A "must-go" place to everyone that is looking for art/design/craft items. The variety is huge, two floors covered with everything you may need for your projects. Vast selection of agenda and similar. The amount of choices for paper for every need is just enormous.. you can easely spend an hour just browsing everything, from sketchbooks to specialised paper. Prices are good, you can also order online if you are far away from London. They are very friendly and ready to help as soon as you need them. There's always some event going on during the month, so check them out for workshops, discounts or special promotions. If you are a student, the student day is definetly something you need to check as discounts and goodies are amazing, but go there as soon as they open, as the turn out is huge and lots of items are on a first-come basis.

A large store that’s well stocked with a broad range of arts supplies, including fairly large canvases and frietag products. Staff are generally helpful, except for when they are criticising the way you look.

used to love going to the London Graphic Centre but I didn't feel particularly welcomed by staff. It was funny how everyone ignored me - the only other asian person in the store - while the staff members were asking everyone else if they needed help or had any questions. The only person who was lovely to me was the young lady by the counter. I think the staff should treat everyone that walks into the store with the same amount of respect smh

I wanted to buy everything. They have so many beautiful and high quality items, that you just want to have it all. Ended up with a few stationary items for my kids and a few treats for myself, but this is a wonderful store.

Showed as in stock on website for next day delivery. Nothing arrived for over a week, now shows as out of stock on website, no notification from London Graphics Centre about delay or timeline. Better stick with Amazon next time.

Wide range of products in this store. the staff is friendly, helpful. I found wandering in this store very enjoyable, the quality of the products obvious. Therefore I guess the prices. There are some good art magazines. This place will put you in a creative mood if anything else!

Ordered 8 storage boxes online which were delivered quickly, however one was damaged. Have sent 2 emails with photos of the damaged box to your customer services and have had no reply. So much for customer service.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I think this one needs to be heard. About a month ago I placed an order with LGC. I was told the delivery will take between 3-5 working days. After 6 days the parcel still didn't arrive, so I decided to contact the customer service. The lady was very nice and told me she will find out what happened with my order. After few hours I received an email that my order has been shipped and I will receive it within 24 hours. Next day my parcel arrived but it wasn't complete. I didn't receive the archival brush pen I ordered. On top of that the mount cutting tool I ordered is of no use, the blade flattened after two cuts, and it is impossible to change the blade. I called LGC customer service several times but no one answers, I sent them few emails but no reply. I feel scammed as my order wasn't complete ( and I paid for those items!) and I am unable to return the product I am not happy with. Very disappointing experience.

As an artist and art teacher myself...I absolutely love taking a long peek in here. There are so many new arty products available... Very clean large store, tidy, everything very well displayed, pricing and labeling perfect ...and of course , knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are on the high side, but sometimes you can catch a bargain ( would prefer better deals myself). In our world of constantly looking at screens and ordering online...it's such a pleasure to touch and feel everything I buy....and if that means I pay a bit more...so be it. I LOVE THIS PLACE ❤️ Thanks guys, great place, great staff!!!!

A great shop full of (almost) everything an artist, creator, or stationery enthusiast could ever want or need. Note for wheelchair users: the main entrance is inaccessible, but upon ringing the bell the staff were very kind and helpful in helping me use their foldable ramp to go in through the back entrance.

Great store for a variety of reasons. Has a trove of sketchbooks, notebooks, pencils, inks; paint supplies, paint mediums and spray paint; paper and card stock, and equipment for screen printing. Also stocks a limited amount of paint boards and a range of canvases. They do stock backpacks and other equipment-carrying items that are a little pricey for what they are, but if you're after that, then this is the place to go. Would've been a 5-star review if they had in stock what I actually visited here for.

A fantastic place for art supplies. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. One could easily spend hours in there. One of the best art supplies shops in London, by a long shot.

+ huge variety + prices are pretty good, often better than Amazon + nice, just to stroll around + several sustainable and cool brands - impossible to walk out not buying anything 🫣

First time visiting and easily one of the best stationary/art supply stores to visit. Feels like candyland for art enthusiasts. Love the selection of Blackwing products to choose from, and being a student has its perks. Definitely would go again!

