Very expensive, not that nice flavor and they refuse to allow you to taste. London I guess! UPDATE: I didn't buy any gelato exactly for those reasons, because I was not able to taste it and also for the price. I tried my friend's gelato just outside the door and didn't like it. She was not thrilled as well. Not removing my review. Thank you!

Exceptional Ice Cream. My wife and I have been here on several occasions and it is by far the most flavourful ice cream we have ever tasted period. My personal favourite is hazelnut and hers is coconut. Price is a bargain for the quality of Ice cream Anyone who's a fan of Ice cream is missing out if you haven't payed Prime Gelato a visit. This business is a fine example of what a small local business can do with great passion and effort. 5 stars.

I’m a sucker for gelato or sorbets so I did a quick search for a non-mainstream establishment, and stumbled across this store. I got the pistachio gelato and mango sorbet, which were incredibly delicious. The gelato was creamy and packed with pistachios, flavour and texture; whilst the sorbet was refreshingly light with a delightful tang. The gentleman serving was pleasant, whilst adhering to social distancing and hygiene measures. The portion size was a little small (pistachio, in particular), but if I’m around again I will want to try a few of the other flavours on exhibition. 8/10.

Absolutely the best gelato I've had. Not too sweet and soooo flavorful. There is no other pistachio ice cream compared to this...no comparison. I can't ever get less than a 3-scoop cup each time I go.

Lots of spots to sit and eat your gelato when we went around 4pm. The gelato is labelled well and the staff are very happy to help with any dietary restrictions. We got alphonso mango and lemon gelato in a cone. Good for an ice cream or gelato craving!

Absolutely delicious gelato. Hazelnut was unfortunately not available due to supply issues but will definitely be back to try it ASAP. I had the vanilla and pistachio flavours. Exceptional. I tried gelato in the past a few times and the best I had before was at the ice cream festival in Covent Garden last year I think. This occasion definitely outperformed it so good job to Prime Gelato. I can definitely understand the great reviews!

I'm in awe at how amazing the several vegan options are. I can only imagine how great their regular gelato is. Best find on our trip to London. Smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. The vegan mango is fruity and sweet, the vegan passion fruit has the perfect mix of sweet and sour which pairs nicely with the mango. Their sugar free vegan chocolate is PHENOMENAL, while the vegan hazelnut is so aromatic and nutty. 100000/10 would definitely recommend.

Amazing, the best vegan ice-cream I have ever had. The staff members there are lovely and remembered me even though I had only been there once before. They had plenty of flavours to choose from, including low sugar and a mystery flavour

What a fabulous place. Friendly helpful staff, great choice of very tasty ice cream and great coffee too! We will be back when next in London. Go on treat yourself, you will not be disappointed. Can't wait!

I had the chocolate and vanilla, absolutely amazing, I have been dreaming about the ice cream here because its not too sweet compared to other places. This place has the perfect balance. But my friend didn't enjoy her salted caramel she said it tasted bit burnt. But I deffo must try vanilla and chocolate!!

After having had the privilege of vacationing all around Italy (Florence, Venice, Milan, Rome, Sorrento, Capri, ... and many other places), this place is AUTHENTIC and is as good as the best I had in Italy, if not better. Even the rough feeling napkins were immediately recognizable as being authentic to Italian gelatarias—absolutely loved this place and would come here any time I can. And notable mention: the crepe melts sumptuously with each bite....

Hands down the best ice-cream I've ever had. Vegan, but you'd have never guessed. There are also dairy options, if you REALLY must. Sugar free options (again, you would have never guessed) available too. You can order hot chocolate or coffee, crepes (vegan version available too) and waffles. And you will meet a handful of incredibly nice people working there. A must visit not only for ice cream lovers, and not only in the summer

I’ve been a regular of Prime Gelato for a few years and the gelato is always great! It’s sad to see it being closed temporarily. Hope it’ll open soon!

Should really be considered as one of the best Gelato options in London. I don't think anything nearby came close. Really good quality came with a decent price too. I've tried the straciatella, vanilla, and hazelnut all of it taste great. The hazelnut in particular is amazing compared to whats offered in some other shops. The texture of the Gelato is perfect too. On top of those good stuffs, the place is clean and the people are amazingly nice. Make sure to come here if you are looking for Gelato.

Fantastic vegan ice cream, not sorbet yet actual Gelato base. I generally don't like sorbet ones and so phoned this place in advance to ask if they did proper vegan ice cream. The answer was conveniently, a desired yes. Visited twice now. They have a decent vegan selection. The hazelnut was not available on both occasions so tried almond and the pistachio. Both are brilliant. 10/10. Small place with some stools inside and a few tables outside. Edit: Been at least 7 to 10 times now. Might look like a normal to OK looking place, yet quality is 100% 10/10. Definitely the best Vegan ice cream in London.
