My children and my siblings had Great fun all in the toddler/baby pool with the slides, water spouts etc. Very clean , very well organized, and very cheap price for adults with 2 kids under 3yr, car park on site £1 per hour. Highly recommended.

Staff really friendly. Kids loved the Aqua play. Parking easy in car park next door. Good price too. Knocked a star off as it’s just so cold. Pool hall is cold and changing rooms are cold. Even the showers are only just warm.

Very good local swimming pool for my 18 month old daughter and me. She is normally dressed in a full suit to keep her a bit warmer as it can be cold after a while in the water. Overall we love it and the slides and combination of three areas is perfect for young and old alike.

My children and baby loved it. The water was right and the place was clean. The baby swimming area the water needs to be a bit more warm as the toddlers were cold and my baby too. This was the 1st time we come here as we live in Newham. Leyton is the closest to us with the children's swim play area. The price for the 5 of us was good too. We went on a Sunday which was still busy from 3.40pm to 4.40pm, the changing room are very clean too. They need more family cubes but there was a blue standing stool for babies that you can take to the cude and change your baby or toddler with ease Which is a handy.

Went to enrol my son's swimming lessons for the first time. Obviously didn't know how things operate there. The staffs weren't to helpful as I asked specifically which lesson I should chose for my son and they told me to go online and purchase the lesson. So I got some doubts while doing the purchase and asked to one of the staffs for help but she denied by saying her shift was over and then saw her standing still there for couple of minutes even talking to others customers!!!! I don't understand how this people even got the job!!! The next day I went there for my son's first day swimming lessons and the lady at the reception told me that one of the teacher would call his name. But didn't see anyone coming, so I went back to the lady to ask about more info and then she instructed me to go inside and wait!! They don't really bother to help customers correctly!! That's a big shame!!!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to join this place!

Came for the Family Fun Swim session. Great price and perfect on a hot day. Great splash pool for younger children (under 10) who just want somewhere to splash and have some fun. It is a little dated but very clean so if you can look past the aesthetics you’ll be happy. There’s a great little splash area for under 5s and the slightly older kids will enjoy the flume and water cannons.

I had membership it was cancelled due to Covid. Customer service lady Maneeq doesn’t know how to speak she starts arguments and raises her voice. Is this how you deal with customers shame on you Maneeq. I have not consumed the month yet as they closed due to Covid that membership needs to resumed without any additional cost. Train your staff!!! How to deal with matter.

Awful gym - unhygienic, every time I've been there something isn't working, could be a machine, could be a light, could be a toilet - usually it's a member of staff. Constantly closing the top floor for women only but not passing out any information as to when that actually is, if you call ahead to find out it just rings and rings and rings. There aren't enough weights/machines so there's often a long wait to use stuff. The in house personal trainer walks around like he owns the place and will often call you out if you're "in his way" or being "too loud". It's cheap - really cheap, but no one really cares about the customer experience.

The lagoon is a heaven for body mind and soul, its peaceful even when your in one of Pauline or Guls body condition or group cycle classes, ballet fit is A-Mazing, the gym is female friendly they play great work out radio and the hole facility is clean with covid measures in place, and most importantly the staff are a professional and friendly bunch, 6 stars

The price is great and as a whole it's perfect to bring the little one I take care of. But one thing that I can't get over is the lack of hygiene. It is so filthy. In changing rooms and pools. There is a terrible smell, the floor is disgusting and there is mould everywhere! It's grimy and BETTER gyms need to seriously to a 'better' job and invest in the upkeep of this facility

Something is happening there and the pool is not controlled how many people are on the swimming pool area. I was with my daughter at 9am session and she couldn't use all the features available. The big slide was closed. The baby pool with slides was overcrowded and was closed to get in. 3/4 of the main pool was closed because of the swimming lessons at the same time. I am very disappointing this time. The same thing with the coin lockers, in times where people are cash less you should provide magnetic bracelets with each ticket, which has allocated locker number, then you can control how many ppl are in the pool (as many as you have lockers available. This is that simple, ppl going out should give the bracelet back they are reusable! Not like the paper bracelets which generates a lots of waste as well. You can avoid overcrowded times, and save the environment too. I hope you will consider my opinion.

Love this pool its great, lovely shallow pool which is warm and good for young kids, a larger pool which goes up to 1.4m so never very deep. And a big slide for big kids and small slide area for babies and younger kids. Very well priced and clean toilets/changing rooms.

Good handy local swimming and gym. Always busy but always room for everyone. Great deals for kids either £1 or free so definitely worth going if you have kids. Lots of adult activities too. Swimming for adults and gym and sauna and steam room and exercise and other classes upstairs. Plus they have a waiting / viewing room upstairs while your kids take their swimming classes / lessons.

Gym facilities have not been upgraded in 15 years. There's always some machines that are out of order. The price has increased 4 times in 12 months. Currently £30 a month but no doubt it will increase before April. Unless the gym is next door to you I'd avoid it and go to Anytime Fitness or Pure Gym

Today was my first time at Leyton Leisure centre and it was amazing! The changing facilities are exceptional - which is such a RARE find with leisure centres around London. Had a lovely swim and the staff are so friendly.

