Awesome experience. The boutiques within are obviously high-end designer items, but the overall experience is lovely. Everyone is really nice and the food hall is SO COOL. Definitely hop in for a snack or a drink at the very least.

The most famous luxury world trends in one place! I visited this center as recommended. I didn't buy anything, but the sellers made me feel comfortable looking at the latest trends. The building is beautiful and every centimeter is meticulously and luxuriously designed. I was personally most fascinated by the escalators. These are the first electric escalators in London and probably the most beautiful in Europe. The building is definitely worth a look!

It's an experience you shouldn't be missing. The most luxurious or most popular luxurious store of London. You do find though plenty of items under £10 here as well. There is big food and chocolate hall and good options there. Amazing place to buy luxury watches and jewellery, including accessories. Really recommend a visit.

Amazing to visit even just to window shop and experience. Over the top ambiance and showcasing only the most premium of product, it was actually really fun just to walk around the floors to imagine what to buy if money wasn't an option. Would highly recommend the Lower Ground floor to buy sovounirs and to also visit the food courts and chocolate shops, absolutely mouthwatering. Would recommend getting something nice that's ready made from the food court and walk over to Hyde Park for a picnic if the weather is good!

First visit back to Harrods for 10 years. Looks pretty much the same. Bought a Salt Beef Sandwich from their exquisite FOOD HALL and it was amazing! This really should be a Five Star review but for me it gets Four Stars purely because I cannot afford to shop here! Such a good sandwich. See you in 10 years for an update!

This is a very fun thing to do when in London. Prepared to be wowed by the architecture and design, by the number and quality of the numerous boutiques, the food courts that sell everything from quality chocolates to dinner....and the crowds. Try to visit on a week day morning to have the best experience. Also try to avoid the perfumery section if you have asthma or don't want an overload of competing and conflicting and overpowering smells. That experience left me coughing for about 15 minutes afterwards, and I have good lungs. The place needs much strong positive ventilation, or about 20 fewer sales people spraying scents in the air. Crazy. Well, onward. Every corner and every passageway has delightful displays and/or another view of the beautiful classic ancient Egyptian architecture....even the elevators and stairs are a treat. One of my favorite places is their dining room, which is very large and round and capped by a huge and magnificent stained glass dome, and grounded by a very nice menu and good food. Harrods is nicely located close to the V&A Museum and walking distance to many other attractions, including Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. Definitely worth an hour or two.

The place is absolutely stunning. A maze walking thru it but you literally have everything. Crazy beautiful architecture. You can walk around for hours on a rainy day and taste some cheeses or chocolate. Very nice

What an amazingly brilliant, classy and authentic shopping spot Harrods is. People like to compare Harrods with Macy’s in New York since they are both signature department stores standing for their countries. However, the decor or stores & product lineup of Harrods is much better currently in our opinions. We love their souvenir store so much, there is a great variety of options and we purchased 2 Harrods bears.

The rooftop terrace was lovely, the food was incredible and it was oddly peaceful. The store itself is a maze with very little signage meaning it took us a long time to find the terrace but we stumbled across the chocolate area so it's not all bad. However, the building itself is absolutely stunning! Areas of beauty found both inside and out where breathtaking. It's definitely a must see but I'm not so sure I'd go back!

Truly a legendary landmark - this place is so immeasurably massive that you need Google maps to navigate it. I'm only joking, but it is absolutely huge and somewhat hard to navigate. Incredible to walk around though.

Big. Beautiful. Expensive. What more could I say? Being a foodie, my favourite section was the food hall. My eyes grew bigger and bigger with each step I took. The food, all of it, looks fresh and delicious. Sushi, pasta, pies, eats and treats. Everything you could think of. The areas were pristine and clean and the bathrooms were glamorous. You could get lost in the maze of Harrods.

So many sections to go so many excellent things to choose from. This is why it's important to take your time. It's also a great experience to see it like a modern art museum. No offense museums. Definitely visit their own brand shop in the basement where you can buy Harrods brand things.

