    I have taken the opportunity to train with Harry in light of my upcoming wedding, hoping to get in the best shape for my big day. In one word, Harry has been a TREMENDOUS trainer. First of all, he has been able to give my sessions a structure, something that I realized was missing when training on my own without the guidance of someone so experienced. His advice is clearly based on solid knowledge, which is what I needed to bring my training to the next level. But there was more. With his demanding and positive attitude, Harry has been an incredible motivator, pushing me every time to the extra rep, to look forward and always visualize my goal, rep after rep, to eventually become a better version of myself. I am truly grateful for his help!!!

    I was on the fence about Embody Fitness for a while - it’s a big commitment in every sense and I was apprehensive of my ability to make the most of it. I’m not the most self motivated person and I’ve never “loved” the gym - in fact I couldn’t understand why anyone would. I’m now 10 weeks in to my 12 week programme and my life has been completely revolutionised. I’ve dropped 15kg of fat and started seeing muscles I didn’t even realise I had. My trainer Dean has completely changed my outlook on the gym and keeps me progressing without me dreading the workouts. The biggest benefit to me hasn’t been the weight loss or muscle gain - it’s been the knowledge Dean has given me which I can take forward to train confidently and safely on my own at the end of my programme. My advice to anyone on the fence is to go for it! You’ll never look back and you’ll look and feel incredible in no time - ask for Dean Williams!

    I started training at Embody Fitness in February 2019, on their twelve week programme. I’m still there more than six months later because I love the results and the strength and energy it brings to my running. Vicky is a tremendous coach who knows how to get the most out of you in a workout. She knows my goals about running and she tailors our sessions to enhance and complement them.

    The 12 week Transformation program at Embody Fitness has surpassed my expectations in the best way possible. I look, and more importantly feel so much better and stronger than I ever have. All the staff are lovely and whereas previously entering a gym was anxiety-inducing, now I look forward to every session. My trainer Harry is super encouraging and pushes me every session to achieve the best results. Even when a work out is tough he makes it a joy - never thought I would laugh as much as I do when exercising. 10/10 would recommend.

    Started an 8 week online course 3rd May. I write this 9th June and, without exaggeration, I have not been contacted a single time by the trainer to see how its going. He has shown no interest in helping me. He has responded to my messages in as minimal, quick way as possible. It is clear to me he would rather not bother. For an online workout I expect (and they promise!) workouts, diet plans, support and follow up from a dedicated trainer. Workouts - stopped after 4 weeks. I had to message trainer. Took him 3 days to sort and when he did he couldn't even be bothered to drop me a message to say it was done. Guess he forgot to get phase 2 ready...no apology. Diet plan - no diet plans. After a week of me saying I didn't know what my goals were he eventually said he expected me to use diet plans already on there from a year ago that contained food I now know im allergic to which I advised in the face to face. So no diet plans. Support/followup - not a single message from the trainer. That alone is just so bad. Also they emphasise filling in weekly forms about how its going. Every form I say I need help, not once have they contacted me about them. The last one I filled on 2nd June saying everything was bad, I wasn't happy and I needed help. Nothing. Noone is reading the forms. They do not care. They have taken my money and thats it. Easy revenue for them I suppose. I cant speak for their face to face training but at this point in time I strongly advise against an online programme as they are clearly not a priority for them at all. I feel awful, not better. Lost all my enthusiasm, I am no fitter, I have not lost weight. Its a waste of time and money. I want my money back!! EDIT, they have offered me an apology, an explanation and a restart of the programme. I have taken the restart as hopefully my bad experience was a one off and will see how it goes this time!

    My experience with Embody Fitness has been an eye opener, regarding what to eat, how to train and that technique is everything. Victoria Nagy is an exceptional trainer and has made the whole experience enjoyable (albeit kept the pressure on at all times). Having used other 'transformational' gyms in the past when living abroad, I can honestly say that the trainers at Embody Fitness are far superior. Thank you Vicky

    I enrolled onto the 12 week programme and trained with Leah. She was excellent. She pushed and encouraged me to work hard and I achieved 6% body fat loss and gained more definition to my arms, shoulders and legs in particular. The dietary programme worked well. I am a Type 1 diabetic and my sugar control has never been better. I look and feel better.

