Swimming
lessons
for
small
children
-
unfortunately
they
are
very
unprofessional
and
not
safe.
In
particular,
instructor
called
Anthony
who
teaches
on
Saturdays,
is
extremely
unprofessional.
He
teaches
lessons
for
3-5
year
olds
who
cannot
swim
(absolute
beginners).
Unlike
other
instructors,
he
does
not
get
into
the
water,
and
he
also
spends
several
minutes
at
a
time
looking
away
from
the
pool
with
his
back
to
the
children
in
swimming
pool
(while
talking
to
strangers).
When
pointed
out
that
he
needs
to
supervise
children,
he
started
being
extremely
rude
and
took
even
less
care
about
the
children
in
the
pool,
mainly
concentrating
on
throwing
rude
comments
at
parents
who
complained.
Two
of
the
girls
started
choking
on
water
not
able
to
balance,
yet
he
paid
no
attention
whatsoever.
We
had
pull
our
children
out
before
the
lesson
has
finished
as
they
were
choking,
crying
and
extremely
distressed.
After
the
lesson,
several
parents
came
over
to
us
me
to
tell
that
they
have
withdrawn
their
children
from
his
lessons
as
it
is
not
safe.
We
tried
finding
someone
to
speak
to
at
the
reception
desk,
but
they
didn't
seem
to
care.
I
am
sure
not
all
the
instructors
are
this
unprofessional.
In
fact,
one
week
we
had
a
lady
who
was
covering
a
lesson
and
she
was
brilliant.
Unfortunately,
we
have
instructor
who
shouldn't
be
allowed
near
the
children.
