Bought two budgies and a cage, great customer service. I'm giving only 3 starts because, the store, bird cages weren't so clean as they should be, behind the birds cages on the wall was bird droppings, some fish tanks where covered with green algae.

Lovely people, really lovely and friendly and the help and advice is fab! Brought 2 Budgies who are doing really well and they gave me as much advice as possible and said they will offer more if needed. Plus only place I know that does the rabbit food my bunny loves which is great. Reasonable prices and friendly chatty helpful people.

Prices are on the wall: staff were very rude and dismissive and doubled the prices at the till. First lot of fish (one fish died on day 2, 3/4 fish died within two weeks) second lot of fish had ich!! One fish died on first day, second after a week .Ich has spread to whole tank and watching them die one by one with treatment .will never go back

The budgie I bought (rescued) had scaly face disease and missing feathers. I had to pay for medication ect. Poor thing is terrified of people and traumatised, I’d highly recommend buying from a home who sells hand tamed birds and not a pet store. The parrots are kept in very small cages with no enrichment, no toys and are not aloud out to exercise. A very sad existence for birds that are very intelligent and live for many years. They are not knowledgeable when it comes to animals but act like they know what they’re talking about. They’re prices are very bumped up, everything is overpriced.

I visited this shop today as i have just got a kitten. I was served by a lovely lady who was so helpful, patient and explained things to me as i bought them. There was also a gentleman who works there and he also offered and support. They didn't try to push me into buying things i don't need at the moment and guided me on things that are a necessity for a kitten. This was so helpful as it can be costly when you start of. And one other thing i must say is they are true animal lovers. They have a wide range of good quality products and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Excellent service!!

Lalalalalala Horrible. Just horrible. Look at the way they treat their birds. Broken legs, bleeding, cramped spaces, you name it. Not to mention the absurd price. Pretty ironic how it calls itself camber"well" when the pets aren't well at all Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Don’t use them complete waste of time . My turtle had an eye infection when I bought it home and actually checked it . I attempted to call them many time however they constantly hang up on me when I asked for help.

Omg......the chap who appears to be the owner only seems to be interested in dying his hair....ne cannot or will not answer questions....his assistant who he seems to treat abominably....was so lovely.....he....needs to retire....and let the lovely girl run it....she would b awesome....he needs some serious customer service skills....

Me and my husband went to buy some fish from walking 3 mins up the road they started to die took them back got full refund the man said they will come back and said due to the cold weather we are always buying fish as have over 10 tanks in the home so called them back to see if fish had recovered to be told they all sold but one what was hiding behind the filter bearing in mind only one of the 5 started to swim again then to be told was ment to be £20 each so under charged us nowhere sells blue ballon rams or ballon tetras for £20 and to top it of hardly has any air in the bag and not sure where the water even come from but clearly shocked them why clearly died maybe just be honest to your customers

I bought my daughter a ternanium turtle bundle. The lady and gentleman were most helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter got to personalise her tank and pick her turtle. Thank you for giving her a great experience on her birthday.

Lovely little pet shop! I remember when the shop was based in Camberwell. Still the same. The man is very friendly. Good price for cat toy's good quality and well stocked . will be back .

EXTREMELY RUDE ! I live a bit far from this store and just wanted to confirm if they have some aquarium items I needed to not waste time by going and checking. Whoever was on call had literally cut my words off by saying “you need to visit our store for this” . I will rather search online than will waste my time with those ##### !!!

From the outside looks great although lots of signs about masks, phones, amount of customers inside which is a bit overwhelming. Entered and asked the gentleman to show me enclosed cat litter trays. They had one in 2 different colours: £40. For me, that’s quite a lot. Nonetheless, I love my cat and he is worth it :)))…. The second I took my phone out my pocket, I was warned to not use it as it will interfere with the fish. I explained I wanted to take a photo to show my partner before committing to a hefty £40. The gentleman behind the counter replied ‘you cannot take photos, everyone know what they look like anyway’…I was very disappointed by this harsh and passive aggressive approach. I decided to leave and on my way out I let the gentleman know not to worry and that I would go elsewhere. Seemed like he was too concerned about his fish than selling a product to a willing customer. Whilst I can appreciate the fish may be affected by the ‘signal’ or ‘waves’ of the phone, as a customer I did not feel welcome.

Owner is being very covid safe; only allowing 2 in the store at a time. For me this made me feel safe and made the experience very zen.

Staff are very rude and their supply of fish is very limited. Would suggest shopping elsewhere!

Purchased three turtles, great local pet shop for Walworth residents, staff are friendly and very helpful, good knowledge about the animals which are being sold ... mostly fish, various birds & turtles

I nipped in to buy some hay for my rabbits. The owner was super helpful and my pet is loving the suggested products! Great service and lovely atmosphere.
