This is more than a Shopping Mall or a Market, it is an Londoner experience. The place is beautiful and full of amazing spots, flowers everywhere and much to see. The area has much to offer, form cafes, restaurants, shopping places and music. We had a wonderful day going over the different points of the market and the surroundings. I very much recommend this place.

Excellent place and excellent ambience in the whole area of the locality with variety of stalls that are full of goodies. The stall holders are polite and helpful and knowledgeable.

This place is amazing ! So much to see everywhere, we went during the Christmas time to see the Christmas tree and decorations. Very beautiful place to visit with lots to see for everyone no matter what age. The Christmas village was so beautiful and inside the covent garden center there is always someone singing which makes the place even memorable. Highly recommend. There is a lot of place to eat from here. You could probably spend a couple hours here shopping and eating something delicious.

One of the pinnacles of London, Covent Garden Piazza is a wonderful square surrounded by old cobbled streets and with a covered curved glass roof. It houses the 'market' which is a posh collection of boutique independent and smaller chain stores and cafés. The beautiful square is always buzzing day and night with locals and visitors alike. Plenty of places to eat from inexpensive pizzerias to high end Michelin star (there's an Ivy Market Grill on one of the corners) you will find something to suit you.

Love this place, and I like to go there regularly. Lots of restaurants options for different budgets. Many ice cream shops and chocolate shops. Few unique home and accessories shops. Always feel so good to go there and spend few hours. It is also charming in the Christmas period when they set up Christmas tree.

Great opera house as always. Maybe the best in Europe. Don't forget to book champagne and salmon toast for the interval! The magic flute has been magical!

Brilliant place in London city with stunning decorations, lush restaurants, unique market, street entertainments, theatre shows and many more to discover. My daughter loved the hourly snow sessions in place this festive season. But this area of the city can be bit crowded due to school holidays - to feel safe, adhere to personal covid measures.

ENVIRONMENT🏡: This market has a highest standard than most other markets. You will find the environment of luxury brands which you can find in anywhere in the world. You can find a few souvenirs stalls and a few restaurants downstairs for lunch, tea time or breakfast. ➕ : Indoor market ➖ : The place is not an authentic English market. PRICE💶: The price come with the standard of the place : £1/person for the toilets, high standards restaurants.

Great shopping place. Shows, crowds, singers, magicians and festive atmosphere. For the people who love to shop for local products this is a Great place. Fruits, local artists, artisans, textiles, trinkets, souvenirs, collectibles are available. Otherwise just walk around and enjoy the various tea shops and cafes and bars. Time passes rather too quickly here. People with joyous faces are milling around and a sort of very light hearted and good atmosphere is there..

Fun selection of places to eat and drink and watch buskers street entertainers of various quality. For food try wahahacca just a few mins away and beers I like porterhouse bit dark but good beers. Just watch out for pickpockets The Apple store here is also less manic than Regent Street.

Great place to visit on a bright sunny day like today. Loads to see, buy, watch, eat drink etc. Street performers everywhere, but beware of pickpockets especially if you are standing still in a crowd watching some performance! Weekends are probably the busiest. Best views are from the balcony of the Royal Opera House looking down onto the market.

Always a pleasure visiting Covent Garden. Bars, restaurants, gift shops, foods stalls and buskers are aplenty. Can wander around here for ages. Lots of designer stores too. It’s a big roofed area with cobbled stones and arches. Must visit place for any trip to London.

It is one of the best places in London to go both as a tourist and as a local. You can find amazing places to eat either a snack or exquisite food at a nice restaurant. It is right by the Royal Opera House and also the Long Acre which makes it very very central. It is also great for shopping and you can find anything you might think of in this area.

Vibrant area, lots of shopping for unique jewelry, antiques and foods. Enjoyed performance by Richard Quine, in the Courtyard, St.Paul’s Church for Actors offered opera singers and the opportunity to pet the chapel cats. More rubbish bins are needed, there is trash overflowing the bins. Great place to enjoy this perfect June weather.

Always fun to stroll around the old site of London's Produce market, transformed into a wonderful pedestrian area. Great little shops, restaurants. Pubs everywhere, street buskers and the Opera house in a corner with the sounds of music and amazing voices.

I loved this place. People were so friendly and the food was delicious. We over tipped the entertainment but we had such a good time and I would love to go back soon. The seats in the downstairs market place gets very cramped (we went on a hot summers day 2022), so get there before you’re actually hungry, could take some time to grab a seat.