    I have been interested in strength, conditioning, longevity and general well-being for almost 30 years (having started training seriously at the start of my teens). With my current work schedule, it is also critical for me to optimise the return on my exercise windows: I need the maximum outcome from my weekly three one-hour slots. Embody (a PT-only facility) offers an experience that meets this requirement and at a competitive price-point. It is, in my view, without doubt the case that the premium paid for the Embody experience is far out-weighed by the efficiency gains of having an Embody professional guide your training. At a regular gym, training by yourself, you may never hit the ‘zone’ of ‘best return’ (and this circumstance may persist for years); at Embody, assisted by their team of experts, you should expect to hit this zone at every session. I had initially signed up for a trial block of 12 classes; that was in August 2017: over two years on, and, other than for occasional holidays and business travel, I have not missed an early morning ‘lift’ with rising global personal training star Danny Ly: an athlete who understands deeply the gym, health and longevity business. At Embody, the customised sessions are thoughtful and underpinned by structured learning and focused goal-oriented programming and caters to a wide range of athlete, strength, conditioning, general-health, repair and well-being goals. I continue to enjoy the journey through a range of different cycles (lasting 5-6 weeks per cycle) from ‘heavy’ low-rep lifts (with progressive loading) to extended-density and German-volume-type work-outs. I have also enjoyed the sessions that combine 3-parts: a heavy lift, a 15-mins ’challenge’ circuit (heart rate in 85%-95%+ zone), and a final super-set of ancillary work. The challenge circuits are daunting when contemplated in advance, but satisfying upon completion, developing mental strength and strategy as well as absolute cardio and muscular capacity. I feel stronger and healthier now than ten or fifteen years ago. Also, our first child has turned up in the period I have been training with Embody (for certain, the experience has benefitted my health in a number of ways). Embody also attends to the critical component of nutritional guidance, whether your goal is to achieve the right balance of emotional sustenance, feeling strong and looking good (from generally shedding excess body-weight to getting down to say 11-12% body fat), or ‘getting ripped’ (sub-10%, for men) or ‘really shredded’ (much lower). The staff has a disciplined approach to nutrition guidance rooted in theory and practice. Embody is likely one of the best facilities in London. It is a no-fuss, down-to-earth venue, where pro-athletes, City-types and others serious about going to the gym convene for that health, strength and aesthetic edge. If you are serious about crafting some great health outcomes, Embody should be on your short-list.

    I started my experience with Embody Fitness London after seeing the results from a friend while on holiday the transformation he made in 12 weeks was amazing and thought I need to give it a go, I’ve now been training with Bridie Forster for 3 weeks now and have shown 15.7% reduction in body fat and gained lean muscle mass, these guys train hard and if your willing to put the work in you will see results, FACT!!! The team have been great and have all played a role in helping me reach my goals so far, I will be extending the program from 8 weeks to 12 weeks with Bridie Forster for sure. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    I can’t praise Michele enough. He does the simple things with me and I get results. Motivation is high and my 2-3 times a week walk to the gym has become a joyful routine. Having Danny as my nutritionist / additional motivator helps a lot, too. You have to put in the effort, though ! Looking forward to our next sessions after the summer break, Michele.     I bought an 8-week transformation to regain strength after a foot injury and have had such good results that I have continued with an ongoing program. Not only am I stronger and performing better in my running and cycling, but I am leaner and happier with my body than I have been in over a decade. My trainer Alex is motivating, supportive, and positive, and he truly tailors the program based on my goals and feedback. The whole Embody team that has supported me on this journey have been knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

    I started training with Leah a few months ago to get back into shape and to improve my overall fitness. Initially I signed up for the 8 week program but have enjoyed it so much I am now continuing to go weekly. Leah has been so patient with me and I actually enjoy going to the sessions. I have learnt alot from her, and Danny on the nutrition side. Highly recommend !

    I love this place! Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help. I'm on a 12 week program which I haven't finished yet but am already seeing amazing results, lifting more than I ever did pre injury even after months in the gym. Leah is amazing, friendly, very flexible and tough. My workouts with her somehow just fly by even though I'm working really hard. I already know I'll carry on with her after the 12 weeks. I not only feel stronger, have better posture but am more knowledgeable about my diet (also thanks to Danny's advice) and how to maintain my training! Can't wait to see final results but also keep getting stronger and fitter. Have already recommended to everyone I know, can't stop telling everyone how pleased with the results I am (even after some naughty weekends/holidays)!