I ordered a new Bullet and Journal on Thursday. I paid extra for next day tracked delivery. It's not Saturday, the postman has been and there's no Journal. It also turns out there is no tracking either! I've emailed and had no reply. I've called and the phone rings for 10 minutes with no answer. So my diary hasn't arrived. Big deal! But I paid extra for a service which wasn't in any way shape or form delivered. Very poor service.

Went to buy some things online, but for some bizarre reason they seem to believe that Paisley is in the highlands and islands, so want to charge me over £7 for delivery when really it should be free. Really annoying considering I'm just 10 minutes from the city centre of Glasgow. Lost business and a customer today sadly.

I can only speak for their online service. I'd have been better off ordering from economy postage from Australia than paying for next day delivery here in the UK. After purchasing Lego pens for special next day delivery, I received no tracking number. 6 days later I emailed to chase this up. They said it was out of stock and they'd have it in 10-14 days. Cool, that's fine they can't help that. Would have been great for them to have actually let me know instead though. 35 days later I'd still heard nothing so I'd contacted again. The next day I received a tracking number for an order from Rymans and received it the next day. I never received any response from London Graphic Centre to my email. Not being able to get the item in stock may have been completely out of their control. But it would have been lovely for their customer service to actually have some initiative and reach out, on both occasions. Rather than making me wait 40 days for them to just order it from another shop for me.

Very very poor service. Promise 3 - 5 working day delivery. After 2 weeks and a promise that there would be action in 24 hours - the order still has not arrived. Very poor customer service. No communication and broken promises when I managed to get hold of them.

We absolutely LOVE this store. We visit to buy materials for hand embellished artwork that we create for our art gallery in Wokingham. They have a fantastic selection and the staff are extremely helpful. Very highly recommended...

Genuinely shocked by the customer service. Arranged next day delivery and it's still not arrived, days later. No way to communicate with the team to ensure the items arrive - no response.

Fabulous experience as far as ordering was concerned. Ordered Fri 29th Dec and delivered today 2nd Jan, by Royal Mail, excellent service over bank holiday and a great offer price on the paints too ! Unfortunately the padded enveleope didnt cope too well with the weight of the paints and rain but paints were undamaged. Maybe a review of packaging is needed. Would definitely order from company again

Really cool stationary !! I got an amazing pen and a pencil case. The stuff here is very trendy and interesting. It isn’t like going to a local paper chase - the designs are slick and the stationary works well.

Such an incredible shop in such a touristy area of London. Every time I go here I want to buy everything! The staff are also incredibly helpful.

Huge stock of stuff on two floors and knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I wanted, but did have an alternative.

Anything you need for your creativity you'll find here. Wide range of brands of each medium. Prices are on a high side, but on some items even lower than in other stores. I will definitely come back.

Great art and graphic supply store. Quality stuff. Unfortunately for starving artists quality prices too.

Some staff are so biased and rude. They treat locals and foreigners absolutely different. When the staff knew I was a foreign student from lcc and not csm or ccw, he said “GROSS” to me and whistled. I am disgusted with this kind of service attitude.

They have so much stuff in here, a real mecca! Staff are always helpful as well. Everytime I'm in Seven Dials I'll head in here and probably spend too much money. An institution!

My first visit to the London Graphic Centre yesterday and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. One of them also gave me some great advice about where to obtain something very specific for my bookbinding project. Great place.

We bought two new bags… we love Freitag. We can get seasonal bags quite fast in here. We just need students discount.

Fantastic store! They have the largest stock of Freitag bags in the UK, and the staff there know the brands super well and all of them are super friendly. 100% worth a visit if you are into art stationary and Freitag.

Just ordered from them 5 minutes ago online, I was a bit of a rush and completely forgot to check the reviews, which is not the best. I ordered for express delivery so hopefully it comes within next 2 days and the dispatch email within 1 as the product I require is time sensitive. I will update this if i do not receive the dispatch email and then contact them as the terrible reviews are outrageous. Update: I received an email within 2hrs to say it has been dispatched, heres to hoping it shows up next day. Update 2: I received the parcel at 1pm next day and am happy with the service other than the fact I was not given any sort of notification on what time it'd arrive, luckily people would be home all day.