This was all set up with a Christmas market, which was lovely to walk around. It was very busy, so be careful. Lots of bumps & shoves! All the Christmas lights were up & a huge tree. You can get lots of goodies there & stop for something to eat & drink, including mulled wine Would love to go back when it's warmer so I can sit outside & watch all that's going on.

Covent Garden square with great buildings in the center and around it. With plenty of upscale market shops , restaurants and bars. There is always something happening on the street, like live music, live comedians or acrobatics, human statues and more. Beautiful street and plaza decorations for different times of the year. The atmosphere at the square is always buzzing with plenty of people walking around and visiting places. This is one of the places you must visit when in London..

Brilliant day or especially if going there on the weekend. We went there late morning and there is so much going on that you can't fail to find something of interest. Different people will be performing all sorts of captivating acts Be warned that there will be LOTS of people as the place is very popular. Finding places to eat can involve a wait but the atmosphere makes it worthwhile.

The history of this entertainment area goes back 400+ years. Always hopping! No one single place outshines the others. Cool vendor stalls, neat shops, hip restaurants. I stumbled into the infamous Punch and Judy’s. Very affordable, yet high quality dood with absolutely energetic and professional service. Tip: garlic cheese ciabatta is amazing

I really enjoy the atmosphere here. It has a little bit of everything when it comes to food. It has a few museums, outdoor bars, restaurants and dessert places, basically a little something for everyone. It also happens to be local to a lot of other places in London that's within walking distance or a short underground train journey away. I would highly recommend a visit if you are a tourist. Just remember to bring a decent sized wallet as things can be a bit on the expensive side.

Exciting! Busy, vibrant, colourful and loud area of the city. Great mix of street entertainers, market stalls, high Street shops, souvenir sellers and cafes/bars. Lots of people walking about inside the markets, whereas groups of people were congregated around the entertainers. Being a visitor from a much smaller place, it felt weird to be in such close proximity to so many people, but as you walk a couple of streets away it became quiet again.

It's a great place to explore especially with the amount of restaurants, stores, and street performers that accommodate the market. It has an upper and lower level where it ranges from art to perfumes and jewelry. The lights there makes it a really beautiful place to be at and is a play you can go to with friends to shop at. I would recommend though if you are planning to go to a restaurant there to have a reservation beforehand since sometimes they can be packed with people!

Must visit place in central London, many small shops you can spend all day in the market, and the area, try different things. Seasonal vendors the food is amazing 👌 definitely you can find your favourite in here and try something new. Waking south of the market you can get to the River south bank and have a walk great view of the city skyline from the bridge. The nearest tube station Covent garden.

If you are fond of shopping in the streets then you must surely visit this place. There are loads of small shops with unique items to sell. There is an antique items sale specifically on Mondays and you would want to have a look at them for sure. Apart from the small shops there are big brands too which can put a hole in your pocket. There are also restaurants and food places where you can dine in if you get tired of walking around.

I have been to covent garden during every season. It is uniquely decorated for each one. I didn’t think it could be more stunning than the holiday season, but then I went back in spring just before the flower festival. So beautiful! The market itself is very busy. Expect crowds, and if you want to eat long lines. Reservations are necessary on weekends for restaurants. The shops within covent garden are small boutique stores, and their is a daily flea market which features crafts, arts, jewelry, clothing, and dishwater old and new. Beware of really good thieves in the market. Wear bags in front of you and do not store wallets or phones in your back pocket. I love the feel of this part of town, but the prices are very high. Hotels are quite small, and food prices are much better a short walk or train ride away.

Always pop back every week or so as there is always something new here. They have now made outdoor dining a permanent fixture to their plaza and on the weekends it gets extremely busy with buskers and outdoor dining. Often they host popups and temporary art installations such as the disney theatre costume and photo op set ups! During wimbledon, they set up a large tv which is free to watch with their own deckchairs. All in all, you have everything. Easy transport links. Great variety of food options. the nearby covent garden market, london transport museum, busking, entertainment and many many designer branded shops including chanel, apple and even the royal opera house.

