    Having done Barre & Running for many years I wanted to try something new. After an encouraging consult with Mimi I went ahead with their x3 a week membership. I felt so lucky that majority of members classes there would be 2/3 ladies max - so it’s nearly 1-1 PT Sessions. Having done 3 months I feel so much more confident in my body. I have a peachier bum / stronger, defined arm, leg & back muscles. The community is fab - so many laughs during our workouts. It’s empowering. And it’s worth it! Mimi and Danni - thank you 😘

    Literally the best gym i've ever been to! When you walk in not only does it look amazing the welcoming is just as good - zero judgment for girls who want to learn how to train and lift weights. I had no idea what i was doing before I started training with Mimi, now I'm confident and i can really see the results of us training together. Would 1000% recommend to everyone who is near Clapham 🧡

    I cannot recommend this gym more! Lift is unlike any other gym or class I have ever been to, it's such an encouraging, safe space to go to. I have never been more committed to fitness before and Lift has made me love working out and see it as a positive in life, rather than a punishment. The gym is excellently set up and is not intimidating in the slightest. Mimi & Danni are incredible woman and have created a community that I think all women deserve to be a part of. If I could only take one thing away from Lift, you are always stronger than you think you are!

    Joining Lift Studio London was one of the best decisions I’ve made.     Best studio I’ve been too! Empowering and I’ve learnt so much. I finally enjoy going to the gym even on days I’m not up to it! Also the podcast, learning and support on top of the classes is amazing!

    I wanted to weight train for years but, never had the courage. As I am now in my fifties I know that it is important to weight train for bone health so I took the plunge and joined Lift. As this is a women only gym it feels safe and welcoming (and happy). The trainers at Lift are so encouraging, knowledgeable and friendly. It is a proper lifting gym with heavy weights and no pink!! Or Burpees !! No Burpees !! No Burpees! After 5 weeks of training, my whole body feels better - stronger and more flexible. I wish there were more hours in the day so that I could fit in more sessions. This really is my happy place.

    This place is THE BEST! I have been a member for over 6 months now and its been so great to learn how to lift in a safe and supportive environment. You also get so much support with non lifting gains too such as evidence based nutritional information and mindset help. They are very individually focused as a collective team 🥰

    Lift is such a beautiful space for me for the following reasons: it’s owned by two wonderful hard working ladies that are truly great coaches that have so much knowledge and actually care about each and every client, the gym is a beautiful and intimate space , the location is great , the women that come to train there are all lovely , authentic and supportive which creates a beautiful energy around the session , it feels like a lovely community to be part of. being a member motivates me to stay consistent , I get excited about every program and look forward to the end of it purely to see progress in my strength :)

    I have been a member of Lift Studio for over a year and cannot recommend it enough. I have always trained - both as part of sports clubs and generally as something I enjoy doing, but have never been fortunate enough to enjoy such carefully curated programmes that have seen me manage the after effects of a serious injury better than ever before (not through lack of trying over 10 years!) Although it is the perfect place for anyone looking to build confidence and start out in the gym, it is just as great for people who have previously trained and are looking for something to commit to that will keep pushing them and allow them to grow - all credit for this to the amazing trainers who really know what they are talking about! On top of all the above, the environment in the studio is unbelievably welcoming and filled with awesome women!

    Joining Lift Studio was one of the best things I did this year - I cannot recommend it highly enough. I'm not someone who has ever been particularly active - certainly never a regular gym-goer - but the supportive coaches (and gorgeous studio) means I genuinely looked forward to every session. Potentially the first time I've ever looked forward to exercise! The community of like-minded women that Danni and Mimi have built is incredible, and it's such a warm, encouraging environment in which to learn a new skill.

    Joining Lift was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. It was the perfect environment for learning how to lift while also having the most fun (I know crazy- a gym that’s fun!) The coaches are the most encouraging and supportive people and are there for you every step of the way. I never knew I had the ability to get so strong and lift such big weights but with lift I was able to exceed all my expectations and goals! They push you to do and be your best and listen to you when you’re not at your best.. It’s such a special place and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into lifting who don’t know where to start! And let’s not forget how aesthetically pleasing it is and the regular visits from some four legged friends (Sally the sausage💓) Danni and Mimi have created a wonderful community full of strong women and was so proud to be part of it 💘

    I have been at Lift for six months now and I have never been so dedicated to turning up to anything this much! The gym itself is such a lovely environment. Danni, Mimi and the coaches do such a great job of assisting you and guiding you through all the moves, encouraging you. It goes beyond just the physical aspect of working out, but also them mental improvement - really believing in yourself, practising consistency and using that outside the gym too! 100% recommend x

    Such a welcoming place to train! I've made numerous attempts to get into traditional strength training but no effort had ever lasted longer than a month at best. Typical reasons really... anxiety of being in the free weight section fighting burly men for dumbbells, insecurity in my form and just overall lack of motivation to keep going to the gym alone. I can truly say working out here has remedied all those fears that were holding me back on my previous attempts. Ive been working out here for almost a year now, and can whole heartly say it has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health, fitness and well-being. All the instructors are so patient and informative. Especially because the sessions are max 6 people, they're really attentive to all the girls. You never feel like your slacking behind or not putting in your all if you're not moving as much weight as the other girls in the session. They really push you to hold yourself accountable to your own pace and goals. I've gained so much knowledge and confidence, I can now walk into my local gym and not feel like I'm out of my depth, and just that change alone is worth all the time I've spent here.

