    I came to see Greg and Tara after suffering from chronic back pain in my upper and lower back for the best part of 18 years. By working to strengthen around the affected areas, my day to day pain has dropped significantly after only a months worth of sessions - to a point where it’s barely noticeable now, rather than all I could think about daily. The service is incredible- the detail they go into and pride they take in their work is immense as they build a totally bespoke programme round you. The gym itself is spotless, fitted to an incredibly high standard and very welcoming. Overall, I cannot recommend Greg and Tara more highly whether you suffer from pain or just want to get fitter and stronger. The best investment in myself I’ve ever made. Thank you!

    I’ve been training at Strength House for over 6 months now and cannot recommend the team more highly. 2 years ago I suffered a neck injury that left me with chronic pain, neurological symptoms and muscle weakness. I’d seen several specialist physios, osteopaths, chiropractors and PTs over 18 months with little to no improvements. I struggled with simple head/neck movements and had lost all confidence in my overall mobility - any amount of exercise I’d been trying generally made things worse. I was recommended Strength House and felt encouraged straight away from my initial biomechanics assessment with Greg, thanks to his level of knowledge and laser focus on specific muscle activation. I started training 2x per week with Oli, who took great care to modify and tailor exercises to work around my neck injury and gradually build my confidence - I started to feel improvements within the first month. 6 months in and not only have I seen huge improvements with my neck pain and mobility, but overall I feel so much more robust and stronger than I ever have. I’ve gone from struggling with day-to-day tasks like to picking up a laundry basket, to now being able to carry my nephews on my shoulders without worry or pain. Strength House really is in a different league to any injury rehab clinic/ personal training gym I’ve been to previously. With the level of expertise from Oli, Greg and the whole team, plus the top-spec specialist equipment they have in the gym, this is by far the best investment I’ve made in my health.

    I went to Strength House to get assessed by Greg for a knee issue that has been preventing me training for a couple of years. Physio hadn’t helped so I wanted to know if he could pin point specific weaknesses that could be worked on to build back strength and get me back on track. After an in-depth consultation, we went ahead with a full body assessment which I found super interesting and informative, then a follow up session to go through exercises specific to the weaker muscles. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and I’ve learnt so much in our sessions to enable me to start my journey to getting back to where I want to be. The gym exceeded my expectations, beautifully designed with the best equipment tailored specifically for recovery and injury prevention. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Strength House and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

    I have absolutely benefited and enjoyed training with Greg - his passion for how the body works and working on my individual needs was so refreshing. His expertise has meant I have so much more strength and I am now managing a knee injury with so much more confidence. The Strength House really focus on you - not one size fits all - and they use amazing methods and techniques to get your muscles working. I have really valued the online virtual sessions and now I can't wait to get to their studio and benefit from all of the amazing kit they have.

    I know Tara for years and she is the reason I enjoy working out now.. I trained with her during and after pregnancy and she made me feel amazing.. Greg helped with the Nutrition and both together we achieved the result we wanted.. Tara and Greg are very professional and the Gym they set up is worth to see.. I highly recommend visiting them..

    I visited Strength House, initially blown away by the overall look and feel of the gym, high spec with the feeling of privacy. Then when I sat with Greg and Tara to chat over service options; their depth of knowledge and experience left me feeling very confident in my training journey. From initial biomechanics testing to nutrition, I am confident in my choice of using Strength House!

    Greg has completely changed the way I look at resistance training. I've been a believer in functional training for nearly a decade and learned how inefficient the vast majority of training is. If you've got any muscular dysfunction or chronic pain, you must come in for a tune up.

    After about 2 years of training at home after covid, and following a knee injury, i got in touch with Strength House to do a full assessment and discuss my goals: to rehab the injury as well as other lighter chronic/occasional joint pains, and build overall strength back. The assessment was detailed and comprehensive, the exercise routine was designed with my goals in mind, and given the sessions are personal, a lot of attention is given during each exercise. After two months i feel a lot of improvement both in my knee and my overall strength. The facilities are clean and spacious; the machines and equipment are of great quality; and everyone is very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a personalised training coaching this is a great place.

    I would highly recommend Strength House. I began training at Strength House to address a shoulder impingement, build strength for a strenuous multi day trek as well as support my running. Having addressed the reasons that I started to train, I continued to train with Oli as I have seen continued improvement in my strength, have learned a lot and more importantly really enjoyed the focused and tailored programs which Oli created.

    I was recommended to see Greg by my physio after having a torn rotator cuff injury. Having been someone who has weight trained for nearly 18 years without seeing a PT Greg taught me a lot that i never really thought of. He managed to identify certain muscles that weren't activating when doing certain movements and gave me exercise to ensure they activate going forward. I also learnt a lot with regards to the movements i am doing and how to ensure i am working the muscle without further risk of injury. Since seeing Greg my injury has improved a lot and i now have the knowledge to continue to train safely. I would definitely recommend seeing Greg as he will cater your training to ensure you get what you want out of your training in the safest possible way.

    As an ex-personal trainer and having worked alongside both Greg & Tara, walking into this space re-ignited my passion for the value that personal training holds; the right equipment with the right pt's is a game changer! Hand on heart I can honestly say that the equipment they have is top of the range and no expense has been spared! If you're looking for a personal training studio in the city where your results will be guaranteed to not only leave you looking great but feeling great too whilst training with some incredible personal trainers all within a luxury environment look no further as you've found the gym for you!