My absolute favourite department store. Was spoilt with lots of luxury gifts from Harrods. Magnificent interior and all the top designer brands are sold here. Baby changing facilities and washrooms and their own car park. Excellent cafés and restaurants. Staff were absolutely lovely, so kind, polite and helpful.

A five star experience. Myself like other people may not be able to afford a whole lot in here but it was amazing to look around and see all the different shops and products for sale. The food court was also delicious to see! Would definitely recommend going to try some of there cakes!

(Translated by Google) Magnificent, elegant, upmarket. Not everything was going to be museums. As in almost all places, your time flies by. Everything catches your eye, from a simple elevator to the cafeteria. It is very expensive, but a walk between the exhibitors sometimes allows you to dream. In the supermarket we saw Spanish products. (Original) Magnífico, elegante, de categoría. No todo iban a ser museos. Como en casi todos los sitios, se te pasa el tiempo volando. Very expensive (£62 + tip) for afternoon tea each. But everything was exquisite, the live piano music created a great ambiance, and I got to try some interesting teas too. Definitely for a special occasion or expensive tastes but worth a try. I will also note that I didn’t have anything else to eat that day and wasn’t hungry by bed.

Always a go to in London. Lots of luxury items and designers from all over the world- from shoes, clothes, cosmetics, electronics, kitchen/dining , food, bedroom/bathroom, living area, travel to teas, pharmacy/wellness clinic, etc. Not much of a big shopper, but I love their teas, condiments, prepared and reasonably priced meals and don’t forget a reward points system. Also, they actually ship to the US within 4-7days for less than $50 filled box without any extra customs charge at delivery. Luxury at its finest I call it in all areas. The food is quality and reasonably priced.

One of the best places that I've done window shopping and took in everything that Harrods had to offer. Got some chocolate from Harrods and it was a bit pricey, but was really good. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit Harrods at least once in their lifetime! :)

This is the next level departmental store with floor after floor of top notch merchandise. Good cafes and Gordon Ramsey Burgers. The food hall, chocolate area, bread and meets are world class. Check out the fine watches and exquisite jewelry shops. Love visiting Harrods every time we are in town. Dior display and bake shop ware spectacular.

Huge and unique attraction. Quite confusing to try and figure out the layout of the floors and where to be, but the food market and bakery are worth a visit. For the pleb who can’t afford the high end shopping, head to the gift shop on the power ground floor!

Iconic place. Impressing royal architecture and design. Reminded me KaDeWe in Berlin because of similar food hall concept. It can feel a little tight, but maybe it is just too full of luxury stores and goods for every need. Still difficult to get classy models as they might be gone quick because of crowds. We were shopping at the Dior and took for us a while until employee gave us what we wanted. Cute gift shop downstairs was full of nice souvenirs, average price is 17-19 pounds per piece + they charge for a bag so ask price first at the cashier. Long lines of course. It was worth a visit, although I could not get what I was looking for, but my favorite shopping center is Dubai Mall so far.

Worth checking out......however...Very expensive, super crowded and just plain exhausting to walk through....you need to have "stupid money " to spend here.....it is way over the top and I really don't know who would wear some of the styles.....just a bizarre selection of junk that someone labeled as style.... On the other hand, the food hall was pretty amazing. You can get anything from Caviar - high grade cuts of meat to fresh fish.....delicious chocolate and much more! Overall, it is a thing every tourist should see, but it is certainly not a shopping experience for everyone.

The architecture of the building is impressive and inside it is ... to get lost for hours !! 😍😍 The section of select food products is spectacular, not to mention the infinite assortment of fashion brands and products for gifts typical of the Harrods brand. The decoration at Christmas time is simply incredible. Must visit !! 😊😍 (Original) Impresionante y conocidísimo centro comercial en pleno centro de Londres, en Brompton Road. Most beautiful and relaxing luxury shopping I've ever been to. This place is literally a village of Brands in itself, a mini world of all the reputed brands. The area covered is huge, it's kind of a posh area with high end brand shops, the prices charged here specifically are higher than the prices charged normally at malls. There are many options for bingeing, ONLY the negative point is there is NO any car parking around. A must visit place for all the shopaholics out there

