They only guarantee for gold and not the whole product which is ridiculous and they don’t tell this to the customer. How crazy that they will not take responsibility for their faulty product. Asked for a refund on a faulty product after buying it only 2 months ago. They are an absolute joke. Used to love them but they’ve absolutely ruined my experience with them. Wouldn’t recommend anyone.

I recently purchased my wedding ring from Minar Jewellers and was very impressed with their service. I was a bit unsure about buying a £700 22ct gold ring on line but based on their reviews I went ahead. I am so pleased that I did! I was on a very tight timetable so spoke to the store and they couldn't do enough to help, they ensured that my ring was made and hallmarked in record time and sent it to me on time. Unfortunately due to weight training and the hot weather my ring size changed, panicked I called Minar Jewellers and they were very obliging, they advised me to send the ring back immediately and they would try to stretch up 2 sizes failing that they committed to quickly make another one and would ensure that I had my ring back before my wedding in 10 days. Reassured I sent the ring back and they were able resize and got back to me within, 3 days. I would highly recommend using this Jewellers, they are professional, supportive and genuinely decent people who will go out of their way to provide a positive experience and provide high quality goods , the ring is lovely. I made an appointment at Minar Jewellers to have my jewellery valued with some trepidation. I need not have worried however as Pravin bhai, the owner, explained the process to me thoroughly. He explained it to me in plain English and checked throughout the process that I understood what was happening. He offered advice about my jewellery and offered a good price for the pieces I wanted to sell. I felt no pressure to sell the pieces I wanted to keep. I came in asking for the most specific pendent that was a part of my childhood memories of my grandparents telling me and my brother magical tails of hanuman. I was looking for hanuman opening his chest to reveal Lord Ram. I was just trying my luck. Donika (the lady serving me) went to look at the back of the store. I was ready to make my disappointment face but like magic she came out with the most beautiful pendant of hanuman ji it was better than I could imagine. I wanted to cry with joy.... I did in the car after. This is more than a piece of jewellery it's a beautifully crafted gift. With lots of love and attention to detail. Probably a fine jeweller, but I took my watch in for a simple battery change. They sent it off to be replaced, but the watch came back marked / scratched. After pushing I got a refund, but was disappointed that my watch came back with damage.
