First time at the Southgate clinic and I must say it was great, nice & clean. The receptionists were very lovely too! I turned up early and was accommodated accordingly. My therapist Lauren was amazing too! We had a lovely chat whilst getting waxed & she answered all my aftercare questions. I will be returning without a doubt! Thanks for the excellent service! X

I had my first Hydrafacial with Isobel today and it was an amazing experience. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and goals. She talked through the procedure step by step all the while checking to make sure I was comfortable. Isobel gave clear advice regarding aftercare and answered all my questions. I had a very relaxing experience and will be coming back +recommending to others.

I have been using the Southgate clinic for some time now and very happy with the treatments they offer. It's professional, clean & the staff are friendly. Was recommended by my sister to get a wax by Mona, and let me tell you she didn’t disappoint! I got a Hollywood and it was the most pain free and comfortable wax I’ve ever had. Mona was super lovely and chatty (to ease any nerves) very thorough with the procedure making sure there was no hair left behind. The salon was super clean and smelled amazingly fresh. A wonderful experience and can honestly say Mona has secured a regular client in me :)

I’ve been to Dr Youssef 4-5 times now for aesthetic injectables and he’s always professional, meticulous and listens. I’m always happy with the results and people are very surprised when I say I’ve had them done (his work is very natural looking, which I love).Today he made a recommendation to try something a little different to what I had booked and it was absolutely the right call, it looks really fantastic. I would highly recommend him. My only wish would be that Simply Clinics reward loyalty with better rates, rather than just to new customers.

I've had multiple treatments done at Simply Clinics including waxing, laser hair removal, cavitation and cryolipolysis and the results have been amazing! All of the staff have been so kind and professional, especially Mona who has looked after me so well during my cryo and cavitation process. I had such an incredibly experience having waxing done at Simply clinics in Hammersmith. The girls were so amazing there and even though waxing can be painful, my practitioner was so professional and so caring throughout, absolutely loved her!! Will definitely be booking in and going there for the foreseeable future. Would reccomend to anyone and everyone!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had a very disappointing experience here at simply clinics . I paid £400 for 2 treatments of thermavein for my skin tags and threadveins. I also had 2 follow-ups included. 4 treatments on my face in total. I paid for this on account of their advertisement of the treatment and verbal advice that it was a permanent treatment with instant results. I went ahead with this treatment that did not work for me whatsoever, even after having numerous treatments. Since making a complaint direct to them about the treatment I've had zero results, i saw that they suddenly changed their statement on their instagram story from being an instant and permanent removal to now being a 50 per cent reduction. In any case, there has been no difference and no reduction whatsoever to my threadveins or skin tags.I am still left with exactly the same prominent red thread Veins and skin tags in exactly the same places on my face. I had numerous thermavein treatments from this clinic on my face, which hasn't worked at all and made absolutely no difference. I feel like i have been ripped off. I paid for a treatment with no results. I have no desire to ever go back to this clinic again. They only refunded me half my money and kept the rest! Dr. youssef came across pompous and arrogant. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and on one of my appointments when I returned because he missed targets on my face, he had the cheek to rudely question me whether I had brought my own reading glasses with me to check the procedure at the end for more possible missed targets as if I was the one responsible to check for these missed skin tags! This is unprofessional. In answer to ur response.. Why would I accept further treatments in different areas if it hasn't worked on my current areas on my face, not forgetting I had several treatments ? It was also a very invasive and extremely painful treatment for me which I wasted my time and money on. I have had absolutely no results from your treatment. Why would I let you continue to painfully probe my face non-stop with needles and get nowhere for the sake of 2 freebbies whether you were treating the same areas or new areas? Makes no odds as this treatment never worked for me. It just wouldn't make sense!! I also have screenshots of the images on your social media story where you did infact change your information on the treament after I complained. Of course you haven't seen me since my last appointment as I have no desire to ever come back. I feel I've been ripped off by this clinic.

I had a Botox session with dr in this clinic I can not remember his name, maybe Harry. A young doctor but he’s truly talented. I’ve had Botox four times before but none compared to his work. He lifted my eyebrows in so amazing way.

I love Simply. My local branch is in Southgate and I've had several treatments there in the run up to my wedding this week. My most recent, was waxing with Didi. I had a bikini, full leg and eyebrow service. Didi was quick, thorough and the bikini was relatively painless in comparison to others I've had. I was there for just under an hour and during that time had a lovely conversation with Didi. She was interesting, engaging and very professional. I'd come back for a Sunday wax just to see her to be honest! All the staff I've met at Simply are lovely and make you feel very much at home. I couldn't recommend this clinic more highly. Disgusting service, not happy at all, AVOID. This clinic is a trap where they set you up and tell you lies for money. I was told 90% of my hair would go once the sessions were finished, I paid £1200 for full body laser and after all my lessons nothing had changed, I’ve actually gone worse since I had to shave due to laser. I’ve complained and called many times but no one cares as they’ve got all my money anyway. Before finishing my sessions in unfortunately recommend 4 other family members who are also so disappointed and upset they’ve had to pay hundreds of money in the bin.

Five stars for Donna! I had a Lazer hair removal session with Donna a few weeks back, she was lovely, patient and very caring. Donna asked me many times if I was feeling good, and she did an amazing job. She's the best I've had so far, she makes sure she doesn't miss a spot. In terms of my results, I've had over 10 sessions, and most of my hair has been growing back.

Isabel was lovely, she made me comfortable and relaxed. This was my first intimate wax so it was so nice of her to make sure I was comfortable for it. It was quick (which I greatly appreciated) and she done a great job at informing me of the benefits and tips for aftercare. Thank you!

It was my first time doing a Hollywood wax treatment and so, I was very nervous but Mona was gracious enough to talk me through the entire purpose. She made the supposedly painful experience of waxing a really pleasant one with her great energy and expertise in what she does. She took her time with me and never made me feel pressured or rushed into anything. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be back often!

I went for a Hollywood wax today done by Maria. She was very welcoming, friendly, gentle and professional. She engages with you and makes you feel at ease. I didn’t feel any pain even though waxing can be painful. I highly recommend Maria, she deserves a pay rise!
