    For this price and for something this important, CityDoc needs to ensure a more professional courier service. Just had a text saying they can't deliver my Day 8 test until Monday - which is Day 9 of my quarantine. Looks like I'll be sitting around quarantining for a lot longer than 10 days now. Very good at taking the money, not so good at delivering the results or helping in any way at all.

    Worst company there is for at home fit to fly testing. No link on my email. Impossible to get through to them. No customer service at all! Would definitely recommend randox, stay well clear of this company if you want a relaxing, stress free journey!!

    Never use this company!!!! I booked an appointment for a vaccine through them to be told that the pharmacy did not stock that vaccine and no others were available. No customer service and they now will not reply to my emails requesting a refund for the £15 booking fee. Daylight robbery from a company that lacks a moral compass. Use a reputable company instead of this one!

    Scheduled a repeat vaccine for travel. Got absolutely no reply via email or telephone, a week trying to call them. The number on the invoice is fake. The email gives no response. There's a chance we'll miss our holiday because of this. Disgraceful

    Really I don't know from where to start! Totally disappointed ! I've had an appointment with the CityDoc in Moorgate the 21st of January at 10.15am for a blood test , I was there at 09.45 am half an hour before my appointment. As long as I got there the receptionist informed me that the nurse is still not there but hopefully she will be on time! I said that is fine anyway my appointment is 10.15 am i will wait. Then 15mins after my arrival the receptionist told me that the nurse is still not there but because she is a new one she will need the supervision of the manager. The nurse finally arrived 10.10am , with the receptionist running after her and 5mins later to tell me that she has to wait for the manager that she got stuck in the traffic! I kindly explained to the receptionist that I have an appointment at 11 o'clock with another doctor in central London and that is already 10.15 (my appointments time) . She tried straight away to apologies and call the manager . After 10 mins and when the time was 10.25am finally the manager came and 10.35am I was called in the room for the bloods to be taken. I got in the room asked to be seated with none of them introducing themselves, and none of them wearing a badge so I didn't know what kind of professionals were they, who was the nurse and who was the manager . They've asked me what kind of blood test I want to do and I told them . Surprisingly, they didn't know which bottle to use for the bloods !!! I told them which one and they looked at me so surprised, asking me what is my occupation. I didn't answer the same time because they were busy to find needles. Finally , the time to take my bloods came . The nurse checked both my arms and she decided to try first in the left. She placed the cuff , asked me to make a fist and as long as she tried to put the needle in I stoped her asking to clean to the tissue with detergent whip ( I know as a midwife, consultant sonographer specialised in fetal medicine and working in the UK for more than 5 years , that long time ago, there was an issue either to clean or not to clean the area because they were afraid that might contaminate the sample, was rejected and is not in any NHS protocol ) . The manager straight away tried to explain herself and the nurse saying that she will take my bloods . By the way before telling you about my horrible experience, I want to mention that my veins are so wide and superficial that they are popping eyes out! First attempt, she crossed the vein causing huge haematoma and swelling. Second attempt , exactly the same . Then she asked me if I was dehydrated , I told her that I've had already 1,5lt of water . Third attempt and except the fact that she crossed the vein making another huge haematoma , she hit the nerve - and I'm still having tingling, feeling needles in my fingers when I'm stretching the arm-. Forth time the same bad story ! Then she said that she will try one more time and I told her that this is not possible cause I feel already unwell !!! Straight she tried to make me feel that this was my fault because I was dehydrated, when I already told her that i was not . Finally I told her about my occupation and where I'm working and then she tried to apologise saying that I'm not going to pay for the appointment that they failed to serve me . I still have bruises in all over my arms and the nerve damage that she caused me is permanent!

    Never again. The doctor gave me no confidence he knows what he is talking about. Examined my eye infection from 1 meter away. I got an antibiotic to treat it but the infection is still here after a weeks time. I am visiting another doctor today. I went there only because the dentist in the same place is brilliant. Unfortunately, the GP practice is not great.

    I choose this lab because it says it's based in London which you may expecting to get your results faster, the first kit they send you will be from their lab that's fine, you get the result in 2 days, the second kit they send you will be from another lab in NORTH WALES! without any consulting their customers. Now I'm contacting with the lab north wales which need 1 hr waiting time to speak to their team and telling me that they didn't received the kit which has been cleared delivered 4 days ago. If you want to be in such hazard and want to be quarantined more days like me, then go ahead choose this company!

