    This clinic is the worst ever. They never pick up calls to book an appointment. I have been calling for a week every single day by 8.30 am yet I keep getting a message to say thier lines are closed. What happens to patients with symptoms? Patients who have been abused or exposed to HIV (possibly). This clinic will make people harm themselves. Because they feel they have noone to talk to. CLOSE the clinic if you can't run it. I would put a 00000 star but I'm forced to tick 1 star

    Ridiculous service. She refused to serve me without me wearing a mask despite the fact it’s no longer a legal requirement. There was a screen between us and she was wearing a mask. Over cautious and very poor customer service. I do not recommend and I recommend a change of receptionist or extra training to make her feel more at ease. The pandemic has made an impact on us all but you can’t refuse to serve someone when it’s no longer a legal requirement to wear a mask

    To the receptionist working today (the lady with white hair and glasses): it really doesn’t take much effort to be kind to people that walk in. I came in at around 11:30 after being rejected by another clinic as soon as their doors opened that morning due to a lack of staff. I was patient and polite, I only wanted to know how the process worked for getting appointments there, and you made me feel so belittled. You cut me off before I could even ask if there were appointments left, acting like I was an idiot for even asking. When I tried to clarify what I needed to do to get an appointment in the future, you seemed exasperated that I’d even asked, indicating that I was lazy for not getting there sooner despite not understanding I’d been trying clinics all morning. I was the only person in the whole reception and I’d already waited over 5 minutes for you to acknowledge I was even there. It is very ironic you have a sign up to treat the staff with respect, when you can’t even give it to your patients. I can’t say anything about the rest of the service here because of course I was immediately dismissed and told to come back another day, but given these receptionists are the first people that patients meet to discuss their difficult health concerns, I’d suggest they need to be trained a bit better on empathy and respect. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else to be seen.

    so it says you close at 6pm please tell me why ive been on hold for 45mins and the last 2 phone calls ran out 1 job answer the phone . im on another phone call been rings for 28 mins lets see how long this takes

    I tried to book a appointment to remove my coil when I called in the morning their phone lines was closed I called at 1pm on a Wednesday they said their phone lines was closed then I called again at 2 they closed the phone lines at because “too many people were calling” don’t go to this they are rubbish

    Absolute joke this clinic!!! Calling last 2 weeks to make appointment-never no one pick up the phone!!! Second time I've been there than in person to make appointment & yet again- no luck as nothing available!!!

    If I could I would rate it 0... Reception is disorganised and not informative, appointments system is terrible and does not prioritise people's needs, the doctor I have seen was not knowledgeable enough to do a proper diagnostic... Honestly just go to the Streatham one or try your luck with Burrell (they offer better support there but the appointments system is just as terrible and their landline is eternally into an automated message, also the Trust Department one), never had any issues with the Streatham one though...

    Been here an hour came at 8 when it opened. And still haven’t been able to even hand in my form. As they’ve devised some odd queuing system where they didn’t let people immediately hand in forms when arrived so now there’s a big backlog with people arriving and not knowing they need to do a form. Paired with the fact it take reception about 10 mins to just do one persons form!! If I could do 0 I really would,Poorly run by reception!!! Better off just going to Burrell street branch. MUCH better facilities and a lot faster if they don’t have a slot for you they will let you know and book you onto the next day or at least tell you roughly when your appointment will be so you can go about your day??

    Awful service and team leader not professional. I have been there this morning walk in with no appointment. Not many people waiting , I have been told to wait after I filled up the form and someone had to call me for check . After one hour almost one do the secretary called alle and said no we cannot see you because there is no space. It is only 11:30 in the morning only 3/4 people and they said no space…team leader very rude she said that her colleague told me that it was not sure to see me today but it is not true , they told me to sit and wait for my turn…she kept telling me that staff told me…

    I had an appointment yesterday and I had a really great experience. My appointment was right on time and Sarah the nurse, was very professional and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist was also super friendly. I think this place has low ratings because of walk ins having to wait a while and the and issues with the telephone booking. They no longer do walk ins and I waited in the call queue for about 45mins but they tell right at the start that it’s going to be a long wait, especially in the morning so you should expect it. Just put the call on speaker and carry on doing your thing until they answer. Overall, very happy with the service I received.

    Worst place to try booking an appointment, it is literally impossible. Non online, phoned - can’t get through, walked in they said I can’t make appointments that way I have to phone !!!! Never seen anything like it

    The nhs, and especially sti services, are a busy place. But, regardless of this, I think the clinic and the staff here do their best to provide an amazing service to patients. I was able to be seen by an incredible nurse, who was so amazing at her job, and felt so looked after in a safe, non judgemental environment

    I had a fantastic experience at this Clinic. I didn't get to catch the name of the lady at the receptiom because my wait was not long I was greeted, spoken to respectfully and we even had a nice chat as I filled in my paperwork. I was seen quickly and the waiting area was nice and calm so I wouldn't have minded waiting longer. The nurse that saw me Lorna was wonderful. Very personable and gave me more information than I even expected. I didn't feel awkward at all about the situation. Before I knew it I'd had my blood drawn, everything else done and I was on my way. Fantastic experience. Definitely will come back.

    Review about the front desk only. I had a really good experience speaking to the admin staff at the front desk. They were polite and supportive. Whilst they weren’t able to give me an appointment here they booked me an appointment at Walworth road clinic for the afternoon. I believe a lot of the negative reviews here are because they aren’t actually able to offer booked appointments for a lot of things - they are a walk-in centre. This needs to be clarified on the phone lines (which are always busy in my experience - not sure if this is because they don’t work??). If you need an appointment here you have to come in person. For coil replacement / removal it’s best to go to MSI reproductive choices instead (can book an appointment ahead of time - be aware they currently are not funded for after care so you’ll need to go elsewhere for any problems after replacement/ removal eg this clinic or walworth road / Burrell street).

    Had to get my coil replaced and was quite nervous for this. The doctor who helped me was super friendly and it was all done within 15 minutes. Very good experience and super happy they could help me under the current circumstances!!

    I went in early and got an appointment for few hours later on the same day which went really great. The doctor was really helpful. But tried to call to book again but their lines are always busy :( best to go get an appointment

    The receptionist (she wears glasses and looks young) is so lovely, I came in and they didn’t have any appointments available (obviously not the outcome I wanted) but she looked really sorry and gave me multiple different things I could try to do.

    The phone time to book was about an hour then when I get into my opointment thay make a big deal about my care assistant being in the room and a receptionist liked him put of the clinic all together making him wait outside for nearly an hour on Stretham High Street then the doctor made a comment about my dress being raviling and told me I'm over weight and need to eat less and to cap it off casually asked me if I had been sexualy assaulted I'm disgustied
