    Waiting over two weeks for a delivery of a baby cot with original delivery due within 3-5 days...and the best the store can do is ignore our calls and email customer service..for five days in a row... absolute nonsense!! There's absolutely no point to ordering anything in store as the Stokke call center doesn't deal with in-store orders, so they can't even update you on your items. My suggestion is to look at what you like in store then order online,as ordering in the store is pointless and results in terrible customer service!!

    We have bought a bath and highchair from this shop. The customer service has been poor from this very expensive company. We received conflicting information about when the bath would be in stock, resulting in a few wasted trips to Westfield. We were also told conflicting information about stock availability of the highchair. We ended up needing to order it, and it has yet to be delivered, despite being told delivery would take place between 5 and 7 days. When I phoned today, the person answering the phone struggled to take my partner's name down and then told me about the warehouse moving in Germany which meant a delay in them receiving the order. Apparently the Stokke shop received the items first and then they get posted out? When I asked why we hadn't been contacted about the delay (assuming the shop would know about the warehouse being moved), I was told the manager had tried to contact customers, which was not true. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were not available. I have asked for my partner to be phoned tomorrow by the manager with an update, which I hope the shop will remember. It is disappointing to see so many similar reviews here.

    Sooo, for what is effectively the Range Rover of the pram world the staff and products are not up to standard ! High chair which is meant to be for life as advertised is too small to fit my 1 year old as his knees keeps getting stuck when we put him and out as the whole thing - space for baby to sit is too small! No idea how they managed to get that big baby for their advertisement photos! N pram is far tooooo heavy and impractical! The baby bag needs to be hooked on at the bottom which is such a pain to get to to say the least ! Pram is 18 kg or around so my wife managed to pull her stitches after c section when she went out for the first time on her own after 2 months post delivery. ah so disappointed was hoping fir something far better .. HOWEVER the quality is next to none ! Just brilliant .. if they focused on the other day to day practical things like reducing the weight of the pram, making the baby bag more accessible, making the high chair more comfortable for babies with more padding and bigger space then it would be absolutely brilliant !

    First of all.. the products themselves are great BUT as others have mentioned the customer service in the store is a joke. It took them 3 weeks until I got my delivery although they promised 3 to 5 working days. The worse part was that they actually lied to me in store about a product. I wanted to get the bigger bed and they said I couldn’t have the wheels on it which is a lie looking at the upgrade options. Not only it has the wheels but it also has all the height levels as the mini bed. I understand you need to make money by upselling, but upselling is different from lieu g to your customers. Whatever you do, make sure you order online and you never go to that store!

    Poor customer service. 7 working days delivery and most of the items were incorrect and missing. Called the Stokke shop in London and they would not help and want us to contact directly the head office. Outrageous, for the price point on these products, i can't believe how poor the customer service is.

    I don't even know where to start. We went to white city store to buy the pram just to find out we cannot buy it there but just order online. We ordered online in the shop but they don't accept any cards that needs signature. we had to borrow friends card to pay £1200 worth of product (how embarrassing)! Delivery was in 7 days and we got damaged package. Then when we opened the package we found out that we were send the wrong colours of chassis. When called the store the lady told us that the person should not have sold us this cause it's been discontinued and they are not sure if we can get desired colour. After 3 days of back and forward they've found one left and send it to us. The old chassis could not be picked up the same day that the new one will be delivered so i had to take 2 extra days off (on top of the one that I took when the wrong colour was delivered). So they picked up the wrong ones on Monday but the new one didn't arrive on Tuesday as it was stated in the SMS and it will be delivered on Wednesday (another day off) On Wednesday I get the message at 16:30 that they are unable to deliver it and it will be on Thursday. I leave my house finally to buy something to eat 20 mins later and then I get a call from the DPD that they are in front of my door so I had to run back (8 month pregnant!) so they don't send it back. When I called the store, they said they cannot do anything cause they've done things from their side and this is a courier problem (their designated service, you have no option to choose) This is the experience with the "best of the best" when it comes to strollers (and my far the most expensive). Most appalling !

    Nice product not worth the hassle and cost. I've waited 3 weeks for part of the Tripp Trapp highchair to arrive, in the meantime I can't use it. I've chased 3 times and no one has bothered to tell me why it was only part delivered or when the final piece will arrive. My experience is that this is an incredibly arrogant brand who believe they can over charge and under deliver.

