I would have given a 0 if possible. Order stated out for delivery after 20 minutes so came down to reception to wait. 20 minutes later rang the shop to be told they are busy and will be delivered ASAP refused to give any time. 15 minutes later rang again and asked if pizza would still be hot and edible as been cooked for over 30 minutes. Assured they would be hot etc and be delivered within 5 minutes. 5 minutes later received a call from the driver saying he will be with me in a few minutes! I don’t mind waiting for fresh hot food if I am informed of delivery times. The service from this branch is diabolical.

Shocking service. After 35 and the app saying the pizzas were delivered we phoned up, they said they were doing another delivery in our area and would be really soon. 30 minutes later and another phone call the pizzas turned up in a car. We refused delivery abs they didn't care less and said would take ten days to get our money back. Don't use this branch

I wish if I did read reviews before I ordered my pizza!! The service was horrible and unprofessional. I ordered pizza since 6pm and it only arrived at 9:48pm I called them twice they told me the pizza was on the way but they lied because I'm 7min drive away. my children went to sleep hungry and when the pizza came my drink was missing and they have not given me a refund. Domino's Pizza, I want my refund for the drink I paid for and never received. Pizza Hut is the best place for anyone who need a decent and on time hot pizza.

Almost 2 hours we waited for our pizza. When we rang to ask where it was they said the driver was on his way. 45 mins later still no pizza. Where was he driving from? Timbuktu? It was only 10 mins away. No phone call to say it was running late. When the pizza finally arrived it looked liked it had been sat on by an elephant. Let me tell you, this elephant will never forget the poor service. At least it had kept it warm I suppose. They said they will send me vouchers as an applogy...Still waiting.

Very bad service ordered two pizzas pay for them. Two hours later still haven’t arrived call the store told me to call back because they couldn’t find my order. Tried to call them back and they never bothered answering the phone

Not ordering again. Long delivery time and quality of food is questionable. Chicken Kickers are tough not fresh, potato wedges undercooked and pizza tastes like it’s being cooked in an unclean oven.

Ordered to Thorpe park with amazing service from Alesandra (I hope that’s spelt right) she got to us really quickly and is definitely one of the nicest and kindest people I’ve met

Expected delivery times and actual delivery times are WAY OUT! Plus the progress isn't REALITY. It's made up. PIZZA DELIVERED it shouts but it hasn't been. And it won't be for an indeterminate amount of time after. DO NOT USE DOMINO'S FOR DELIVERY. IT IS NOT THIS BRANCH. IT IS THE SYSTEM. IT IS TOTALLY SHONKY!

Absolutely terrible wait times even in non-peak for delivery. Ordered at 8:15pm, online tracker states delivered at 8:45pm although at 9:10pm still no pizza… Called the store and was assured it was now with the driver but no offer an apology or estimated time of arrival. In hindsight I probably should have read the previous similar reviews here… P.s driver was lovely when food finally arrived shame about the wait though! :)

Very poor quality pizza and high in price , extremely poor customer service . Just avoid this place , actually I tried ashford Middlesex and Greenford branches was same poor quality food and extremely poor customer service.

(Ordered on a Sunday at 20:00) Took an hour to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Pizza came hot, tasted great and drinks were still very cold. Followed our special cooking instructions perfectly. Delivery driver was nice. Will order again, a bit earlier next time 😊

Really bad service. Just stuck on hold, was told my pizza was out for delivery when the tracker hadn’t even been updated. Nearly 1 hour 20 and I’m still waiting on my pizza to be delivered. They really need to fix up

Bad customer service. Do not order ordered pizza at 8pm waited 2 hours for it and their excuses are there busy, well ofcourse you’ll be busy your a pizza shop if you dont want to be busy close up thats the whole point of business.

Fabulous service. Lovely clean store. Handy for when staying in the Premier Inn at Staines next to Two Rivers. Parking on both sides of the road make it easy to collect.

I love this place. Best service ive ever seen in a dominoes and all staff friendly and deserve a raise (pls give me personal discount)

Hit and miss. They're ok if you want to collect but the delivery service is just appalling. If you order from here I recommend you avoid their delivery service. It's often slow and the food doesn't come hot. Every time I get it collected I have no issues and the pizza takes decent.

They dont have enough drivers, pizza is still sitting at the store a whole hour after ordering. They literally operate on a delivery basis and cant do that very thing? If you want food within a reasonable time dont bother. By the time they do deliver you’ll end up with cold food. Just go to another competitor instead.

Our pizza got delivered 103 minutes after order and it was all cold cause our delivery was 3rd on the route as informed by the driver. When queried on store why so late, the reply was "we are short of staff" . I asked them why didn't they close the ordering portal if the order can't be deliver on time and the reply was "we don't have access to ordering portal" I queried why didn't they tell me in advance when I ordered, oh sorry was the reply. I asked them for refund and take the pizza back. And 30 minutes after my call no one came to pick up the order. What an incompetent service. My dinner experience is spoiled by Domino's.

Always late, the must spend the majority of time ringing drivers. If you want a pizza under a hour forget it.

Very friendly, ordered for my child who couldn’t wait to get home for food and Dominos staines went above and beyond to get my order to me super quick and tasty. Thank you Staines Dominos.

Tried many dominos in the UK and wish this was better. Service is great and staff are lovely but pizza is much better in other branches.

How was domjnos Staines? The same as all dominos I have had, you get what you pay for, never the cheapest but always tastes bang on. Not many staff will work here long term but we're friendly and courteous, food as hot, what more can I say.

Normally order Domino’s every week as our favourite take away treat but moving to Staines have been very disappointed. Driver was rude and refused to come into the building that I live in even though I was self isolating and not allowed to leave my flat. Told him that and he still refused to drop off at my door. Every other food delivery service brings things straight to our door don’t know what the problem is with Domino’s Staines.

Took ages to arrive from about 2 miles away within Staines, but worst of all it was so cold!! My order was £30, all of it was literally colder than room temperature, I just don't get it Dominos - pease read this and fix such an easy problem to fix

We've had pizza from here about 6 times now, it's always really fast when you collect so we jump in the car and is super yum. A good dominoes