Harrods is always a unique and unmissable experience. The standard of service and customer care is beyond expectations. From the restaurants to the shops, everything at highest standards. People think that Harrods is only for rich but you can get affordable souvenirs like mugs or bags at decent price and piece of history with you. The events and experiences are also on different levels. Beyond fantastic! Not to mention the amazing rewards program when you spend on anything at Harrods. Do consider shopping during week as weekends it gets pretty crowded. If you want to visit special cafes or exhibitions I do recommend to make a reservation to avoid disappointment.

While this store was massive, it felt just a little ridiculous that everyone says it’s a “must visit” place in London. I would suggest going if you must, taking a look at the architecture and making a quick browse through the areas you are interested in then leaving and enjoying the rest of the city. Also, some of their stuff is just ridiculously overpriced. For example, I went in to buy a camera lens for my Nikon and their “on offer” price was £1900 when I could get the exact lens in Japan or the States for $1700 out the door. If money is really no object and you don’t care if you’re overpaying because you want the instagram photo of you with a Harrods bag then this is your spot!

This is just a review of the FOOD HALL and pictures of the chocolate hall within Harrods Ultimate in luxury food , a very impressive selection of sandwiches, sushi , prepared food within the food court There were rotisserie's & pasta counters which they could cook with any combination of sauce and pasta for you ... but I marked it down a star because there were no seating areas provided to enjoy what you have ordered and most who do would either have to eat on the street or take home a freshly cooked pasta which would have been nice to sample hot and just prepared . This is a common complaint and I know Harrods are marketing the food hall as a take home service or lunch for office workers, but I feel they are missing a trick . I decided to try the once in a life time purchase of the outrageously priced wagu beef sour dough sandwich at £28 ... yes you read that correctly Best sandwich I have ever tasted in my life , the beef melted in your mouth and with the combination of beer soaked onions and porcini mushroom, it was amazing and a burst of all the right flavours complementing the Wagu Beef.. A small down side was the sourdough felt a bit stale refrigerated and for this kind of price tag you would expect perfection. Was it worth the £28 ... no but it may have been worth £17/£18 but even that that's at a push and would I go every week to get one ... no but that's just my opinion and I am sure other would but definitely worth trying it once, but that's it.

Did a visit to the Prada café and also to the inside shops. As always, this place is top-notch service and excellent things to look at and unique gift ideas. We started with some bread and olives that came with a very tasty oil and vinaigrette. I tried to toastie which was amazing. It was even a vegetarian option and the coffee drinks were very tasty.

Made the mistake of navigating the food areas during lunch hour, but otherwise had a great time in Harrods. This store is magnificent and beautiful. It's easy to get lost but also easy to find your way quickly again. They have some very high end items at extreme prices as well as fairly priced retail you'd find elsewhere.

I live in Birmingham but I would go to London at least twice a year, unfortunately sometimes I never got any further than the Harrods store. You could spend the whole day in the store a truly wonderful store, the staff are always very friendly, they Usually have many demonstrations going on. The food hall is very reasonably priced for takeaway food. I love going to the pet department and seeing the pets. I would always go Christmas time and buy one of the Harrods teddy bears, they were made of the highest quality and very reasonably priced, I would then donate this to the Children’s Hospital. If you ever go to London you must go to Harrods store it is a must-visit and no you do not need any money just to visit the store. I will say again the staff are extremely friendly. I can categorically and unequivocally say it is the finest store I have been to anywhere in the world. I cannot wait when one is allowed to travel again, it will be truly wonderful to be able to go and visit London and the Harrods store again. 🙏🙏

Terrible customer service when it comes to getting a business VAT invoice. Requested one March 2020 and still waiting for one as of today. Contacted customer service and provided whatever the agent asked, then got told I had to fill in another business vat invoice form in Microsoft word document myself and email them again. completely hopeless handling approach from a once reputable department store.