    Fabulous products, dreadful service- the high chair I ordered simply didn’t arrive, despite in being in stock and delivery arranged when placing the order. No apology, and slow to get back to me with a refund.

    Products themselves are great, the overall service is not an ideal experience. Shop assistant was excellent at demonstrating the products. Then the problems began.. 1) You cannot actually buy in store - you order for delivery from the shop. If only 1 store in London this is not great. 2) As mentioned by others, the shop only accepts cards with pins. This is slightly ridiculous with so many foreign visitors to London. Had some issues paying. 3) We were sent a different model to what we selected which had to be collected and replaced.

    Really happy with my purchase from Stokke Store London. I was expecting a delay as was bought on Black Friday however we received our item within a couple of days of purchase. We had constant updates from the store and the delivery company used to deliver the item. Very impressed with them and will most definitely use them again in the future.

    I needed a new cushion for my Stokke Tripp Trapp. A quick google search and I found what I was looking for at the best price from the Stokke Store London. I was kept updated by the team as to dispatch and delivery. Very quick and efficient service and they checked in after delivery to make sure everything was okay.     Exceptionally friendly and informative store, with the sales team taking great care to explain the products and all the important features. This was particularly helpful to those of us who have no idea how prams, car seats or modular high chairs work! They also made the purchase process really easy, and all the products arrived on time, with regular updates every step of the way. The Stokke pram, carry cot and car seat we ordered are also of very high quality; don’t be tempted to go for a bugaboo just because of the flash advertising…

    Wow, what fabulous customer service!! I needed an additional accessory for the pram prior to a holiday and as usual had left it to the last minute. I found the item listed on the website, which was listed as being likely for delivery in 5-10 working days. I posted a note in the order and received a message almost immediately reassuring me I would receive inside the 5 days. Sure enough the goods arrived inside the window. I can't praise you enough. Thanks to all involved.

    I ordered the Yo-yo rain cover in Dec 2022. The price was cheapest amongst other high street seller and the delivery was done swiftly via DPD who were very reliable. Also thank you very much for the outstanding service - I really liked how you went the extra mile for double confirming with me if I have received the delivery or not and if there were any problems? I have not come across anyone who cares this much. All the best 👍

    Superb! Helpful and knowledgeable regarding their stock and items. THE place to use for Stokke system as they specialise and know the items and how the systems fit together. Rather than using John Lewis or Harrods where they have no clue but ask you to order the items and return if they don't fit?! Customer care is worth a mention too. They are clear and accomodating and deal with queries directly and efficiently, no long waits on phones or waiting for call backs. Absolutely superb!

    We had a great experience of purchasing both a yo yo buggy and car seat with Stokke. We went to the baby show at Olympia and made an order with them directly there! Very helpful and informative, also offered some great deals. Delivery was very easy, quick and communications were excellent. We later decided to purchase the car seat and had some questions which were all promptly answered via Watsapp. Haven’t got the buggy or car seat out the box yet as baby hasn’t arrived yet but we’ve tested it out many times in shops haha and it’s lovely! Very stylish and not bulky! Was originally worried about the basket space however that was all sorted when we bought the shopping bag which attaches to a wheel and connects to the buggy! Can’t wait to use it all and very grateful for the wonderful service received!

    My order of two Stokke fitted cot sheets was treated with the utmost care and swiftness. I was provided with updates every step of the way from confirmation of order until it arrived at my door in just a matter of days. This was a huge sigh of relief after I had previously ordered the Stokke cot mattress from a different supplier and it took almost a month for it to arrive with zero updates from anyone about anything and my baby had no bed for weeks, hence I looked elsewhere for the cot sheets!!! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, can definitely recommend!

    I didn't know shopping expenditure for my baby was no joke! Especially, if you want only the best for your baby. Parentstudio/Stokke Store London has the best deals in the market plus great customer service. What more can I ask for? I've got my baby his first highchair (Stokke-Nomi) in preparation for his weaning period and it's perfect! He loves it and we love it too. Definitely will recommend it.

