Chanced upon this place as it was open just a tad later than neighboring establishments. The burger was generous, with chunky fries, and the moussaka delicious. Service was prompt and delivered with good humour. Perfect for a late dinner after work.

Decent place and ambience but food needs a lot of improvement. Basically you are paying for tht place in central london. There r so many better Mediterranean shops around. Just a 10 mins out. We had mix grill 25£ . Extremely small serving n chewy kebabs. Felt undercookedZ thankgod didn’t upset my stomach. Chicken burgers and beef r burger were ok but really basic at 15£ and 16£ respectively. A little salad would have helped. Chicken breast for kids 9£ prolly ok. Cokes 3.5£ each .. plus they charge a 12.5% discretionary service charge which I did not understand.. the service was non existent . Except for taking the order and serving the order.. total bill 82£ after I refused to pay 12.5% service charge n only paid 5% a typical rip off.

Great food that's honestly worth the price. Sadly the service is a bit dry. I would expect drink refills and my check to come in time to match the food quality. Front of house is letting the kitchen down, but still worth a visit for the food. Kids menu is for tiny kids. Don't waste your time with the kids fish and chips. They look like microwave fish sticks.

Poor customer service, Staff clearly cannot get orders correctly, Menu is simple. Food is sub-par at max, quite pricey. Might be good if your looking for a family meal yet wouldn’t rely on the establishment. The “death by chocolate” HAHA very funny I order that and get delivered chocolate cake instead and I’m writing this review so clearly I’m still alive. Not coming back

We came for the kebabs, but stayed for the baklava. My Turkish cousin was convinced that we wouldn't get good baklava here, but she was quickly proven wrong. Now she's saying it's the best in London. All around good food and great service as this empty plate attests

We ordered Tabbouleh which was perfectly sour as I like it to be, delicious Spaghetti with Prawns, and Chicken Shish Kebab which was so tender. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.

The food is warm and good. They serve Halal meat so I tried lamb shish. It was yummy and juicy. We tried also fish&chip, it could be better but not bad at all.

The food is good. Humous wasn't creamy ( the Sainsbury and Tesco Humous - brand 'Sabra' is so much better) but the food was tasty and I enjoyed it very much. Imam Bayildi was the best dish to have as a vegetarian. The Borek was tasty too. Falafel was nice and that's how I got to taste the Humous. If Humous is as good as Sabra I would order it as a separate dish. Please make it better. I will certainly go again. There are two problems with this place though. Outside sitting area allows smoking so if you don't want to risk second smoke you are better off being inside. Second issue is the old gentleman at the door. He actually shouted at people who wanted to get a bill or asked for a table. To have the job he has to be related to the owner, if not it's a big mistake. As due to him I saw two groups leave in one hour I was there. For example one couple came and inquired about a table. And he just said to them - "Go downstairs and wait as you are blocking other customers. Just wait and don't come up here". This place is very spacious and this couple weren't blocking anything. Even if they were you can ask people to wait politely. That's what the lady said, can you be a bit polite about this. He said 'Get out of my way'. They just said we won't eat here and left. Then another group left due to rudeness. Another group he kept waiting on the street for 10 mins. When there were lots of empty tables around. In the end one person from the group came up and then they were given a table. Most people would have walked away after being ignored for 5 mins. These people were patient. I think the place will do much better if this gentleman wasn't working in customer service. I would give this place 5 star if I didn't have to witness such rude behaviour and terrible customer service. I personally just ignored him and dealt with the younger waiter.

Brilliant food, atmosphere and service. Food was delicious, came quickly and everything tasted fresh. Malik was phenomenal and literally said yes to all our demands. Friendly person and the ability to remember and service several tables at once without losing it! Will be returning. Only one picture as food was so tasty and fresh had no time for pics!

We ordered the lamb kebabs, the baked brie and the calamari. The lamb was fantastic, though the sides (rice and salad) were relatively plain. The baked brie was good but overpriced for the amount received. The absolute most stellar food for both value and price though was the calamari. Fantastic taste and mouthfeel, and great price for how much food was included!

A meal to remember, and a lovely atmosphere. Service was exemplary, and the food delicious. A pleasure dining here. Salmon was melt in the mouth. The prawn and brie entrees were both tasty. The lamb shank was great, note that it is a big serve. The adana kebab was another excellent dish. Would not hesitate to recommend, and we will return.

