I am French and since 2018 I had the chance to discover this doctor in shepherds bush, As soon as I returned to London in 2021 I immediately contacted him I was very happy to see that he with 4 places or we can have botox, Other I have aesthetic gesture., I live in Fulham, close to Chelsea now. I like this doctor for, his skills, his honesty, he does not push the patient to always do more for, his very good advice, and a real professional conscience and without forgetting that he is very very very friendly and very honest. I recommend with eyes closed.

Such a great experience! Was a little nervous that wax would be painful but whole process was so fast, effective and kept pain at an absolute minimum. Great price too especially for Chelsea.

Nazia Mostafa gave me such a good wax - she was so thorough, kind and very smiley. Clinic was nice and clean too - I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! My cousin recommended the clinic to me as I work locally - oddly I couldn’t find it on Google when I searched for ‘waxing near me’ (it didn’t show up) but I found it when I searched for ‘laser’ as that was the treatment my cousin gets. Laser treatment is not something Im generally looking forward to it but Federica is just great - makes you feel super super comfortable straight away, she is lovely and very professional!!! I cant recommend enough!!!

Very professional team, all super lovely. I go here for everything from filler and facials to laser. Nazia is amazing, really friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Yousef is also a wizard with injectables, friendly, quick and everything I’ve had done looks natural. I have recommended the clinic to several friends. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is that my last 2 appointments were rescheduled once I had already arrived at the clinic to be told they couldn’t do them, and other appointments times have been changed with little to no warning which for me isn’t ideal as I don’t live in London and have to travel to get there. Communication could be better as situations like the above are frustrating, time consuming and costly on travel. However, it does not stop me coming back time and time again.

I visited this salon for my first Brazilian wax this afternoon. From start to finish everything was perfect, impecably clean and efficent. I was seen immediately by a wonderful woman called Ella that did my treatment. She was so friendly and put me at ease immediately. She was incredibly professional and wonderful at her job. The whole thing was so easy and was barely uncomfortable, I am so happy with the results and service that I am about to book my second appointment already. I started doing the laser and I couldn't be happier with the results! After only two sessions, I can notice already the changes... Just amazing! The beautician Francesca is very professional and knows how to make you feel comfortable. The clinic is really clean and tidy and I feel really safe doing my treatments here!

This is a wonderful clinic who are all about keeping things as natural as possible which is great but with that, you find the results wear off quickly and you’ll end up spending more money having treatments more often, particularly Botox. 2.5 weeks after my first ever treatment and the effects are wearing off. I wouldn’t expect to be doing the treatment monthly!
