Visited on 15/2/22. I am in the process of trying to get my ticket money refunded. The Aquarium was small, partially open and in a state of disrepair. A very bad experience only superceeded by the zoo. Animals kept in depressing conditions with most enclosures being small, badly equiped and very much in need of maintenance. The entire park should be closed for updating, cleaning and maintenance. While the park is closed the staff should be given some training focusing on the fact that visitors are there to enjoy themselves so livening up and even smiling occasionally would be good. I suggest you send some of your senior staff to American theme parks to see how it should be done. I've given it one star as I can't post the review without doing so. One star massively over rates the park.

Nice sealife centre in the park. Adds a little bit extra to the day and good variety.

If I wasn't for the fact that they had a zoo here too this would be pretty pointless, however it's a nice addition, some interesting this to see in here. Kids enjoyed looking at the various sea creatures, there was also a small selection of lizards and things. My own personal disappointment was, no sharks but I can live with that.

Full size sea life centre in chessington Park. Free entry with normal theme park ticket. Nice and warm in the winter too. Alot too see with fishes and jelly fish and reptiles too. It's maybe 1/4 of the size of the London aquarium. 1/2 the size of the Birmingham one.

Nice little addition to the park. This was obviously not going to be as large as normal sealife centres, but we were surprised at how big it actually was. Beware you cannot take pushchairs inside so gotta carry the little ones

Lovely sealife experience. Smaller than other independent centres we have visited, but it's still packed with lots to see and a family photo for the albums. A clean and well organised centre.

A surprisingly large and good aquarium. There's loads to see and friendly staff. Good to do this first thing in the morning when it's quiet.

A visit to Sea Life Chessington is very informative and interesting and useful for adults and children as well to know about marine life. Exploring different species of fish, their habitats and behaviors, and the underwater ecosystem within the tank can spark a child's curiosity. This can often ignite a new love for learning about marine life, biology, and environmental science. This is the easy way to visit the marine life without venturing into marine waters. We can visit with family and bring children and have them watch, learn and begin to appreciate nature. As they mature, they will make informed decisions on how to interact and respect nature as well as caring for our environment. Sea Life Chessington meet the highest standards in animal care and welfare and provide a fun, safe, and educational family experience. They seem to dedicate a huge amount annually to support and maintain. Visit atleast once and enjoy your weekend with your children.

We went on the 30th December with my 2 year old, she loved it. It was busy but not un bearable. They had lots here and of course a tunnel which she loved too. Great little gift shop at the end too.

The experience was fab. Good insight to 'sea life'. The kids had a great time. The interaction and touching of star fish was memorable for our four year old. Would go back but have also now considered visiting London Aquarium 🐠

So you wouldn't go to Chessington specifically for the SEA LIFE centre but it's a nice added bonus to have as a bonus and a break between rides. We visited in half term and it was busy (we had to queue for about 25 mins to get in and wear a mask inside). There are a nice variety of fish, probably the best display in my opinion was the tank with the Rays - you can also see tropical fish, anemones, seahorses, turtles, crabs and you can also see some small creatures like skinks, frogs and scorpions. There is a small underwater tunnel, not as big as ones in the big sealife centres. There are no sharks and the handling pool was closed due to covid...

Nothing bad to say , it looks so small from the outside. It's a bit tight in there so when it's crowded it's a bit of a hassle getting around.

I always loved aquariums. This was done very nicely, and the gift store was very good too. Spent 5 minutes just choosing which thing to get in the store.

I find the space well congested although it wasn’t a busy summer holiday time so I was wondering how claustrophobic this could become. Sea creatures and fishes were amazing to watch, staff was friendly but spaces must be extended to avoid people walking over each other. :)

Did this right at the end of our day. Loads to see and you can spend as long or as short a time as you want. Nice end to our amazing day. Kids loved the walk through tunnel and the hands on experience 😊

We regularly visit Cheasington as we have annual passes. Our Last visit was dissapointing. The star fish was closed so you couldnt touch them like usual. We also felt that the tanks just seemed dirtier than usual on the inside and out.

I won't say it was bad but it was really not amazing. The aquarium is very well done and has plenty for kids to enjoy. My little one gave a shot at the shrimp crawly experience which she bailed out on right before the shrimp tried to crawl on her fingers. We went at a quite time in mid feb so it was not over crowded at all, otherwise I worry how hard will it be to navigate. There were parts where one could hide into complete darkness and jump to scare fellow visitors, however, my child in me was too tired at that point. Go have fun :D

Small Sealife Centre within the grounds of Chessington zoo that was nice to walk around and look at all the different species of fish, I would imagine that in high season it could get very cramped inside with so many people, but I was lucky and got to walk around with ease other than a couple of pushchairs, nice staff to greet you at the entrance too.

A decent attraction as part of a larger zoo display, but on its own it is smaller compared to other Sea Life centres. Our 2 children (under 10) enjoyed everything in here, especially the rays.

Normally a fantastic place to visit for young and old alike, but a little limited with COVID-19 precautions in place (e.g. no talks, no touch zones, etc). Still worth a walk-through at the moment.

Good little aquarium with one main large tropical marine tank with a tunnel as the centrepiece. A ray pool and amazon freshwater tanks are also nice features. The archer fish were probably my favourite.

As part of the Chessington World of Adventures package, this Sea Life Centre is is a place that you should visit at least once during your visit. It is good for kids with a couple of small artificial rock pools for them to dip Thier fingers into to either feel a real starfish or to let shrimps munch on Thier dead skin 🤢😁🤢. There are also a vast collection of fish and tanks and even an impressive tunnel, over which sharks, rays and other fish swim 👍👍👍