    We were very interested in some of the Stokke products because they look very well designed and built. It was great though to be able to go to a physical store to see them in person and confirm that they’re in fact great products. The staff at the Planned Chaos store was incredibly helpful and friendly. They showed us around, explained some of the products we were interested in, how they work, and some other options and accessories. We felt reassured that we were buying what we needed and that we had a place to go for questions and support if needed. They had most of things in stock and they helped us bringing everything to the car we had parked in Westfield’s parking. The few things they didn’t had in stock, we received them short after at home. I totally recommend paying them a visit if you are interested in Stokke products, instead of just buying them online, if you can.

    I ordered the new edition of the MuTable from the Stokke Brand Parent Store located in London together with two chairs and few other accessories. The customer service has been incredibly quick in responding to my questions before completing the purchase and very supportive after, sending the tracking info through and addressing my queries in the most professional way. Also, the delivery has been completed within the time anticipated and the products arrived in perfect conditions- they are of the highest quality and my son loved everything!     The store is under new management and they are AWESOME!! When Stokke.com failed to deliver, Stokke London store stepped in to save the day and they did! They ll go above and beyond to help you! Helpful, polite and smart they ll listen and recommend the best solution for every situation. I usually do not leave recommendations but in this instance (and as the store is under a new management) i feel that I have no option! Thank you very much guys!     Sandra’s stellar professionalism, infectious enthusiasm and 5-star customer service blew me away. With the UK and Ireland being in lockdown for the foreseeable future, we communicated via WhatsApp, and it couldn’t have been easier or more enjoyable. I got sent ample amounts of information and crystal clear pictures on all of the products I was interested in. Nothing seemed like too much hassle. I received regular contact and was kept up-to-date on everything. Sandra is simply incredible and exudes such warmth and genuineness. She went over and beyond to help me and I could not have appreciated her help and guidance more, especially being a first-time mum.     The team are really nice and helpful! We had issue with an item that we bought from Stokke website and we took this item to the shop, so they can review it in person. In the end, they gave us the best solution by giving us a new item, therefore saving us the trouble of taking a damaged item home and having to recontact the online customer service.

    Great customer service by Sandra who arranged for 2 engraved back plates to be sent out to us with head office even though I did not purchase the chairs from the store. I received these within a week over Xmas even though she did advise it might be some time in Jan due to current situation. Communication and advise on the purchase and the replacement parts were exemplary! Well done!

    Purchased the Tripp Trapp high chair with some accessories. Staff attended to me, explained well and were patient answering my questions. One thing to note is they only accept credit cards with PIN. So in my case I had to purchase a Westfield gift card to use it in the store.

    Popped in to purchase a gift for a friend. Very helpful staff. Was also assisted by the manager who was very nice and knew exactly what I wanted as was spoilt for choice in colourways for the product i was purchasing. Even offered to help get products to my car. Was very kind. But items packed so well and light it was easy to carry. Would definitely recommend Stokke....quality, great designs and great price point. Thank you......very rare to shop in a place with such great service. 10*

    WORST client service I have ever had to deal with. They sent the wrong order, then made me stay home from 9 to 5 saying they booked a pick up....not once, not twice.... but FOUR TIMES until the courier actually showed up. And it's not over...when the courier showed up, Stokke had made another mistake and booked the wrong number of items for pick up....A NIGHTMARE. I lost my hair dealing with them. Not worth anyone's time.

    I cannot rate the customer service received from Stokke highly enough. I ordered a Besafe travel bag for my car seats and due to delays with shipping from Europe I was not going to receive it on time for my holiday. I was offered an alternative solution for my holiday of the Stokke Pram Pak as a loan item until my bag was received or a full refund. I opted for the loan bag and it was amazing. The bag is meant for a double buggy and I can see it would be fantastic for this, but it was also suitable for two Besafe iZi car seats. The bag was robust and easy to use and safely transported both seats to Spain and back. It was great using the one bag to the airport. Following my holiday I let Stokke know I had returned and they arranged collection of the loan bag. This was all done free of charge and they couldn’t be more helpful. Once my Besafe bag was in stock I was contacted to be told it was shipping out to see if the day was suitable for me. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but look nice further than Stokke as their service is anazing 👍🏻 Thank you, I will definitely use again if needed 😊

    Visited the store with a few questions and uncertainties of what high chair would be most suitable for our 5 month old.     I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and the service in store each time is friendly, helpful and straightforward. The products are such good quality and practical too. Last week I contacted the store by phone for an emergency purchase, they handled the sale brilliantly and the item arrived quickly.