This is the second time I've driven from South london to bring my little ones. The kids absolutely love it, and the staff have been lovely on both occasions. The reason for 3* is the cleanliness of the pool. The children don't notice, but both times I've seen that under / round the back of the slides are full of a build-up of dirt/grub. Today, I noticed the pool floor was generally very dirty. Ultimately, I'd come again and it's worth the trip with the kids having so much fun... just wish it would be cleaner 🙂

As a Better member, I've come to try the Zumba classes here a few times now. Unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience as there are some basics for comfort in any exercise space missing. First of all, there is no clear signage to take you to the studios and the second you step through the gates, you arrive at the pool area. When you do eventually find the studios upstairs while following the 'exit' signs, there is only one toilet and a disabled one at that. There are some tiny lockers, where you cannot leave a bigger umbrella and the doors to which get stuck, so I was anxious leaving my belongings inside. There are no changing rooms on the floor, where the two studios are; you need to go downstairs to the pool and experience dirty, wet changing rooms instead even if you're not planning on using the pool. Finally, the gym of this place is outside, down the road and in another building. Oh, and it seems like one of the instructors is always late to class, so you are paying full price for half a class as well. I'm sorry, but you're better off visiting the Waltham Forest branch if you can.

Price is very good for an hour session I paid just under £14 for myself and my 3 children. We usually come here in the summer so I usually book 2 sessions as the kids don't wanna leave.! There's a big slide which we love and smaller ones also, 3 different pools. Had a good amount of people not overly buzy. Lockers £1 to use which you get back 👍🏻 As none of my children can swim unfortunately, it is one adult per 2 children so my kids did have to take turns in the water for safety reasons. There are about 5 showers which I saw, 2 open and 3 private, id say they should have few more available definitely as there were people waiting in sight which can be uncomfortable as I feel I have to rush.

I'm really happy with this place, even though you're supposed to book online, I just turned up after checking if spaces were available. Then I paid and enjoyed a great swim. The cleanliness of the changing area and the pool area and pool water was excellent. And you get your £1 back when you use the lockers, I was told to use a trolley token. Nice. 😁

Have just visited with my two girls for the 1st time. Gloria on reception was very helpful, informative and kind enough to lend me a locker coin (which I remembered to return!) The pool was nice and the slide was fun. Frances the lifeguard was helpful and friendly. The only part that let the experience down was a lifeguard with no name badge (maybe a telling sign) he was extremely slow to get to the slide, he had a face like a wet weekend and sat up on the railings looking very unprofessional. He was young, black and wore glasses with a tattoo on his arm. Could've been much more professional.. the only slight on an otherwise pleasant and entertaining experience. Top marks to Gloria and Frances.

Kids love the slides and pool. Changing rooms are FREEZING! Not very nice for young kids who come out crying. Not sure why theirs is always cold. We visit other pools too, their changing rooms are always lovely and warm

Ample parking, was very quiet on a Saturday which was great, kids enjoyed and had a lot of fun. Very clean, only downside it was slightly cold indoors, would be better if it was a little warmer but great otherwise. Can’t wait to come back.

First time visiting here went with my 2 girls and a friend whom had a daughter too. Pools seemed clean and temperature was good. The only thing that really let this place down was pools were too full and being closed due to this factor. My little one couldn’t go on the kiddy slides or the shallow pool and we waited a good 10 minutes luckily we had booked a 2 hour session and still she didn’t get the opportunity 😞

Relatively well managed, kept clean and machines in working order. Tech and customer service not necessarily on par with the budget competitors Puregym and The Gym. What bothers me the most is the commercial radio station blaring adverts at you throughout the whole workout.

We have brought our 3 year old here on and off for around 2 years. It's a great place but we had to leave early because it was absolutely freezing! Pool water was cold in the toddler pool and in the main pool. My daughter kept saying she was freezing. We watched as parents kept leaving the toddler area as it was just too cold for the children. Even worse the changing rooms felt like they had the air conditioning on. We won't be back until summer or at least until it's sorted.

B'S HONEST REVIEW ♡ if you have toddlers this is definitely the best place to go for swimming . 1. Cheap and straight forward You pre book online and get a wrist band as you go in . 2. Changing rooms are mixed male and female . 3. Plenty of Lockers rooms 4. There's aqua play for toddlers and babies , slides and a general pool for everyone . My 4 year old cousin loved the aqua play they have 4 slides that he loved ! 10/10

This is one of the best summing pool I have been too. Reminds me when I was a little kid when I use to go. I go there with my kids and they have this lovely kids swimming area. Love the. Water slide but that is hardly open and they don’t make this clear when booking would be helpful if they did.

Good pool, but quite cold. Toddler was shivering with blue lips in less than couple of minutes. A few more degrees wouldn't hurt

Great place when you don't know where to take the kids! Clean, plenty of lockers available, nice aqua play area. The only downside is the temperature in the pool area is quite cool and the water isn't the warmest so it can get quite cold. Great day out otherwise!

Came across this when looking for a splash pool for my 4 year old son. We had planned to go to the large one in Colchester, but the reviews were terrible. This pool wasn't overcrowded at all, clean, and with lifeguards that were focused and who interacted with the children. The parking was easy too, and entrance prices very reasonable. Thank you, we will be back soon!
