Disgraceful service. Been waiting a week for a phone appointment that was supposed to be today between 9 and 1. Been waiting all morning with my phone in my hand. 1 comes and goes so I decide to feed my 3 year old and 8 week old. Then at 1:15 I have a missed call from the doctor telling me that because I didn't pick up I have to rebook. I tried calling the surgery straight back but they're shut for lunch!!

One of the worst doctors I've ever known. Reception team are useless and discusting. People are having to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment. My wife is suffering with a very bad injury to her shoulder and they finally make an appointment and tell her she has to drive to the other doctors! Do they not know she shouldn't drive with her shoulder? Are you serious? We are with you because you're local! I will be making an official complaint along with many other people I have also been speaking with who get the same problem. This is horrible and people who are actually really ill cannot get the support needed.

Joined this surgery's patient list after, unfortunately, moving to Gloucester from Bristol. Required my usual repeat prescription of ferrous sulphate (iron tabs), but was summoned to see the doctor first. Appointments offered can be no sooner than three weeks. Reception team can be rude and short, almost like androids. They have a habit of booking your appointment at either of their surgery's - so pot luck if it's Quedgeley, as it may just be the Rosebank surgery in Stroud Road, not good if you have no transport! Surgery tends not to call you with test results, and you will find yourself having to constantly chase them up for medication. It took me a total of three months from my initial repeat prescription request, and four doctors appointments later, to finally receive my iron tablets!! Ridiculous when you think that it only took me 20 minutes at my previous doctors surgery to receive my prescription, and without having to see a doctor! If you find yourself having to register with this surgery you will need to prepare yourself for long waits in a crowded waiting room, and brace yourself for the rude receptionists!

In my 45 years of being on this earth, I have never come across such a incompetent doctors surgery and staff. This surgery had issues way before covid, it’s so bad it should be shut down. β€’ refuse to abide by data laws β€’ won’t answer the phone β€’ dish out drugs like there smarties at a kids party, rather than trying to tackle the problem. β€’ rushed appointments β€’ poor communication β€’ reception giving wrongly informed information β€’ passing the buck is a favourite for this surgery. β€’ fail to follow up appointments and letters This place should be investigated, type of place you see on panorama.

Useless. Try to get an appointment - it all seems too much trouble for the woman answering the phone, every time I phone. Moving from this surgery purely for how utterly unhelpful they are, 27 minutes on hold to be told cant get an appointment. Absolute joke.

I'm giving my 5-stars for the Receptionist and Doctor at the clinic - The Receptionist was lovely, saying hello upon me entering the building in a very welcoming voice. My doctor was Dr Kimberley Eaton-Charnock, she took the time to listen to my condition from start to finish and acknowledged my concerns regarding my problem. She proceeded to assess me and then re-assure me that she will do everything possible to get a solution to my problem, providing me with a step by step as to what I need to do next. A very thoughtful, forward thinking and professional doctor.

I am so angry and disgusted with this surgery that it doesn't even deserve one star. This is not my usual surgery as I normally go to rosebank in tredworth(which is nearly as bad), I made an appointment because I have Chronic pain in my right foot which I've been having physio for for months but has not got any better. First of all the surgery was dirty and cramped and the receptionist might as well not have been there, as she did nothing but be rude. When I finally saw the doctor he was beyond rude, he was very personal and asked me a lot of un necessary questions about where I worked. He then proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't do anything for me and that I should just put up with the pain , I suggested a couple of things that I knew about or had read about online and he said "I'm not going to bother trying any of that and I won't let any of the other doctors here try anything for you either". I feel like all I wanted was some help or a suggestion of what to try next and I walked out feeling angry, upset and still in pain

Only gave one star, as there is no option for no stars. 30 day wait for a routine appointment with a Dr, far too many patients on the books, not enough Drs. never enough surgery staff on duty so everyone is overworked. Pretty shoddy alround

The staff and doctors are lovely. The people they now have to deal with are a joke. I returned to hand in my time critical lab sample. At window one a guy was completing an entire 7 page form. At window two (A well travelled) couple were requesting every form of health check under the sun but struggling to remember their age or the concept of English. I gave up waiting and left.

Attending a follow up appointment for the doctor to tell me the results have only just come back when I got a text saying the results a week before. To then the doctor said no they have just arrive.. resulting in me showing her the actual text before believing me. I then said to the doctor that these results have been going on for years and every doctor won't put me on tablets as its borderline. I then asked the doctor to check the previous year of results and the doctor couldn't work out how to check the previous results so said she couldn't see them. How can a doctor not see the previous results but the receptionist on the way out could.. The whole experience made it worse as the doctor seemed to have a bad attitude as soon as I arrived and not coming across as caring.. making me not wish to attend this surgery and see the same doctor.

Just joined here and I'm not very happy with it so far. Never answer the phone I can't seem to ever get through and to get my prescription is like getting blood out of a stone!

Over stretched staff leads to abruptness and poor service . Telephone service appalling . Doctors are excellent once you get to see them but let down by poor admin .

I think you're all marvellous-I appear, you run off and get my meds, always a smile and a 'how are you. Doctors have always been very kind and helpful and the nurses too.

Just called the surgery at 5.20pm, message saying that the surgery is now closed, although website says it is open until 6pm. No other way to contact them, surely they should have an email address that you can contact them on. Cannot book an appointment online four about four weeks, very disappointing.

Worst surgery ever! I've just had major jaw surgery and my mouth is wired shut, I desperately need to see a doctor and all they will give me is a phone appointment....even though I can't TALK!!!

To have to wait one month for a doctors appointment is ridiculous and I'm not going to claim that something is an emergency when it isn't!my husband is already suffering from a chronic condition as it is and they won't allow him a cream that he has been prescribed by real doctors at a hospital for over 20 years!also don't bother with the asthma clinic as you have to wait for two months...not happy!

The surgery has been so good to me, staff are always helpful and easy to talk too. Doctors and Nurses are very knowledgable and make appropriate referrals where necessary.

Care and support given by Dr. S Webster over the years has been non-judgmental and leave me feeling that I was an equal partner in the care I received. Thank you.

Simply can't ever get through to make an appointment. Either engaged tone or rings but forever on hold without answer. Online appointment service suggested on message doesn't work. Useless.

After having quite a run of health issues, I can't fault the surgery for their help in getting me to see people/phone calls at short notice. Thank you.
