Good fish and the prices are fine but the shop owner is a bit rude

So I’ve done a bit of research and it seems I’ve bought non-aquatic plants from Kim. Really disappointed after taking his advice that these were easy aquarium plants. They’re actually meant more for terrariums and not meant to be fully submerged. They also feature in lists of non aquatic plants you should stay away from. I should have known better but I gave Kim my trust and he trashed it. He gives a lot of conflicting advice! I have a healthy community tank and took these pictures from day one of planting and will continue to update to show how they hold up but don’t have too much hope after what I read online about these plants. I even took a pic of the plant name so no excuses Kim if you plan to respond! You know what you’re selling...If you’re buying plants please ask for the names and do your own research even if it means pulling out your phone in the shop. Don’t buy or take advice blind. 😔

Great shop. You will always get a honest answer and help you need. I am a beginner in tropical fish keeping and I had my bad luck with other shop who were selling me what I shouldn't put in my tank. This is the place to go! Thanks Kim. Danny

I can honestly say the fish in T&L AquaWorld are amazing&The colours. I bought 14 fish out of their today, and the man wasn't rushing us, he knew what he was talking about as he gave us great advice. When we was their looking at the fish he told us to leave the bag at the top of the tank for 25 minutes for our new fish to get use to the temperature. I would definitely recommend this aquarium shop, very clean inside, tank are beautiful and fish tanks are kept immaculately clean. I can definitely say that I will be going back their to upgrade my fish tank and buy more fish! Thank you for great advice.. 28/09/2016

I have concerns of how they treat their animals, and have raised my concerns with Aqua World. Waiting to hear back from them. A single, large fish being kept alone in an unclean tank with no natural fauna/flora. The fish just circles and circles and is clearly distressed. This needs to be addressed immediately.

It's a Lovely aqua world where you have small fish big fish and baby turtles.. service is very good before you buy any animals he will explain how to take care of it and when to feed. I highly recommend this place if anyone wants to buy anything from this shop

Super great store, the owner is very friendly and he helped me figure out which tank was perfect. As a new fish owner I had no idea what I was doing but he was very informative and even helped me put together the tank. Definitely will be back.

Love this store. Kean is such a helpful gentleman. I’ve seen many reviews about saying how the owner is rude, the honest truth is, thats just the way he speaks. I’ll be regularly coming here to fill up my tanks with his amazing quality fish & many other things.

There's a decent coldwater fish collection, and some tropical variety too. Not too large of a shop and a few plant options. Definitely useful if you're in a pinch however as I did see supplies behind counter. All in all, a small local shop that has the commonly desired species of fish and plants etc without having to go further out

I upgraded to a bigger tank and was offered great advice from owner of this shop. I definately felt well informed and knew exactly what to do when I got home. I would recommend this shop especially if you're a beginner but also a well experience fish keeper would leave with a smile.

It was really a good pet shop. The person in shop was really knowledgeable and helping in selecting fishes. We got a gibbacept there, and it was healthy and active.

This is honestly such a great shop to buy fish, not only are the fish super beautiful the man was so lovely and super helpful!!! something you wont find in a bigger commercial store. He helped me sort out my filter and previously provided me with some stunning tropical fish for my tank. defiantly recommend :)

Bought 4 baby turtles and I am in love with them. A few different fishes, tanks and toys. Small shop so you might not find everything in stock. Just call in first if you need anything. The great thing is that it’s open 7 days a week. The man was lovely. He was patient with me. I didn’t know a thing about turtles but he explained it perfectly. He sounded like he was having a go at me but you’ll realise that’s just how he speaks. Lovely man really, very honest, straight to the point kind of guy.