    I had a personal training session with Tara when I was visiting London last December and I was extremely impressed. The Gym itself is amazing and has top of the range equipment. I've never seen such an impressive gym actually! Tara was lovely, very knowledgable and also very motivating throughout the session. She made me feel at ease and really knew her stuff, adapting my posture where necessary so my body was in the correct position to carry out the exercises she had given me, without risking injury, and also pushing me to achieve my best whilst still enabling me to enjoy the workout. Also the changing rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, all the facilities you need and probably the best shower I've ever had! Would highly recommend Strength House.

    Following a nasty knee dislocation fracture and a reconstruction surgery, I found myself at Strength House. From the get-go, their approach was different from the physiotherapists and personal trainers I'd been to. They have a biomechanical appraoch for designing exercises that are just right, tweaking even the smallest details like weight profiles to avoid any strain or re-injury. Their leg extension machine was a game changer for me. It's clear they invest in top-notch equipment which made a huge difference in my recovery process. Moreover, the nutritional advice they provided was spot on. I managed to shed the extra kilos I’d put on post-surgery which honestly, has also helped me feel more energetic at work. The team at Strength House truly cares and knows their stuff. They tailored a program that not only helped regain strength in my knee, but also improved my overall fitness. It's not just a gym, it’s a place where they understand your body and your recovery needs. The knowledge and insight of the trainers here is something I haven’t seen elsewhere. They really take the time to ensure that you're progressing safely and steadily. I've found a level of personalised attention here that was missing elsewhere. In a nutshell, my recovery wouldn’t have been half as successful without Strength House. Their professional yet personal approach, combined with high-quality equipment and sound nutritional advice, has made all the difference. Anyone in need of rehab and strength training should definitely give Strength House a shot.

    I came to strength house to strengthen my body to help me get back to running from an injury! I’ve been working with Tara for the past one year on building not just strength but knowledge about my body, nutrition as well as learning how to use weights effectively! It’s also helped me be more disciplined with my exercise routine. Both Greg and Tara and very dedicated to offer a hyper personalised programme to get you to your best strongest self! The chocolate protein shake at the end is an excellent add on. The gym itself is also really well designed and clean with beautiful aesthetics.

    What a Gym! We were very proud that after searching the market place Greg & Tara selected Clydebuilt to supply their functional equipment. We supplied and installed all Clydebuilt equipment from a folding rack to storage and even custom calisthenics bar setup. From the start it was clear both Greg & Tara had a vision for the space and knew exactly what the wanted. This made the project even more enjoyable, their attention to detail is amazing! It was a pleasure, I'm sure your clients love the gym.

    I have learned so much training with Greg and the team. Their knowledge of the way our muscles work and being able to really customise workouts to get every individual the best results for them is astounding. They have debunked so many prior strength and diet myths for me and proved it too (not just talked about it). I don’t think there’s another gym out there like this, and I’ve tried a lot of them.

    Could not recommend Strength House more highly - My experience has been really transformative for my approach to strength training. I started with little prior experience and the team have helped me to build really strong foundations which I’ll take forward for the rest of my life. Oli has been amazing and has designed some engaging and challenging programmes - I’ve been really happy with the results and my progress. The gym is also really well equipped and in a great location.

    Expert coaching and nutrition advice, immaculately clean facilities and high quality equipment! The Strength house team has a strong focus on perfect form and injury prevention while ensuring that you make progress towards your goals. I was initially hesitant at the idea of tracking calories but Tara helped me through the initial stages with great advice and checked in regularly which really made the process much easier. I learnt a lot from the programme I did and would certainly recommend Strength house to anyone looking for help in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Instead, a pristine oasis in which you can reach your personal goals. With a talented team of trainers whose expertise, encouragement and good humor make training positive and rewarding.     Came to Strength House with a meniscus tear and painful back. With expert advice and carefully planned sessions we were able to avoid surgery and am now able to be active and do the things I love pain -free. The facilities are clean, professionally set up and with a nice atmosphere. Equipment is top of the line and PT's are excellent! I recommend Strength House to anyone who wants to get in shape or are struggling with muscle and joint pain.

    I first trained with Greg in 2015 and his expert knowledge and personal approach inspired me to consistently include structured resistance training into my programme. The combination of a tailored approach, functional strength development, coupled with excellent nutrition advice had a transformational impact in just 4 months. From 2017 I was doubly lucky to then train with Tara who also brings her own unfailing passion for fitness and performance. Both are first class fitness professionals as well as being really engaging trainers who really invest time in supporting their clients' goals. During this time I have also witnessed their combined drive and vision deliver Strength House which is one of the best personal training environments I have seen anywhere in London. I cannot recommend the Strength House team highly enough.

    I have trained with Tara for about 2 years at various gyms. The standard and individuality of the training schedule she tailored for me was exceptional! I cannot recommend highly enough! Plus the attention to diet and nutrition really adds to the whole impact. It all worked together really well for me. Their new gym provides the perfect space with a truly exclusive feel.

    What a place! As soon as you walk though the doors, you know your in the best place possible to train. Both Tara and Greg have a wealth of experience and a genuine interest in helping you achieve your goal whatever it is. Their take on training and fitness is so refreshing and motivating. Could not recommend this place enough.