    This place is a scam don't trust them or the fake 5-star reviews they write themselves, paid £15 for an appointment for a consultation for travel vaccines at the London Bridge clinic. Don't get an email confirming the appointment but get one saying I've been charged (which I had). Get there and they've got no record of the booking so book me in the next day at a different clinic, so what did I pay for? I initially accept but change my mind and ask the receptionist for a refund and they say 'they'll put in a refund request' a request? they've charged me for an appointment they then didn't give me and they'll request a refund rather than just giving it. I'm told to send an email requesting a refund but the receptionist intentionally says the email address quickly so I can't hear it so I have to make them say it slow. Email them and hear nothing back and after reading some of the reviews on here I'm not expecting to, they're either a scam, or just completely incompetent, either way the results the same, avoid at all costs

    Do not use this company!! I ordered a home test kit for a PCR test. Although it came in time, when trying to receive my results it was another story. 7+ days later I still haven’t received my results. I’ve tried contacting numerous times and I haven’t heard back from anyone at all. I will be contacting my credit card company to sort this as they’ve just taken my money and haven’t even got the decency to reply back to me.

    Stephanie Brown runs an efficient and effective clinic with patient satisfaction at its heart. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming and Ms Brown herself was incredibly informative, knowledgeable and caring to my specific needs, explaining clearly what i need, what websites i can use for future abroad travel injections as well as international medical help. I could not rate my experience here any higher.

    I have been to this clinic a few times and every time I have been I have always had a good and pleasant experience. Stephanie has been beyond amazing from day 1 and I’m so happy I got to meet her, she’s a very kind bubbly person. I would recommend everyone to book an appointment with Stephanie for an exceptional experience. :)

    Friendly and knowledgeable specialist provided clear information ❤️🙏 Stephanie Brown (health professional) was very helpful and informative. Gave me an appointment the next day and was the quickest to come back to me. She was lovely and easy to talk to, she took her time to ask and answer all my questions. Got travel vaccinations -gave great advice on how to prepare for my travels! Very pleasant and friendly approach.I was very satisfied with the whole experience.Highly recommend it.

    I booked online, it was very easy, for travel vaccinations. Brilliant service and lovely staff. They made me feel comfortable and they had all the vaccinations available for my trip to Nepal. This place does not deserve the 1 star reviews and having read them they all seem to be related to people getting a covid test for travel, and it seems most of the people tried to get a test last minute. Just because they were not organised for their trip and didn't allow enough time for their test doesn't mean this is a bad place. I would highly recommend CityDoc!

    Do not use this company! I have tried to get in contact with someone for over a month now and have not received a reply, they charge you £30 just to book an appointment and don’t tell you that you will not receive this money back until after you have paid. I didn’t even receive the service I was told and still haven’t received a refund and am now being ignored. They don’t care about customers they just want to take your money. Disgusted

    Whatever you do, do not book with this company. They will steal your deposit, make a random appointment with a pharmacy that may or may not be open, and may or may not provide the service you need, and aren't even aware of the booking. Their customer service team will not respond and you will not get a refund.

    The In-Clinic Testing works amazingly, you will obtain the results in 1/2 day(s) after taking the test. However, I can't say the same about the Home-Testing service. I payed for Day 2 & Day 8 Testing Home Kit plus a Test to Release (I wasted about £400), and I only received Day 2 Test and the Test to Release very LATE, not to mention the results, which took about a week to be sent. I didn't get a refund for the missing test or, at least, a compensation for the delays. Also, the 'chat' to contact them for enquiries is terrible. Most of the agents were clueless.

    Highly recommend for travel vaccinations. Book online, the staff go through your details again when you arrive. Friendly, professional and give great advice and information regarding the vaccinations and keeping healthy whilst travelling in particular countries.

    Writing this review due to the overall stars not doing justice of the experience I have had recently. We have planned a last minute trip to Central America and needed vaccinations last minute which we able to book with them online very quickly. Booking the appointment was easy to do and when going into the place, they were very professional and friendly. We were informed of the possible risks and the recommendations required to travel to our destination whilst trying to not take advantage of us. Vaccinations prices were expected (expensive but nothing out of the ordinary) and the administration of them was very quick and smooth. Would definitely recommend and come back to in the future for boosters.

    I booked online for some travel vaccinations but unfortunately had to cancel my appointment on the morning of. They initially emailed me back very promptly to acknowledge and reschedule but after that took 3 days to reply to my emails about re-booking a new appointment. As I was travelling soon I was very anxious to be seen as soon as possible so just booked another appointment online. Thankfully they did refund the initial deposit and after that I had a great experience. Nice professional facilities and a kind and informative practitioner.

    I’ve been book an appointment for travel vaccines 2 weeks ago and have been charged a booking fee. I arrived at the clinic 5 mins earlier but they were still closed at 9 am. They contacted me 2 mins before my booking saying that they don’t have the vaccine dispenser. However, I have requested a refund for the booking fee which probably I will not see as looks like this clinic is very untrustworthy. Very disappointing service.

    Kind and knowledgeable staff. Got my travel vaccination and all necessary info. Appt was smooth. The only drawback was that I wasn’t let in the clinic before 9am “because that’s their opening time”. My appt was 9am and e-mail asked to arrive at least 10mins before. I think it’s unacceptable to make your customer wait outdoor, especially in poor weather. Either change your opening time or make first available time slot at 9.15.

