For a charity.shop its ridiculously expensive. Just under 5 pound for washing liquid, really?

I was minding my business perusing the shop when I overheard one of the employees (a white woman with short brown hair & glasses) make a horribly racist joke to a customer about how she’d need a slave to polish the silverware she was purchasing. I confronted her about it and she seemed to have no idea that she said anything offensive. Would never come back here.

Well run charity shop with a well considered curation and presentation of everything for sale. Often busy and definitely popular with the locals. This is where I donate my clothes etc and the staff are always efficient and grateful for any donation.

A spacious charity shop with a varied selection, but rails were quite bare so not much to see

Lovely shopping experience

Good quality clothing, shoes and bags. They've scaled back on the amount of clothing they sell for some reason.

Today I went to donate some items. The lady who collects the donations very polite and friendly.

I heard about this shop when I first found out my friend used to work there and I went there to check it of myself. It was OK though.

Just in the shop right now to return items. Rudest lady at the counter when we showed up with our little dog. No issue with dogs not allowed in the shop but literally talking to customers with rude attitude is not correct at all when we even asked before entering the property. Get a sense of politeness and customer touch.

The short greasy dark haired lady on the slightly large side just stares you down. I stopped going there due to their prices being ridiculously high. 😕

One star as the store is usually closed and their opening hours are very inconsistent and unreliable.