The atmosphere here is wonderful and the service is impeccable (thank you so much Malique) apologies for the spelling. The interior is so impressive, but not as impressive as the food! My goodness, get the kebabs and thank me later. What a place!

Halal restaurant with great kebabs and lots of vegan / vegetarian options. Great fish and chips as well. Nice environment. There's also a baby changing table in their restroom.

Fantastic place and so handy. It is just across from the Premier Inn County Hall and the London Eye. The inside restaurant is lovely and also has a great outdoor seating area. The food is superb and caters for a wide range of tastes. The staff are very attentive, both the manager and staff are great . Go there you won't be disappointed !

I visit London monthly and make it a priority to eat at Troia each time. You can't go wrong with the chicken kebab dinner and any of the lamb dishes. And the staff are friendly and accommodating if it's just me or a bigger group which I often bring along. Save room for the baklava, it is amazing.

Unglaublich gutes Restaurant, sehr nette Bedienung. Der Kosovoalbaner und der Kellner aus Usbekistan waren so unglaublich liebe Personen, dass ich sie einfach nennen muss. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man in London ist!

My gf and I were visiting from Canada. Typical London prices… it’s in a touristy area near The Eye, so expect to pay a tad more accordingly. Lasagna was really good. 3 Dips were great. Service was fast and friendly. We had drinks here (added to our average price pp)

AVOID! We two people ordered only one dish -- it was late afternoon and we just want to eat a few things. The waiter didn't like it and asked us to sit in the corner where it's a smaller space. On top of that, the kebap was over cooked and dry. Salad was poor, overpriced and i fear for the hygiene of the place. Once a very good kebab will not visit again! Terrible customer service. It's the wrost treatment we had in London. We don't recommend ANYONE to go there and there's plenty of restaurants around much better.

Really delicious starters and lovely atmosphere. Halloumi was to die for and the mains were well presented. Fish was a little plain but the rest was lovely. Would reccommend for sure.

The overall experience and food was really good. We had lamb, beef burger, chicken burger and fish and chips. The burger buns could be better.

We've been here a few times over the years and have always found the food and service excellent. Would highly recommend. Worth noting that we tried to reserve a table online but the app showed there was no availability. We went anyway and got a table no problem. Wide menu choice but I think the grill section is their speciality.

Don't waste your money, appauling food & service! Meat & hummous were tasteless, Olives tasted off :(, salad had a disgusting sweet dressing and if you want an Espresso you'll get a few drops in a cup. Just horrendous...Avoid!

In London for a meeting in Westminster and looking for something other than standard hotel grub, came across this place. Had halloumi starters and a steak burger meal (chips were a disappointment) both cooked and tasted fine. The best element of the meal was definitely the baklava, which was absolutely divine. The £41 included a coffee and a 15% service charge which I didn't resent paying. Would I go again? Yes I think I would.

My favorite place south of the Thames. While there may be more "fancy" places in London, this is a family friendly and wonderful place to eat. Whatever you do, you must try the lamb shish kebab.

Inexpensive and reasonable. Low cost food but in some ways you get what you pay for. Pitta bread was especially nice. Great outdoor patio for al fresco dining on a street closed to traffic. Service was friendly, but slow.

Looked good at the start but food was sub standard and tourist trap prices). Children Bolognese (9 pounds) was just pasta and service was not great). Waiter got our order wrong and blamed us for ordering 2 kids meals when we had 1 child. Also had to call the bill 3 times before it came. Sitting outside and enjoying the courtyard view was the only real positive.

Without doubt the worst kebab I've ever had. More gristle than meat. Awful. Check out the 'Mousakka' photo, play spot the aubergine...

A very decent sit down kebab, in fact I have been twice now and both times the chicken has been perfectly cooked and tender. Would definitely recommend. Good service too.

Staff behavior is very bad. There is a preference for the orders of some customers at the expense of others. I have ordered salmon stake, 5 min later the waiter informed that there is no more salmon where I have ordered instead spaghetti pomodoro. However, I shocked when I have seen the salmon stake plate on the table of another customer who arrived 10 minutes after me. I have reported that to the same waiter and he promised to check the matter, however neither reply nor apology received even after I have reitrated my inquiry. All answer I received was that the chef who has done that.

This isn’t my first rodeo here-I am in foodie love with the lamb shank!! Yes, everything on the menu is delicious!!! We started out with the hummus and calamari as our starter. I had the lamb shank (yum!!) and my friends had the chicken and lamb Shish kebab-tender and delicious! Service is wonderful!! I highly recommend Troia!!!