    My experience with Embody Fitness went well beyond my expectations. I did an 8 week program with the main objectives to get stronger and leaner. Not only the results I got were terrific but the advice and guidance I received throughout the program allowed me to learn a great deal on technique, nutrition and how my own body works. My trainer Alex has been absolutely amazing to work with. His level of knowledge, focus, commitment and attention to details are second to none. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend embody fitness.

    Having trained with Elisabetta for a year has been great, I have been able to achieve goals I had previously never achieved at other gyms even with PT. The professionalism and general environment of Embody Fitness is great and all staff is very welcoming and friendly. Even having moved further away it is still my go-to as I know I will get the value for money, one of the best points is it is never over crowded making it very pleasant to train even at peak time. Looking forward to continue my journey at Embody Fitness!

    Monique is the best trainer I have ever had. I feel more energetic, understand how important weight training is instead of the usual cardio cardio cardio. Plus weight training is 10 times more interesting than running nowhere on a treadmill. I love my sessions and I love Monique. We have such a laugh and I massively look forward to our sessions. Embody itself is great as you get to understand how food relates to weight training and workouts and everyone is really nice and friendly which is good if you're a newbie like me that hasn't got a clue. Anyway I feel great and look 100 times better and that's really the point. So join up, you won't regret it.

    I got the chance to train at Embody with Elliot and he was absolutely amazing. I have always been into fitness and sport and working with him made training really enjoyable. Elliot has so much patience and knowledge which allowed me to feel comfortable and confident in the gym. With all my gym sessions in the past I would dread having to work out but I really looked forward to training with him! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

    I did an 8 weeks program with Joshua and I found the improvement of body shape and body system. I decided to continue training with him until now. He is a really encouraged trainer, very patient to a lazy and busy client like me. I have got an amazing result especially my sleep habit. I feel stronger than before. Really recommend!

    I started training with Monique on an 8-week transformation course, and enjoyed it so much I continued indefinitely. Monique is great at keeping you motivated every week,and continually pushes you to the next level, whilst making sure there are no injury setbacks. Sessions are always fun and enjoyable as they are challenging -would highly recommend!

    This has been an once in lifetime experience and has changed my life completely. Without a doubt I can rate this as the best program which does not only do Body transformation but transforms life. And I could not have asked for any better trainer than Kristina to have started my 8 weeks of course and cut through the initial challenge to get on the path. Kristina set me on the best path to a successful healthy body. After that I have been well trained by Betta to not just become healthy but become stronger with relevant training to build muscles. I had heard a lot of praises from my boss about Betta and I can say she is much better than what he said.

    Last year I completed the 12 week transformation and absolutely smashed it! Thanks Nathan Johnson :) I returned earlier this year and completed the 4 week blitz program. I had the pleasure of training with the very lovely Vicky Nagy. Amazing personal trainer and I achieved more great results. The overall experience at Embody is fantastic and the broader team are make you feel very welcome. I highly recommend this gym.

    The whole set-up at Embody is brilliant, from the trainers to the facilities. Bridie trains me and I honestly can't rate her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and (somehow!) manages to make every session enjoyable. As opposed to many other PTs, I feel as though Bridie (and all the team at Embody) are fully invested in their clients, genuinely care and want to see clients achieve their goals. I initially went to Embody for an 8 week period and was amazed by the results. I will be returning soon and can't wait to make more progress!

    Highly recommend Embody if you’re looking for somewhere that will help and support you to make a major, positive change to your health and fitness. Victoria has been amazing, keeping me motivated, pushing me to work harder and finding ways around my long-standing issues/injuries so that I can keep making progress.     I joined Embody to lose weight and tone up and ended up learning more about myself and the limits I put on myself than I ever expected to. Danny and Bridie were simply phenomenal, tailoring and tweaking my diet as we went, offering expert advice and even overhauling my workouts entirely after I aggravated an old knee injury. If you are at all serious about getting in the best shape of your life, the only place I would recommend is Embody. 5 stars doesn't cut it!

