The gym is ok but while I was doing my workout someone clipped the padlock on my locker and stole my wallet and work mobile phone. This is despite there being membership card with electronic gate access. Beware as your property is not safe, even in a padlocked locker.

The pool is not very deep and almost always crowded but it has nice saunas one steam room and one finish. You cant complain for price of 6£ oer seasion. Beware that saunas have cleaning hours so its closed from 15:30 until 18 usually.

Not a good gym at all. No lifting platform. Sauna always out of order. Machines switched off half the time. Staff will mop up around you while lifting which is super dangerous. Staff generally not helpful. Its cheapish for the area that is all it has going for it.

It's nothing fancy but a good gym and excellent value for money. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. The only minor thing is around lockers - it's unnecessarily complicated with lockers upstairs requiring your own padlock and the lockers downstairs requiring coins. I'd prefer both to be replaced with one of the dozen solutions that doesn't require any planning or preparation on customers' side.

Small but well equipped gym. Aqua class great if you can get on. Difficult booking system for elderly.

Horrible gym - avoid at all costs. They froze my membership due to Covid and told me it would remain this way until I reactivate it on my side. However, I noticed BY CHANCE they started recharging the monthly fees at a really random month - without any notification about it which meant I didn't use the gym at all in the period. After a long email correspondence with the customer service, they made me submit the refund request form - twice - subsequently saying they can't see it on the system. Apparently a five digit number confirming the request should've been sent to me but it didn't. Called them and was told there's a 2-week period to process refunds - but still no confirmation on my request being logged. I feel robbed.

I went today for the first time for a swim. The place is modern, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool however is narrow with only one window at one end of the pool for daylight. So it has the feel of a basement swim, with little connection to the outside World.

Love this sports centre, great gym with a good variety of equipment, clean pool with the nice addition of sauna and steam rooms. Only downside is that come term time there are often school swimming classes which close off the pool to other swimmers for a few hours at a time. The pool isn't huge, so it makes sense that they reserve the majority of it for serious lane swimmers, with a lane and a half for casual dippers to chill in. All in all, you basically get a super modern gym and pool for classic sports centre prices. Keep up the good work guys!

The centre is great, its very clean and the staff are really welcoming, with really good prices too. I recently moved into the area and have now joined the gym as a full member. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

Bathrooms aren't so clean, And the pool is not deep as well I think it's only 120 or 130 cm depth, However it was a beautiful steam room and sauna room

Good gym, always plenty of treadmills free. Hardly any space on the mats though and it's always taken, not much space to put down additional mats either. Pool and sauna/steam room are tiny. Good for a quick workout and relatively cheap but overcrowded after work.

Very clean and well equipped gym. All range of equipment and weights as well as a swimming pool and sauna / steam room. Classes available and a cycle studio as well. Membership prices vary depending on time of day but corporate Membership also available which has reduced prices. You will need a padlock for the lockers and only downside is that there are only two ahowers and two toilets, but overall very nice Gym.

Outstanding from all points of view. The staff are well trained and extremely helpful, the whole gym is very clean and well equipped, the pool is amazing and the showers are super nice and hot. Overall I believe that is one the best Better Gyms in London.

Great place, great view, swimming pool and sauna with decent size gym. I wish the gym was bigger and better equipped. Great for the ordinary person. Gets a bit frustrating when you begin to focus on body building as free weight section is small and has to be shared. Not a huge compromise given the location of the gym. I still like it.

I've been going to this gym, and it's spotless and fancy! The swimming pool is too small, unfortunately, but I liked it when they had wider swimming lanes so I wouldn't have had to touch other swimmers accidentally. I would recommend signing up if you live close by.

Having been going to this pool for year I've slowly seen the decline of cleanliness of the pools ,looking at the grub and dirt on the steps and edges of the pool it looks like someone need to take back control as people are clearly not doing there jobs also they need to add more public swimming times in school holidays other then this don't use other facilities there to comment

Modern and clean, warm mixed changing and shower facilities, plenty of hairdryers. £1 lockers for the swimming pool, padlocks for the gym. The pool was very crowded after work, especially with such narrow lanes. Need to check sauna and steam room working times. Will come back at a less busy time.

Had rather poor experience at this venue. First, the staff at the reception seem hesitant to accept Gympass users by saying they don’t know how it works and they can’t let you in or they need to speak to a manager. Second, I got there on Saturday and steam room and sauna were not working, staff said they switch it on only at 2pm (which doesn’t make any sense and they should have mentioned it at the reception) and they have three of staff members on swimming pool floor who seemingly do nothing and are utterly unhelpful if asked for any kind of help (like hot water not working in the showers). I understand the venue is perhaps saving the costs by having sauna off but they should review their usage of the staff and perhaps train them to be more customer focused. The venue also doesn’t have parking. Swimming pool only 1meter deep, good for kids but if you are looking for good swimming and sauna/ steam room experience, avoid this place.

