find it a bit expensive but it’s understandable, they are a small business and everything has a cost. I also experienced an excellent customer service when I asked if they could keep me the stuff I bought and come back later. Well stocked and tidy.

Online deliveries really slow compared to TVK and yet they cost the same. I ordered shopping on Friday and it arrived on Tuesday...

Such a great little place. Yes, it might be smaller than what you'd expect from a "supermarket", but the variety of products, especially in the chilled section is far bigger than other vegan stores that might appear physically bigger. I have never ever seen any other vegan stores in the UK that provide nearly as much chilled products as GreenBay. The owners and the rest of the staff are fab!! Also, they're dog friendly, so what else can you for? (maybe a dog water bowl ;) :P )

I have been trying to make vegan Yorkshire Puddings for years without success. Amazing! Super fast delivery to Northern Ireland! Packed within an insulated cooler bag. Will definitely order from this company again.

Used GreenBay for the first time this week for a delivery order. Great prices and product range, and very prompt delivery indeed, with chilled products well insulated and packed. Will be back :)

Pretty certain this business is permanently closed. Walked all the way out there during business hours only to find the place closed. The refrigerators and most shelves looked empty. No sign anywhere stating if they were still in business or closed forever. Definitely call in advance so you don’t end up like me, since this place is far from any metro line.

Just wanted to take a few minutes to leave a review for this place. We were passing by the area and needed help with info on other local supermarket shops, the person working in this shop was so friendly and helpful. When we pass by again, we will be sure to pop in and say hello. The shop was very clean, tidy and had a wide variety of stock. Highly recommended :)

I've just been to GreenBay on the North End Rd in Fulham and it's shut down - the shutters are down and the place looks empty shelved from what I could see through the shutters. Could you please update it on the internet as according to the website they should be open since 11:00 today. I've waisted almost an hour drive to get there for nothing. Please update it, it looks like this shop has been shut down!