    Fantastic experience at Embody Fitness. Great equipment and all trainers have expert knowledge - programmes are designed to fit around you and cater for all levels of fitness whether you are a novice or experienced gym goer. You are constantly challenged and go into the sessions wanting to give your all. Emmanuel is a phenomenal trainer and gives plenty of encouragement to keep me going. Cannot fault this place - 5 stars

    From the very beginning of my 8 week programme, I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone I met, including Danny, Tom, who I had my initial consultation with, Craig, who created a bespoke nutrition plan for me, and Dean, who performed a movement screening to identify any areas of weakness. I was immediately convinced that I was dealing with professionals of the highest caliber. I had the pleasure to train with Michael and Dean and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to their guidance I was able to achieve amazing results within a short time frame. But more importantly, they left me with a wealth of knowledge that has dramatically improved my understanding of weightlifting and nutrition. Everyone at Embody Fitness is happy to share their knowledge, making every training session a learning experience, while physically being pushed to the limit. It’s clear that both Michael and Dean love what they are doing. They approached every single session with enthusiasm and truly cared about my progress. Their perfectionism around the execution of each exercise was impressive and made me realise quickly how much of a dramatic impact that would have on my progress. Both of them are also very personable, which significantly contributed to the enjoyment of each session. I can only highly recommend Embody Fitness to everyone who is considering taking their fitness to the next level. It’s truly a life changing experience.

    Bridie has been an incrediable trainer and motivator. She has understood what I am able to do and push me further and further. She always has a smile on her face and my sessions, whilst sweat inducing and challenging, are always enjoyable and full of laughs. Her understanding of the human body is amazing so when I am not sure of a move she has a brilliant way of explaining it so that I don't injure myself and I am doing the moves to the best of my ability. She also has great ideas around food which has been a challenge for me - healthy and protein based. The team at Embody are wonderful, inviting and make you feel at home. I have never felt like people are judging my the size or shape of my body and have always been so motivating. The atmosphere in the gym is always great and the music always good :)

    I have been training with Embody for the past 10 weeks and have seen great results, both in the way my body has changed, but also in the way it has changed my mind - I feel happier, more energetic, and generally more positive. My trainer, Alejandro, has kept me incredibly motivated along the way, and has taken the time to help me really enjoy weights training! Would highly recommend

    I signed up for 8 weeks to reduce body fat, particularly around the midriff. From beginning to end of my program I found the team at Embody Fitness to be knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and dedicated to working with their clients to achieve results. Through training sessions, diet, nutrition advice and motivation to push clients to get the best results I lost 6kgs and improved my physique. The transformation program was designed for me, with all my historic injuries and dietary constraints incorporated. The knowledge gained from the team has become part of a sustainable and ongoing lifestyle change. I Highly recommend Embody Fitness if your serious about improving your fitness, health, nutrition and achieving your personal training goals.

    I have been training at Embody with Harry Johnson , my allocated PT, for about 6 months. I have reduced my body fat from 18.9% to 10.9% and lost about 8kg in weight . I have learnt about nutrition and followed a program that has helped me to record data daily so I can see what is working very quickly. I have had a great experience and continue to train and am now trying to increase muscle mass and go to the next level- would recommend to anyone looking for measurable results!

    Undertaking the 8 Week Rapid Fat Loss programme has given me fantastic results in a short period of time. Not only was I able to lose a significant amount of bodyfat, but I also gained a significant amount of muscle mass dropping my bodyfat from at least 10% down to 6%. Whilst I have trained for 14 years on my own, this is the first time I have used a PT and let me tell you, they will put you through your paces! After every session I had well and truly used up all of my energy. The sessions were tough because I wanted the PTs to push me to my limits. I have never trained as hard as with Embody Fitness and the amazing physique transformation is exactly what I wanted. The guys are also very knowledgable about nutrition and are truly experts. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend! Thanks Embody!

    No real or customised meal plan, they send you a PDF to read with nutrition info you can easily find on internet for free. Very snobby staff and clientele, half of the staff don't say hello to you. Unpleasant manager. My trainer and training was good but still a waste of my money. I don't recommend.

    Incredible gym and incredible staff! I was able to completely transform my body in 3 months and lose 10 kilos. Alejandro Olivares - Nunez was my trainer at the gym and he is an incredible PT. He really knows what he is doing! I highly recommend this place.

    Not only am I in the best shape of my life, my entire lifestyle has completely transformed thanks to Joshua Lyons and the team at Embody Fitness. I never expected that starting a 12-week program would have such a permanent impact on my overall health - nearly 2 years later and I’m still here! Joshua's approach to training works really well for me - it’s something I look forward to and I'm stronger, leaner and full of energy because of it. Highly recommend coming here if you’re committed to achieving your goals and looking for the right support.

    I joined Embody Fitness for their 4 week blitz promotion running till the end of last year, within 2 weeks, my 1 pack is slowly turning into 4, in reality I am blasting enough fat layers for my muscles to be more visible... also I am getting alot stronger around biceps. More progress than I saw in 6 months... although I am working out 6 times a week, sometimes twice a day. My trainer is Elisabetta who is one of the kindest people I have met, but do not let that fool you... she will make you work your butt off. If I were to return, she would be the reason.