    Nurse was great but they did try to double charge me for the consultation fee - when I called it out, I said here are your terms and conditions and email confirmation so they backed down. But seems like there are many payment issues with this company so best to avoid.

    This was a very pleasant and efficient experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CityDoc Moorgate to anyone who needs travel vaccinations. A technical issue with the booking system lead to my booking not actually being on their system. However, after a quick 5min phone call, I was swiftly rebooked for the another appointment the same day (within 2hrs of my original booking). The actual vaccination procedure itself was very efficient and extremely thorough, courtesy of Jaime and Amina, who were both very professional and experienced throughout. I will certainly be using CityDoc Moorgate again for any future vaccination needs.

    Really Poor Service. I submitted my Pre-departure test for certification in plenty of time and through the process in which CityDoc detail when buying the tests. After waiting 24 hours for my Negative test certificate - Required for travel back to the UK, I had to chase for information around my missing tests. It transpired that their system were/are down and that I need to email them the information (Proof, testing detail ect. etc.), all of which I had already submitted. This took a huge amount of time and effort that wasn't detailed or advertised when buying the services. They have since refused me a partial or full refund, because i got my results in time for my flight home. I received my results because I was proactive and able to make changes to my plans in order to accommodate for their systems/process issues. Wouldn't use them again.

    i visited city doc today because i work in town and find it very hard to take time off from work to visit my own GP which is always at least a 2 week wait. I found the staff at city doc friendly and professional. On arrival i was greeted by a lovely receptionist that explained all the paper work to me. When this was completed, i was called straight in to see the Doctor, who made me feel at ease and i felt that he was really understanding. The treatment that was offered i thought was the best option for me and i left his office feeling very happy with the outcome. I also was surprised by the cost as i had expected it to be more expensive. Over all i would highly recommend city doc.

    Bad experience. I spent quite some money for extras. I didn't feel helped nor did I feel any confidence in their assessment, so I ended up going to another private GP the next day. For all that I am concerned it was a complete waste of money going there.

    I have been using CityDoc for years , Excellent medical care, brilliant Staff. Its easy to make an appointment. Whenever I need it a blood work done, or vaccinate myself or my children , I knew I always can rely on CityDoc and their professionalism. I will definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for reliable and professional medical care, or fast response clinic in case of emergencies.

    I was not happy with having to get a last minute vaccination for travel insurance purposes as I hate injections but was pleased to say I was worrying about nothing! I was in and out of the clinic very quickly, the staff were helpful and put me at ease, I looked the other way and hardly felt a thing! I would happily recommend CityDoc London Travel Clinic.

    Fit to fly test. Ordered , as per advertised speed, Tuesday for Wednesday dispatch and Thursday 1st class delivery. still not revieved by Friday. Added to stress of holiday and very unhelpful when chasing with no solutions offered. The speedy refund was the positive but now have the hassle of booking a fit to fly in resort.

    Unfortunately, my Day 2 test arrived 2 days late and it then took another 4 days to get the results. I can only imagine the unnecessary stress of people who are legally required to quarantine until their day 2 and day 8 tests come back negative. For those I can only recommend Assured Screening. They were brilliant, on time, and quick results at a reasonable price. Just didn't have capacity for me this time around which is why I tried Citydoc

    The staff here are super friendly, I turned up early and they were able to accommodate me. I also received the results really fast, under 24hours! The nurse who I saw made me feel at ease also as I hate these kind of tests! Would recommend this place to anyone travelling.

    I ordered and Antigen kit to take with me on holiday. I performed the test and completed the online form to obtain a certificate. I then received a certificate that noted the result was inconclusive with no explanation as to why! I then tried to call the office to only get the answer machine telling me that the office is closed during the weekend! There was no help in our hour of need and had to pay locally for another test. This in unacceptable service! There was no guidance given by email or were we able to contact you. Absolutely scam

    Anyone rating these guys positively must've been paid to do so. We gave them a lot of money for the post-traveling tests we are currently legally required to take on day two and day eight of our quarantine. On day two they said "uh sorry, logistical issues, we'll have the test sent to you on day three". It is now day four and no test has arrived yet. Just steer clear of them.

    I booked my appointment for an in-clinic test near London Bridge and the results came back via email in less that 24 hours! My experience has been amazing and my clinician Fossina has been very professional and sweet. Plus, it has been really easy to get customer service support via phone and email (Nicolò and Andrea were great).

    Paid for a 2 day test that arrived 1 day late. I returned the test but heard nothing back. When I called they are only open Mon-Fri. I was told that because I had not registered the test online they could not find my results. I argued that they sent the kit and should have recorded all the numbers associated with it. This fell on deaf ears and all the guy kept saying was you cannot get a refund. It was so unprofessional I suggest you think hard before you use this lot.