If part of your London experience includes partaking in some “retail therapy,” then we’d recommend that you give Covent Garden Market a go. The shoppes in and around it range from a farmers market to high end retail, with everything in between. Street performers are throughout and supplement the atmosphere. It would be difficult to imagine a better time to visit than the holidays, whether you shop or just browse. While retail therapy isn’t my particular cup of tea, a visit here is definitely worth a few hours of your time. And that’s…Henry’s Take. #londoncoventgardenmarket

Convent Garden an up market hub of designer shops, restaurants, a market and street entertainment. Historically it was a fruit and flower market. It is a nice place to go and wander. The Royal Opera House is year. There is a transport Museum here. The Christmas display is excellent.

Visited last night, street entertainment was brilliant and the entire area was very festive and ready for Christmas. There's a giant Christmas tree which looks fantastic, the photos don't quite do it justice. Highly recommend a visit if you're in London around Christmas. If you're getting the underground then listen to the announcements and avoid the 192 stairs (equivalent of 15 floors) and just wait for the elevator!

This place feels like Disneyland of food lovers 😂 A single center for all. Quite crowded on busy hours (where isn’t tho).. One can easily find anything regarded “London”. Different open bazaars everyday to discover. Nice place to spend time and enjoy high quality food.

Always great place to meet friends and family for lunch and dinner or a drink. Great for browsing around the shops and market stalls. Or visiting the London Transport Museum or St Paul's Church. Watch the buskers on a nice sunny day.

First visit to London in years, and only the second to Covent Garden, but wow, just beautiful. Alive with people, so much to see and watch, with the amazing architecture, Christmas decorations and entertainers. Highlight for me was the stunning Christmas tree - the stuff of dreams.

It's end of Oct and Christmas decorations were on with Fall decs. I love it. This is indeed my favorite time of the year. We browsed around and just immersed ourselves in the quaintness of the market until you walked out and all the branded stores around the area.

I love Covent Garden always buzzing and lively. Street actors and performers most days of the week. Great atmosphere and some fantastic places for food. And of course the fabulous displays of Christmas decorations.

Absolutely loved the experience. I have been to Covent Garden many times, but at this time of year it is magical (but quite cold, so wrap up warm) the atmosphere though is fantastic! There are the different street performers who do a brilliant job on entertaining the crowds, market stalls and plenty of places to grab snacks and drinks or have a more serious sit down meal. Well worth a visit to get into the Christmas spirit and have some fun. It is also an easy walk from here to Leicester Square and Picadilly too, with again so much to see and do.

Visiting Covent Garden during Christmas indeed offers a unique and festive experience. The area is renowned for its stunning holiday decorations, including lights, Christmas trees, and seasonal displays. The Apple market and surrounding streets are adorned with sparkling lights and festive ornaments, creating a magical atmosphere. It's certainly the best time of the year.

It's a beautiful part of London with great shops and great architecture. The market area is my favourite, there's lots of stalls selling a wide range of goods and an entire market hall of stalls selling jewellery, antiques and collectables. The Apple market has a selection of good cafes and restaurants. The Royal Opera House is well worth a visit and has a great restaurant overlooking the market square.

It's a nice area for shopping and dining or even just sight seeing. The Christmas vibe is lovely in the evening. I highly recommend checking out.

Wow! What a wonderful place to visit! Live entertainment. Great shops with a variety of boutiques. Very festive atmosphere. If you don’t like crowds maybe it is not your best place to visit. Only down side was £1.50 to go to the toilet!!

There's always something new and entertaining happening at Covent Gardens. Plenty of choices for food. I enjoy walking around and watching the different shows. Christmas displays are great and a must see.

I love Covent Garden for shows and a bit of shopping. It's such a lovely atmosphere filled with years of history which makes it so magical. It gets crowded during Christmas time. Try to arrive early or very late at night for less crowds. Lovely regardless.

Always love Covent garden...go to the top floor at the Royal Opera House for a rooftop view. Glimpse into the workings of the costume department and gaze upon the beautifully made tiaras, framed and detailed. Gaze down into the downstairs bar with 44 carefully positioned bottles of Verve Cliquot.

Fantastic at Christmas even in the rain. Paid a visit to The Royal Opera House which was amazing. We couldn't get in to see the rehearsal of The Nutcracker but since coming home the finished production is being streamed to our local cinema. Just had to get tickets.

So delightful and festive at this time of year! Great food, gifts, and atmosphere. Street entertainment and holiday cheer definitely make the place worth a visit . It's very crowded but that adds to the festive fun!

Nice but busy. Nice decorations. Good Christmas tree, better than Trafalgar Square. Random people standing around showing off.
