GRASSify initially provided a professional consultation, followed by an in depth site survey, plan of action and finally executed the works to a high standard, on time. Be very careful using this company as their warrantee isn’t worth diddly squat. Our job all looked fine after they left but we have had several problems since and they simply are not interested in correcting them. They made us feel very comfortable and at ease if any problems arise they will be back straight away to sort them but they are full of false promise.

GRASSify installed and de-rigged a grass wall and floor for an event taking place in central London. Their communication was fantastic, with the team being extremely attentive to all our needs. The faux grass was of a very high quality and was installed promptly by a friendly and patient team who worked around other suppliers during the event set-up. Likewise, for the de-rig, they were extremely quick and left the venue in perfect condition. Overall, I can highly recommend using GRASSify and look forward to working with them again!

Peter and Florian arrived as scheduled having phoned us an hour before with an ETA. Friendly, courteous, efficient and professional are probably the keywords that best describe our experience with them. The lawn looks as good as we expected, it's 4m x 3m and the centre piece of our roof garden, We are posting this review on the day of installation so can't comment on durability at this point. Wind can be a problem here so we'll have to see if the glue holding the lawn down keeps it in place during gales. If that issue arises Grassify say they will come back and fix it at no extra charge. In that event, we'll post again with an update, We are very pleased so far and would recommend this company based on our experience of Lance on the sales side and the installation team

We decided to have artificial grass installed by Grassify this summer. I am very happy with our decision. We have a toddler, so having a grass that stays dry and clean, but is also easy to maintain is a bonus. The process was quick and efficient, and we were happy with their service. I would recommend to anyone if they are looking to switch to artificial grass.

Great bunch of lads. Did some work on my front garden to improve drainage flow. Came in quickly to quote and make suggestions and then did the job within a week. Not only will it improve the drainage flow but looks way better. Highly recommend.

There is not much to say apart from excellent, amazing, delighted and wonderful result from GRASSify From the moment we made the book to the next moment when I lay down on our new patch of green at the front of the house I knew that on sunny days and warm nights I would probably prefer to sleep out on our new patch of lawn than in my own bed!! It's day 2 and I know I will be constantly smiling as I look out of the window to be reminded what a transformation the house has had. From initial survey to completion was very smooth. Site visit was very easy, and no pressure was made to "make the most of this special offer" - something that would have made me walk away. Team who installed were really nice. A credit to the company. They were very clean and tidy, and having a garden quite stuffed with plants, there was no damage to any. At both the survey and completion it was explained to me the basic maintenance to keep the grass its best. I would heartily recommend Grassify in Tolworth to anyone.