Afternoon tea at Harrods, we'll, what can one say..... I was treated to this experience by my sons and it was wonderful. The attention to detail was lovely along with the beautiful surroundings. The staff were amazing and the man who served our table was so knowledgeable. Not being an adventurous tea drinker I told him what I liked and he chose for me, what a great choice it was. The sandwiches and cakes were amazing. My son is Coeliac so had the gluten free choice. This looked, and he said tasted, as good as the regular choice. Definitely worth doing as everyone should have a treat in their lives.

So many styles and designers to chose from. Would definitely recommend shopping here. They pretty much have every and anything that you could be looking for. Also many things you don't need but want anyway. The staff/colleagues in here are so polite and friendly.

What an absolute staple of our great capital! The famed Harrods. Famous for servicing our Royal family and HRH Queen Victoria II! Housing some of the worlds rarest and bespoke items, Harrods offers a plethora of differing items that service all areas of your life. The store has numerous floors with a whole host of team members to greet you and help you find what you’re looking for. Harrods also offer a traditional English Cream Tea, if you’re visiting and looking for something truly British.. Look no further!

A visit to THE iconic Harrods is a must if you're in London 🤩 the vibes is truly bougie and there's so much stuff to see and browse. The Food Hall is pretty amazing too with lots of fresh produce and Delicatessen to try and if you fancy, buy 😉

Fantastic store, beautiful building, some amazing things to be found here (if you have the money) but also caters for those of us who can only dream, had lovely coffee and cake in coffee shop, staff were lovely, polite and helpful, definitely worth a visit regardless of your income bracket even just to the pastry and chocolate sections if nothing else, spent 2 hours wandering, could have stayed longer.

We went for afternoon tea. It was wonderful. Probably one of the nicest I have experienced. I'm always a bit uncomfortable stepping into these incredibly expensive places, knowing I'm completely out of place and the people who work there probably know it. However, the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and welcoming. The service was warm and friendly, they were on hand to ask questions, check allergies, top up your dwindling cup of tea etc. The selection of sandwiches were lovely and we were offered more (which we found out we weren't additionally charged for) and they catered to our non meat eating needs. The cakes were delicious and the warm scones topped it off excellently. Also, I can highly recommend the prosecco cocktails. Afternoon tea was topped off by a stroll around the shop, and after getting lost, found our way to the food hall and Christmas world. A lovely day in all.

Great for a wander round to see how the other half live! Then go buy a bauble in the basement! And something from the amazing (but busy) food hall! Make sure you use the toilets, and try not to get lost! It’s an iconic shop, go visit and spend what you can afford! My family enjoyed the technology department… played on everything and spent nothing.

Lovely place to visit, but in recent years layouts in departments changed to become a bit too "cold" for me and with small spaces that easily become too crowded. Also wish there was better signage inside as it's easy to lose one's way at times.

Before Xmas 2021. Lots of people despite covid awareness. Not many wear masks. Have to queue for everything. Exhorbitant food price.

Nice change of layouts compared to last time my visit. Staffs are well-trained in general and very friendly, especially at clé de peau, although I missed the piece wanted from the collection, Nicole was my favourite lady, her attentive service was very thoughtful and accommodating in details of personalized needs, knowledgeable on products for best suited recommendations. If you have time, walking along while shopping with your loved ones, you could visit the Halcyon Gallery to chat with the lovely gallery manager and give you some directions of arts. I love the Home and furniture session. An adorable collection of kids essentials to designers would definitely warm your heart to be a proud parent. In women section was a slightly under presentation due to Boxing Day rush, apart from Designer brands are very catchy and an enjoyable purchase, few clothes/jeans picked with Paige and Theory can’t be missed. Gathering your friends to enjoy a cup of tea would be ideal for the end note of either a relaxing or a busy shopping trip.

Great place to explore and an awesome range of things to see and buy. The gift shop is in the basement. Or the “lower ground floor”.