    It's a very good gym but is very busy almost all the time, you don't have the space available to do your work out because of people and you have to wait hardly for using an equipment. I think they should take a limited number of subscriptions, it's irritating to pay a lot per month and not having a proper work out

    The experience and results at Embody have been life-changing for me, way superior to anything I’ve undertaken before. I took the 12-week course and tried to stick to 3 sessions a week. My twin goals were weight loss and a sharp fitness boost- both were achieved! I lost 37lbs (nearly 17kgs, dropping from 94 to 77kgs) in around 14 weeks. And more importantly it has stayed off and more- helped by continuing with a less frequent 5 sessions per month. And that all includes the run up to and actual Christmas. I could take all the credit for self-discipline etc. But that would be wrong as I hadn’t come near to achieving this before. Alex Chaple was/ is my trainer and he has been absolutely first class- really hard training sessions but clearly adapting to what was best for me, as well as excellent nutritional monitoring and advice. He really knows his stuff, and more importantly cares very much about the individual and the results. Really excellent. All of my contact with Chris has been great and again he is so knowledgeable, and I’ve paid for extra sessions with Sophie for physio on a couple of minor injuries and areas of inflexibility. Relative to a gym membership Embody is obviously not cheap, but the results are incomparable. I would recommend them to anyone. In the scheme of what it can do for your whole life, it’s amazingly good value!

    I've worked with several personal trainers in the past and none have come anywhere close to the knowledge, attention, and professionalism of the Embody team. My primary trainer Danny has an incredible understanding of muscle mechanics and nutrition and uses both to create highly effective workouts and nutrition plans. One of the things I like best about Embody is their use of data (both detailed performance data from training sessions and lifestyle data provided by clients) to determine the best approach to achieving fitness goals and to measure progress. Workouts are also changed regularly which keeps the sessions fun and challenging. I've really enjoyed my time training at Embody and would highly recommend it.

    I have been training with Embody for a while now and I could not recommend them and my trainer Alejandro any more! he is so great at working on my specific needs but at the same time keeping me honest and motivated to really push myself.

    I’d never trained with a PT and had fallen off the exercise wagon, so decided to give myself a kickstart with a 12-week program at Embody. It’s unlike any gym experience I’ve had before, a really pleasant environment with a strong focus on weight training, backed up by really helpful nutritional/lifestyle advice and physio. I was nervous before I started, but everyone I’ve met there - staff and clients - has been very approachable and supportive. My PT Monique is patient, motivating, very knowledgeable and utterly lovely. I’m achieving results that eluded me when I trained alone, being pushed hard enough to get results without losing my form or dreading the next session, and understanding why we follow the program and how to achieve the best results from each exercise. I’m already much stronger, my body is leaner and posture has improved. The most startling thing for me has been how much I enjoy it - I’d never have believed it before, but my sessions with Monique are my favourite part of the day - I look forward to them and always leave feeling energised! I recommend her without hesitation.

    Tyrone is an absolute one-off. A dedicated, motivated trainer who is highly experienced and highly knowledgeable. This means he creates and delivers bespoke programmes tailored to achieving the results you want to achieve in the safest possible environment. I have trained with Tyrone both face-to-face and online – there is no difference between the two in terms of Tyrone’s dedication to helping you achieve what you want to achieve.

    I have been training with Danny for almost a year having initially signed up for a 3 month programme and I can safely say that the temptation continue exercising is not something I have struggled with before!! Danny and his team combine tailored workouts with nutritional guidance to achieve the best results. They're a fun and universally friendly bunch who are dedicated and kind. Danny has singlehandedly helped me to regain strength and mobility in my shoulder following 8 dislocations. He is experienced, confident and knowledgeable and I have not looked back.     I've had the pleasure of being trained by both Nathan Johnson and Elliot Hasoon and it's been a complete mental and physical life changing experience. Not only have I learnt how to train well and push myself beyond limits I thought impossible but I've learnt what happens outside of the gym is just as important as what happens in it. Both Nathan and Elliot have been brilliant with their knowledge and support even outside of our sessions, and the rest of the team are just as friendly and welcoming. If you're serious about change and reaching your fitness goals then I highly recommend Embody!

