The staff are lovely and I can't get over how nice that forget me not frappucino is lol! Amazing. On our lunch break me and the girls like to grab a coffee or a quick sarnie, but now I'm addicted to the ice drinks lol!

Friendly staff, but the tables need wiping down more often.

As a customer who's been enjoying starbucks coffee for the last 10 years I found this branch in particular is missing the standards of a starbucks coffee. Coffee is super hot sometimes that it can burn your mouth and the taste of the hot drinks in particular is just different and doesn't have the nice tastes the have in other branches.

This branch of Starbucks is right opposite Wimbledon station - the drinks are quite well made and staff are always friendly and respectful. It can be so busy sometimes that the place gets quite dirty with windblown debris and stuff from uncleared tables. Hope Starbucks HQ gets a good cleaner and the manager gets to organise the outdoor seating area. My work colleagues and I had a good breakfast there recently. Not cheap, the hot chocolate was good. They also do a lovely macchiato. The ham + cheese croissant and egg bites with roasted peppers and spinach was average. Bacon, gouda and egg sandwich scored better.

Terrible experience at Starbucks Wimbledon. Staff do not care about anything than him self. Tables are dirty and sticky. I spend over half an hour and on my table we're still previous customer mugs. The second floor is close to cleaning purpose. Seriously. Staff prefer to send you away than give you opportunity to stay in. I'm not coming back. I will choose another coffe shop for my brakes.

I used to be regular client of Wimbledon Starbucks, for more than 7 yrs. Unfortunately last one and half year the level fell dramatically down. Where is all the lovely staff who'd care about the customers and housekeeping. The seating is regularly occupied by homeless people who are harassing the customers. It is no more relaxing environment. Really shane. Downgrade from 5 stars to 1 star.

Two level spaciousness. The first floor appears to be almost like a library or study room, with many students doing their work which makes it very pleasant and rather quiet. Good customer service and often very busy.

Coffee is ok. Service dreadful. Grumpy, not a smile in sight. There was a confusion about the size of a coffee and the response was essentially 'its your fault' with a disgruntled Eastern European charm. The other guy who handed me the coffee didn't even look me in the eye when I gave him a chirpy 'thank you'. No idea why but the people at Caffe Nero usually able to muster a smile, no idea what's wrong with the Starbucks crew.

I use here a few times a week because my workplace is very close. Every single time, I find staff very unfriendly. Either they chat and laugh with each other in the middle of taking your order, and keep asking again and again because they didn't heard you... Or just generally very cold attitude, no hi, no bye, getting frustrated towards customers when starbucks app doesn't work etc. Coffee is good, place is nice, but it started being very annoying with unfriendly staff, just go to Costa or Nero, smaller but you don't feel unwelcomed and still good coffee.

Lots of seating and in a great location near Wimbledon Station. It is open pretty late for a coffee shop which is useful if waiting for the train or meeting someone.

Great Starbucks with a large seating area downstairs. There is an upstairs but I have not been up there. Only negative is that during rush hour this branch is very busy and you could end up waiting up to 15 mins for a drink. Staff are very friendly. The branch could do better with monitoring cleaning. Last time I visited, there was a dog (not a service dog) sitting in one of the customer chairs. That put me off dining in. But overall a great starbucks branch with friendly and professional staff.

We had the White chocolate mocha with their nutblend milk. No as good as it is in the south of the country. Disappointed for the price we had paid.

Standard Starbucks, very busy at 14:30 on a Saturday but took orders and made drinks quickly. Lots of seating inside and out.

Worst Starbucks to visit! My phone was stolen! And it’s NOT THE FIRST TIME something like this has happened; numerous people have had their phones and other belongings stolen and Starbucks, who is AWARE OF THIS ISSUE has not been doing anything about it!

As always a great place to grab a coffee and open up the laptop when on the go. Staff friendly and cheerful and overall the place was of a clean standard

Staff in this branch have to take service training or have basic manners. A staff at the till made a mistake with my name so I waited for a long time at the pick up zone. In the end, there was no coffee. At that time I understood them because they were busy. However, their attitude was rude as if I made a mistake. The manager was the only one to say sorry. I think leaving my comment is better than I got their voucher.

Disappointed. Never had issues with coffee at Starbucks before. Cappuccino tasted like water with washing powder. Quality and quantity both disappointing.

I love Wimbledon Starbucks. It feels spacious and i could always find space to sit. Staff friendly.

The state of the toilets reflects a severe lapse in cleanliness standards and staff care. This place should probably be shut down and demands immediate attention, including a comprehensive health and safety review 😳

I was at Starbucks recently and the service was very good and quick, as expected from Starbucks. However, the cleanliness of the place was terrible! It wasn't very crowded and even so, at no point did I see any of the employees offering to clean the place, lots of papers thrown on the floor, food on the floor, several mugs scattered across the tables. I went there to have a coffee while studying for an hour, but I found the environment so dirty that I decided to leave before my coffee was even finished...

Out of all the Starbucks we went to in London, this one finally made a decent coffee that wasn't watered down! Nice big place with lots of seating!

I visited this Starbucks branch yesterday with my son and my partner. I am 33 weeks pregnant so I was hoping to be able to use a toilet at the store while waiting for our drinks to be made. There was a sign on the side stating that the toilets are closed (fair enough during Covid situation) but mentioning that if you are a nursing or an expectant mother, you should ask a staff member. Assuming this means I will be an exception (how else would you understand this?) I asked politely the lady serving me at the till but she answered the toilets are closed and I can go to a shopping centre. I asked why is the sign there then, why does it mention nursing and pregnat mums. She reacted in a confused way so my partner told her that I am pregnant (maybe she didnt see) so she said that she will go and check with someone. She asked one of her colleagues, came back in a few seconds and said I can't use the toilets. I felt quite confused and just clarified ok, but I dont understand why its written on your sign then, so I cant use the loo? Simple no with a smile was given as an answer. I just moved away to wait for my drink then but remained very confused after this. No apology or reasoning given whatsoever. My drink (strawberry and cream frappe) was then made too sweet (I've had it before and this tasted like all I was sipping was a syrup) but the barista very kindly made a new one for me which was much better. After our visit, I walked in to Pret a Manger next door, asked first staff member if I can use a toilet...she did say it is for customers only but seeing that I'm pregnant, she let me use it anyway. We all know, what it's like in pregnancy - when you have to go, you have to go. So I was really grateful for her attitude. I understand the situation we are in but it would be lovely if Starbucks and their staff would be a bit more accommodating in this way.

I used to work for Starbucks so understand how their customers should be treated and other store standards. I came here on Saturday afternoon to get a chai latte and relax with my boyfriend. I have building work going on at home so wanted to be in an environment like my own living room, something I thought they would pride themselves in (from my experience of working there) I was relaxing and resting my eyes and one of the baristas came up to me and told me I couldn’t sleep here. I wasn’t sleeping, I was relaxing, it was very embarrassing for me as the rest of the customers looked over. This is not the sort of customer service I expect and I will never return to a Starbucks. When I used to work there I would always let customers relax in my store and I was honoured that customers could come and relax in an environment that was like their own home.

It's a big Starbucks with downstairs and upstairs seating; the layout of the seating areas could be tweaked for more seating due to its size. It's always clean with staff ever present wiping here and there. Free WiFi network but unsecured. It is a nice place to relax and have a coffee and just sit back.

I am really happy here , only things we complained them as well but they still doing. Workers are generally brushing carpet by the main door and all around shop and making really dust everywhere everynight. Dust goes all over us ,food and coffee !They should stop brushing and do just hoower!!! Regards