    Lift is easily the best gym I’ve ever been to, everyone is so supportive & the sessions are so fun. I’ve genuinely never looked forward to a gym session before, but at Lift I never get that feeling, there’s no intimidating workout with 100 burpees in, just women supporting women & lifting weights! I cannot recommend it enough to anyone, even if you’re a complete beginner or have been to the gym a thousand times, everyone goes at their own pace and no one is ever left behind!

    After attending a complementary 1:1 session with Mimi, I did a 4 session trial to see if this was something I wanted to commit to. It’s been great. Danni and Mimi have created a wonderful space where you are warmly welcomed each time. It’s a safe space, with no judgment from the trainers or the rest of the group. Everyone is really encouraging. It feels great that I’m finally learning how to lift and reassuring that my technique is being checked and refined by trainers who know what they’re talking about. The small groups allow this attention to detail. I can just about deadlift the weight of my boyfriend now, and I haven’t had to do a single burpee getting there!! Today, I did Bulgarian squats with a 20kg kettle bell, the equivalent of 2 full suitcases on a cheap airline in one hand!! That’s progress for sure. This studio is definitely one of my happy places. I just wish I could fit in more sessions!

    Joining Lift is honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. The energy is always so welcoming, fun and full of encouragement. As someone who knew nothing about lifting and had a lot of gym anxiety, I instantly felt at ease from the comfortable and positive environment created by the coaches. I always leave the sessions feeling accomplished, even when I'm having a bad day! I've made so much progress relative to where I started and would urge any woman to give it a go!     I absolutely love Lift! I had never lifted weights before, but this studio is so welcoming and the lovely coaches genuinely care about showing you good form. The vibes are immaculate; great workout, beautiful studio and a fantastic community of women who are all open and personable! It has been so fun to progressively get stronger and surprise myself in what I can achieve, but importantly, to do so in an environment which is supportive and invested into making me feel good! I love it here and I think more women would lift if they were able to do so in a place like this.

    I have gained so much from Lift Studio LDN this year and, whilst becoming a great deal stronger is an incredible achievement from weight lifting for the last 9 months, it is just the start. The warm and welcoming environment Danni and Mimi have created has ensured there is a wonderful place for women to go to share stories, to laugh and to be listened to. Given the weird and unpredictable times we are going through, the flexibility and care Danni and Mimi provide make Lift Studio very different from other gyms in London. The sense of community I have felt (especially as someone who finds it difficult to work from home every day) has been irreplaceable. Exercising with incredible women, dancing and working out to Britney, playing with dogs and making friends has made Lift Studio Ldn an absolute highlight of 2021… and the best gym I have joined. Highly, highly recommend 🧡

    I won a Lift Studio LDN membership through an Instagram giveaway when they first opened. Best. Prize. Ever. Each time you turn up, it's more than exercise. Every class you attend celebrates what you've previously achieved and pushes you to do more than you did before; whether it's a heavier lift, a more confident brace, or just an affirmation that you're gonna continue to try your best. Mimi and Danni are invested in every person that comes through their door, and that's what every woman needs; women that support them.

    Could not recommend this place more! Really welcoming, non-judgemental environment to work out in, completely different atmosphere to most gyms. Both Danni and Mimi are so knowledgeable and supportive, and will teach you everything you need to know, right from the beginning.

    Mimi and Danni have curated an unbelievably welcoming, beautiful space. A place where I actually want to work out and lift! It's been so refreshing being in a supportive lifting community. The equipment is all new and Mimi and Danni are excellent coaches.

    I have NEVER done exercise before work before, and never managed to consistently go to the gym 3+ times per week, until now. Danni, Mimi and all the wonderful women at the gym make the classes so fun that it’s something I look forward to each day. I can feel myself getting stronger too. Thank you!

    I love this place!! such a welcoming, non judgmental space for woman to lift weights. The studio is beautifully decorated and has such a good vibe as soon as you walk in the door, which has really helped me eradicate the 'gym fear' I have felt in previous commercial gyms. Both Mimi and Danni are amazing, highly knowledgeable personal trainers who genuinely care about your experience in their studio. My favourite thing is how the small group classes have the personal training style to ensure you perfect your form and make progress on reps/weight over the program, which is the real comparison for me when I used to go to other classes on classpass/f45 that i did enjoy but lacked the progression aspect of my training. I have been going to this studio for over a month now and have noticed such an improvement in my strength and importantly my mindset.
