Corruption here runs all the way up to the top. Systematic coverup of complaints, falsifying patient records, denial of access to treatment and botched psychological and psychiactric interventions. Clinicians seem to think they can say, do and treat patients how they want. For some strange reason The Care Act, Duty of Candor and other Professional body guidelines don't seem to apply to them or individuals that work there. The CQC are aware of this but dont want to do anything about it, they should have been put into special measures a long time ago. It's high time the public speek out about this and their experiences there as it is SCANDALOUS!! I look forward to the day that Claire Murdoch is summoned before a special Parliamentry Health Select Committee to answer for her actions and prosecuted for misconduct in a public office. This is all happening under her watch and she is fully aware of what is going on.

THEY ARE DELETING NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Including mine. PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS TRUST. The manager of the Perinatal Mental Health Team (Krupali Avlani) is a bully. She is very unprofessional and breaches staff and patient confidentiality. A lot of other staff within this team were also unbearable to work with. The HR system is useless and do nothing about helping staff who feel bullied or are having any other problems related to work. I can’t believe they are allowed get away with treating staff members like this. Claire Murdoch needs to step down! They will probably delete this review too, so I hope enough people see this before applying to any jobs at this trust. A very corrupt organisation

Quite possibly the most corrupt NHS Trust in the U.K. Avoid at all cost. Never ever let your loved ones engage with this thoroughly dishonest NHS Trust. A culture of dishonesty and deceit has been allowed to fester at this Trust from the top down. It is 100% an utter disgrace. CE Claire Murdoch should be arrested taken to the Hague and put on trial for crimes against humanity.

The worst place I’ve ever worked for. So unprofessional. I was abused and bullied by staff members. Any complaint I tried to make was either ignored or manipulated by management. Would strongly advise anyone to not work for a place like this. I’m currently going through mental health issues because of the way I was treated by these people. Looking at the comments below, I’m so glad this trust is being exposed! Clare Murdoch is useless and needs to step down, HR are disgraceful, the manager for the Perinatal Mental Health Team (Krupali Halai) is a bully. The staff turn over for the trust is crazy. Please do not ever work there!

CNWL is corrupt. They cover up wrongdoing on a massive scale, including assault of patients, severe abuse of patients, theft of patient food and belongings, patients being exposed to ligature risks to their detriment. They employ psychiatrists devoid of empathy and clinical expertise, who take advantage of their position of power to abuse patients entrusted into their care. This has nothing to do with a lack of resources. It is because there is a well tolerated culture of dishonesty and high dysfunctionality on the part of the staff.

I have been worked for NHS over 10 years. The worst place I have ever worked for so unprofessional I was abused and bullied by staff members and managers for unacceptable reasons. Any complaint I tried to make several times either ignored or manipulated by management (inpatint pharmacy). Would strongly advise anyone to not work for a place like this. I’m currently going through mental health issues because of the way I was treated by these people's. Thanks to God because I had passed very hard times in my life when I was young it helped me to passed this stages. I'm proud to myself to be strong enough in this matter.

Experiencing unsafe care from CNWL. There is absolutely no accountability. The lengthy complaint procedures mean user voice is thwarted over and over again. Healthcare has given over to Stealthcare.

I have been being bullied & harrassed by a member of their staff over the past 6 months. I absolutely dread to think what happens behind closed doors. Having seen him in action, I would be extremely concerned if you have any family member in his care.

I've just phoned crisis line and want to complain! There is only one person at the end of the line, as I rang 2X.first time she could not understand my name which I spelt out for her twice, so I phoned back hoping to get another person. There is only one person there so when I asked her surname..she said you want my surname and you won't give me yours! Not constructive and basically WRONG! She could not listen and take my surname and believe me, my diction is clear, therefore her response was almost aggressive. Will put complaint in writing. The other night, I spoke to Holly on 2nd January and she was really helpful so seems it's the luck of the draw whether your call is responded to successfully

I do appreciate that nhs saves a lot of people during lockdown but its efficiency is dreadful and horrific. That is the only reason why I gave you 1 star instead of reporting it as a scam. I was asking for correcting details on my covid pass but then the staffs in 119 hotline do not help at all with poor manner. As a public organisation, nhs does not fulfil their jobs at all. And now I understand why people believe nhs is a waste of money and it should be closed.

This Brondesbury Mental Health Service Is Absolutely Rubbish! That S.O.B (Google Meaning) dr massimo bernini tried to make my condition worse by suggesting to my GP to stop prescribing the medication that I have been taking for several years. I went here so, these idiots can help me, but they try to make my mental health worse and I'm sick of this useless mental health service. Because they have no compassion and are not willing to help anyone, The NHS complaints procedure is Extremely Bias that's why these vile human beings get away with it. Ian Currie is a clown and the best thing to do, if they have mistreated you in anyway is to name and shame them on social media! Don't let them get away with it.

Never ever work for this Trust, mainly in Northwick Park Hospital. This is a racist trust. Very poor management. Always tick box exercise to please the bosses. They do not pay you well. Clearly a business model.

I am unable to understand how you would force people to use experimental medications on the advice of a psychiatric doctor and then not expect to never do well again. Why would you then try to force people to contribute to a 'care plan' through the state in order to access various useless professionals to disrupt the use of quick private services... Why ever bother to refer to this as a 'team'. Please don't continue to integrate this type of unskilled criminal into society. Absolute joke.

spent pretty much 3 months just a book an appointment with therapist, and that in fact did not happen. My symptoms get worse and they are still offering a treatments which isn't a treatment, they are simply definition of your potential sickness. We know what we are up to; sadly, they cannot offer any real solution. I don't call GP nor go hospital, this time I am really suffering and seeing NHS trying their best to not support the patience is seriously a risk of our life. there are so many, way too many things going wrong with their plans and strategies as well as treatments, I've asked them to discharge me, I couldn't resist on wasting my vulnerable time anymore

Getting through to a GUM clinic is a neverending process. Always issues whether online or by phone. Ordering kits that never get delivered. If delivered, then no results are ever shared, yet they should be, as you are told that in case of an issue or a positive result, you would be notified. Nothing. No streamlined communication. On a call to secure an appointment for follow-up on prep. Been holding for 45 minutes. Always the same story, and no improvement on that end. CNWL should strive to do better. Was so much more straightforward with any clinics in Surrey, whether Chertsey or Guildford (and now Woking), before CNWL took over. By the way, this is NOT a reflection on the hardworking staff at all. But leadership needs to put on big boy pants and sort out this sub-par process. You wanted to take over those GUM locations. Now, do better, please.

Worst nhs employer ever. Treat their staff like dirt, especially apprentices. Denying their annual and sick leave

πŸ‘πŸ‘ The osteopathy department at this centre is just great, I can't recommend them enough.
