10/10 Exceptional Service Omar delivered professionalism and 10/10 exceptional service from start to the end, I am more than contented with the halo diamond cut ring that he designed and made for me. Prior to meeting Omar, I have met with 3 other jewellers and felt pressured to put a deposit down on a ring, however, Omar was very knowledgeable and understanding as I wanted specific designs for the ring that I wanted. During our first appointment, he clearly explained how clarity and classification of diamond works before showing me the designs that we have previously discussed over the phone. It took less than a month for Omar to design and make the ring, upon picking up the ring. I was given clear instructions on how the aftercare for the ring works. He also provided a box that came with the ring that lights up when you open it so this will make the moment more special. Any first time ring buyers that is looking the perfect ring should look no further than Omar as he provided me with exceptional service during my shopping process.

Omar did an incredible job - I can’t recommend him highly enough. We needed a new shank for a ring that has a huge amount of sentimental value and was going to an engagement ring - Omar was able to advise on what was needed to repair the ring and reassured us that the repairs wouldn’t change the look of the ring. He did an absolutely phenomenal job - the ring looks stunning, and now that it’s been repaired we can see how insecure the diamonds were and how much more solid it feels now. He was able to reuse the metal of the original shank, which was very special for us, and my partner couldn’t be happier. We’re delighted and I would really recommend him to work with - he’s friendly, knowledgable, and very talented.

I gave myself ten days to buy my wife an eternity ring for a special birthday. What was I thinking? I called Omar. Omar went above and beyond to meet me, made me feel immediately at ease and confident in the process, listened to my design needs (eternity ring with marquise diamonds) and guided me through the technical aspects (settings, diamond quality etc), and promised me delivery on time so I could look like the loving and attentive husband I aspire to be. Omar delivered. There were a few small issues with the ‘first draft’, but these are honestly to be expected given the short time frame I gave Omar and the high standards I expect. But Omar didn’t panic, I took the ring, gave to my wife for her birthday, and then returned for a second and final draft in the week that followed. No stress, no hassle, just great diamonds and great jewellery. I will return, and have already recommended to friends. RECOMMEND!

I can’t describe how amazing the service was with MD Diamonds. Omar went above and beyond to ensure that our (engagement) ring was within budget, on time and exactly as we had requested. The ring itself is simply stunning. He was able to work with something we had inherited to modernise and rework it whilst preserving the sentimental value. Everything arrived exactly as it was promised (there was a two day delay due to a tiny quality control issue but this was communicated clearly and in very good time and the issue was totally resolved).