A great place for work out. Fantastic location with bus stop right outside and Vauxhall underground station about 2 mins walk and Vauxhall bus station 1 min away. Huge pool space for those into swimming. Easy access with key fob. Only thing should bare in mind is the lockers in changing room does require you to bring you own lock, which I was hoping they could use passcode instead.

I have been a member of many different better gyms around London and this is the worst one so far. the bathrooms smell like sewage, there aren’t many machines and there are always a few broken.. plus you can never get a pilates class as it’s fully booked.

Crisp, clean, new, nice! Friendly staff. Only went for a quick swim but it’s was great. Easy to find everything. Small pool but all good when there’s not too many people.

Smashing centre, despite opening 5+ years ago, still being kept top-notch. Staff are great and very helpful. During the busy times it’s a bit crammed considering its size. Could use more showers but I guess the building was originally planned to be used for the student accommodation above; happy it’s a public facility instead. Would recommend especially considering the price! Won’t find better service and facility at private member gyms for this price.

The staff here are friendly and hardworking and seem to actually understand customer service unlike Brixton and Clapham branches. Very impressed - makes ALL the difference. Managers of both Brixton and Clapham take note.

Hmmm I really did not like this pool. It was very small with very narrow lanes and because of this I kept bumping into other swimmers. The pool is based in a basement and there is hardly any natural light. I think the worst thing for me was that there was no deep end at all. I am 5”2 and could still stand at the deepest end of the pool.

Terrible, I froze my gym membership 5 days before my direct debit payment was due and they still took the money, I was told a refund will be processed within 21 days, 3 weeks later I called them up again and they said there is no refund and it was credit instead, looks like I will not be getting my refund back. I would not recommend signing up to this gym.

Just went in to use the sauna and steam room, it was amazing definitely worth the £5 for 50 minutes (also included a swimming pool).

Super friendly staff. Great facilities and classes. I go most days. Sauna, steam and pool too in central london that’s not an extortionately priced! Check for corporate discount too save a bit of money.

Facilities are modern with private changing rooms, lockers (1£) and a great shower, however the pool lanes are very narrow and shallow.

Well maintained clean environment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool water temperature fluctuating on the low side. Steam and sauna in good clean condition.

It's alright. The system to register asks fir a million of things, so not as easy as take my money and let me workout. Pool only available certain times of the day and you need to precooked your sessions.. Body composition machine at the gym no longer works as the registering instructions are put of day and when asked staff did not know how to use it. Way too many treadmills and not enough dumbells, benches and weights machines - mostly like a cardio gym. Not really worth the membership price, but since it's by far the closest gym to home I can just hope they will take the feedback they are receiving from nearly every person I know who tried this gym onboard.

The staff is very friendly and highly professional. All areas are always very clean. Some disgusting activities inside the sauna and steam room should be prohibited: 1. take photos, even if they are (apparently) selfies; 2. use without any respect for other customers of products that spread through the air, some of which are spread abundantly without criteria. This should be strictly prohibited. No one has to take menthol, eucalyptus and other diverse and unknown (sometimes smelly) essential oils from anyone; 3. speak loudly and behave as if this were a pub. These areas should also be areas for relaxation. 4. do any personal hygiene and shave...Yes, shave!

Disgusted !! My partner got home and he was robbed inside Vauxhall Leisure Centre. Someone broke his locker and took all his staff. Let see if all CCTV security will do what they supposed to do. Rubbish to be honest !!!

Nice pool, even if it’s quite small and shallow. Clean changing facilities and self service machine to buy a ticket to get through the barriers if there is no one on reception. Pool is 25 m and has 3 lanes.

This gym had just been opened recently, everything is new, steam and sauna can become very busy in the werk depends on what time you visit, 4 lane pool for beginners and good swimmers, adults only.

It's very upto date gym but relatively small for community leisure. It normally caters for for working ppl but they do try accommodate for the community as whole. As for what vauxhall leisure centre offer as gym is plentiful but limited in space since its relatively small but well utiliser for its space intended for. Plus note I think it has wheelchair access which is amazing ♿?

You guys need to stop playing with the AIr conditioners on the gym area. Everytime after my workout I feel sick. I’m not the first one who complaints about it and you guys still playing with that.

Brilliant new gym and it is great that there is now one in this up and coming area, the pool is wonderful with a sauna and the gym area is never busy with high tech equipment and great changing rooms for both. The prices for membership are also reasonable

Friendly staff, nice small gym, but i miss a space to put my small scooter and i really dont like that i have to make account in treadmill in order to use it. I never seen this anywhere else. It is unecessary. Also some treadmills have no youtube and the radio stations does not work.

I like the fact that this gym is nice and small and all the equipment is easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow and the staff are very friendly at reception however the staff on the actual gym floor are not as great they could use a bit more training nevertheless I enjoyed going to this gym it is very relaxing and it’s always clean and I love that!