    Trained with Elliot Hasoon, who is a great trainer! Learnt a lot about how to use the right posture and also managed to increase my strength significantly. The workouts were challenging yet a lot of fun, and was great to see the results over the weeks. It was also really good to learn how to eat properly whilst also training - I never felt hungry and it really helped accelerate fat loss. Would definitely recommend Elliot!

    Elite’s whole set-up is brilliant, from the knowledgable trainers , to the fact that they travel to my house. Bridget trains me and I honestly can't rate her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and (somehow!) manages to make every session enjoyable. As opposed to many other PTs, I feel as though Bridget (and all the team at Elite ) are fully invested in their clients, genuinely care and want to see clients achieve their goals. I initially joined Elite for an 8 week period and was amazed by the results. I will be returning soon and can't wait to make more progress!

    I have nothing but good things to say about Embody Fitness and my trainer, Leah Georges. I signed up for the 8 week programme and was so delighted with the results that I've continued to train with Leah on a weekly basis since that programme finished. As someone who didn't typically use gyms (or like the thought of doing so) before, Embody Fitness provided the perfect environment to train in a comfortable and safe manner. Leah is excellent at pushing her clients to get results, whilst doing so in a safe and controlled manner; and the time she takes to explain each exercise is always hugely appreciated!

    Was on the 8-week programme with Dean who was an exceptional trainer! He is very experienced and clearly knows his stuff, and was super supportive during sessions.     Lockdown unfortunately interrupted my programme, but Dean has been an absolute star at getting me back on track. He has been attentive to my techniques and pushing me every time, making sure I up my weights and shred some extra calories. While being a great coach, what really sets Dean apart is that he cares about his clients and that he’s always good-humoured, which make the sessions fun as well as very effective. Thank you!

    I have been training at Embody Fitness with Dean since December and it was the best decision I made to sign up for the 12 week transformation programme. Before joining, I felt sluggish, tired and didn’t recognize the person staring back at me in the mirror, enough was enough and combined with an extended lockdown, I was the biggest I had been in a long time. I am so happy I have Dean as my Personal Trainer. His sessions are highly motivating and get results! I can honestly say that I can see an improvement in my fitness levels and my body shape is changing for the better. I am a better version of myself and that was my goal when I signed up. I highly recommend Embody Fitness. Don’t hesitate for one minute, it will be the best decision you ever made....an investment in yourself.

    Amazing place and people - 5 stars is not enough for this! 🌟 Coming here was by far the best decision I had made in a very long time!! I had the pleasure to meet wonderful people like Leah, Dean and Danny. Leah is an absolute star and such an inspiration!! She trained me for one month and the sessions I had with her were extremely enjoyable. She ignited this spark within me and pushed me to train my body to lengths I had never realised I was capable of. The days without training with her, I’d surprisingly find myself looking forward to going back to Embody again. I feel so much happier and stronger right now thanks to Leah and her continuous encouragement. She helped me gain so much confidence in myself and although I still need her guidance I feel like I can achieve anything! Even though I spent only a very short time here, I honestly loved every second of it! I genuinely can’t find the proper words to express my gratitude towards Leah and everyone else there who supported me.

    I loved every session at Embody and I couldn't recommend it more. Dean was an absolute star of a trainer, he helped me achieve my goals while always being super accommodating to my crazy schedule, being incredibly supportive and making every session tons of fun (while making me proper sweat!). He catered every workout to my needs, with incredible knowledge and experience, always pushing me a step further. I am so thankful I decided to embark on my 12 weeks journey and that I got the best guidance throughout the whole time. Not only I saw drastic changes in my body, but saw myself becoming more confident, much much stronger and overall happier. 10/10

    I joined Embody back in April 2016 on their 12 week plan felt I had achieved results like no others before. I re-joined in summer 2017, under the care and expertise of Greg Burns. Greg's knowledge, which he takes pleasure in passing on, is second to none, for both nutrition and exercise. He takes a real interest in his clients goals, with infectious enthusiasm that leaves you feeling fully supported in your goals. He is amazingly creative in devising workouts that go beyond the norm and leave you feeling educated as well as exercised. Having completed Ride100 last summer, I further completed a duathlon two months later, and this year also took part in and completed the London Marathon. More events are in the diary. I truly attribute these achievements to the support and care that I get from Greg and the rest of the team at Embody. I'm in my fifties and hope to be exercising and feeling healthy for many years to come, and Embody, and I hope Greg, will be a strategic part of my journey.
