They never call you back and no one other than the 1st call handler is in. Theyre always on lunch from 9am-5pm so good luck. I was calling from a worldwide brand and they still didn't have any time for me. Worst agency I've ever dealt with commercially. 3 Attempts is more than enough.

Who are these people posting five start reviews without any comments? Do they even know ehat this company does? Do people who work in Lambert etc know what they are supposed to do? Having dealt with dozens of commercial estate agents in different capacities, this one is the most incompetent by far.

Awful, Awful, Awful! I could write a book about the incompetence, failures and sheer audacity of this "business". But confined to a review, they have been shockingly bad in almost every way. They have failed to provide any evidence for their incessant and unsubstantiated demands and threats to recover payment, they have demonstrated that their functions work in silos that have neither the skill nor the will to talk to each other, and their customer service is laughable. It's been a long time since I've been so angry with an organisation. Terribl!

We were advised by our Mortgagee bank to go ahead only with this valuation company. Valuation came as £80,000 below the market value compared to other high street agent. Even Zoopla’s valuation was a lot closer to high streets.Very disappointed with their skill and expertise in professional valuation service. We have spent our hard earned money in refurbishment to only be undervalued by these people that too with huge valuation fee compared to other valuation companies. I wouldn’t recommend their valuation service to any one.

In the last 10 years i have been dealing with 10s of commercial managing agents. this one is just a joke, the never doing there job, the getting paid seat in the office having lunch, i do not understand how property company giving them to deal with there property. not even changing a light bulb, the need to know that someone injured him self, before the come to change a light bulb, landlord avoid dealing with them, your tenet deserve just a bit more. and this is only one example peace and love to all

Having witnessed the practises at Lambert Smith Hampton - I can truly say they are unprofessional. During one public auction, they had people call in to artificially increase prices by bidding on the phone. They are not to be trusted.

Poor customer service and inaccurate valuation of a commercial real estate project. I will never use their services again.

I dont know much about the quality of their services, but all I can say is that their staff on the phone are rude and dismissive to speak with, and thats all I needed to know about this company before deciding to ditch them. Disgraceful.

I looked them up since I was so horrified by the state of the stairwell in a Pilates studio I go to in angel. Absolutely disgusting that a property management company would let a building get this way. Going to report them to the city for indoor air pollution / construction dust.