A must visit at least once. I love the ground floor food area you can find anything. They have great choice of take away food ranging from french, Italian, Asian, British prices are fair and good quality. Also the dessert section is outstanding with good quality tea selection. I always buy the English Breakfast loose tea tin for me as well for gifts when visiting friends abroad.

This was the first time I’d ever been to Harrods before after years of putting it off. I was pleasantly surprised. A stunning building, gorgeous nods to Ancient Egypt, really helpful doormen and wonderful service from all the staff in the fragrance department-particularly those on Serge Lutens and Tom Ford. Above all, the delightful Jackie in Hair & Beauty was second to none with her customer service and dedication. Thank you! All in all a wonderful experience and I will definitely return.

Lovely things to look at, bought a lovely little gift for my unborn grandson. Ate some beautiful fudge. Was disappointed in my cake, a little dry. Also annoyed that we couldn't pay for cakes with the other goods and had to go back to the food hall.

It's an unforgettable and exuberant experience to be at Harrods, I absolutely love this shop. It has everything you can wish for, Fashion, jewellery, electronics, technology, food, decoration, books, magazines, bags, toys, souvenirs, etc. Etc, etc. Every single room is decorated with an exquisite taste. The toilets unbelievable pretty. The decoration of the shop in general is unbelievable! Specially the main stairs, take a look at the ceiling, gorgeous! There is a tube station right next to the shop, Knightsbride, which makes it very convenient. Pop in for a nice day in this majestic place, it is a big shop, so be prepared to spend at least some hours in it. They have a food hall, coffe shop and everything is super clean, neat, staff is very friendly and attentive. From corner to corner, for me, the best shop👌.

A great department store to visit, it's iconic, clean, easy to walk around. We visited the Tea Room for high tea and spent the rest of the afternoon exploring each floor. My favourites were the technology to play some arcade games, the food hall for treats and also the gift shop situated downstairs. Worth a visit if you're in London.

What an experience. A total must when in London, if not for the brands the store carries, at least for the own brand and the food hall. The building itself is a statement, just browsing around is an experience in itself. The food hall offers almost anything one can dream of, hot and cold options, fresh and cooked, various cuisines. Then the bakery and dry goods selection is also noteworthy and especially during Xmas time. Last but not least, the own brand offers quite a variety of usable items, not just useless souvenirs, few designs, at decent prices. The whole vibe is amazing, totally recommend of you enjoy a bit (or a lot) of luxury.

Definitely a amazing mall it's really luxurious and clean the stores and stands are also really nice I couldn't check out the reasturants but I saw them and they seem nice aswell the washrooms are really clean. The escalators and lifts are also really good and the decorations near them are really good. One issue I had was that it was kinda hard to locate specific stores more directions and maps would help a lot. Overall I would still prefer Harrods over Self ridge's since Harrods is more luxurious and bigger also more clean and it really beautiful aswell.

Harrods is definitely worth the visit! Lots of luxury goods to buy. In addition, there’s lot of restaurants and eateries there. The food hall has endless options, from hot and cold foods to various cuisines.

This was such a cool experience, we popped by here on a Carnival Cruise Lines excursion on the way to the airport!! I had never been here before but I really really enjoyed it!! We walked around for probably an hour and a half just admiring and in awe. Loved the food part where there’s all sorts of chocolate, sushi, sandwiches, desserts!? I got a milk cake and it was heavenly!!! At the store I got a little bear keychain for my purse that’s absolutely adorable! Such a cool place!

Luxury department store full of things that are crazy expensive and only 2% of people could afford 😅 but it was a fun experience to walk around this iconic store, you can get lost in here - it’s massive. I especially enjoyed the chocolate/candy/dessert room - you might be able to afford something here haha. Very crowded, even during the week. It’s fun to visit at least once and say you’ve been.

Elegance, bright lights history... Step back in time( the food hall and the elevators are for a bygone era). Intricate by design. The windows display was magical and surreal. I thought one of the windows was leaping out at me, mesmerising.

What an amazing place, it has something for everyone... Just wish I had more money to spend as all "toys" are out of my price range. Thank you for large offering and demonstrating all toys in toys section.
