This
has
to
be
the
worst
company
I
have
ever
dealt
with!
My
husband
brought
me
over
£600
of
jewelry
from
Pandora
last
November
for
christmas,
it
was
their
new
range
Pandora
me
in
rose
gold.
I
have
had
many
rose
gold
pieces
over
the
years
and
no
exactly
how
to
look
after
them
properly
to
keep
them
pristine!
They
have
worn
and
colour
has
gone
in
less
than
a
year
and
these
pieces
are
not
worn
daily
only
once
to
twice
a
week,
probably
less
some
weeks
so
not
that
often,
so
not
wear
and
tear
ss
rarely
worn.
This
bracelet
and
necklace
were
added
to
at
the
same
time
by
pieces
brought
by
my
children
signifying
the
end
of
my
cancer
treatment
so
have
a
sentimental
attachment
to
me.
I
took
my
bracelet
and
necklace
back
into
my
local
Pandora
store
where
I
was
told
wear
and
tear
wouldn’t
do
anything!
Manager
wouldn’t
speak
to
me
as
on
her
break
but
was
told
basically
thats
what
happens!
After
less
than
a
year
over
£600
spent
they
are
useless!
Totally
disgraceful!
I
care
for
all
my
jewellery
well
and
feel
this
falls
well
short
of
what
should
be
their
high
standard!
I
contacted
customer
complaints
who
just
referred
it
back
to
same
shop!
Who
brushed
it
of
again,
now
won’t
answer
any
emails!
Please
do
not
waste
your
money
as
we
have
on
sub
standard
items,
I
have
got
pieces
of
rose
gold
I
brought
in
other
reputable
establishments
well
over
six
years
ago
and
I
wear
these
far
more
often
and
they
are
in
perfect
condition!!
Awful
company
to
contact,
shocking
customer
service,
and
awfully
made
jewellery!!
You
obviously
don’t
care
about
repeat
business
or
keeping
your
customers
happy,
they
don’t
even
deserve
one
star!!
