Waste
of
an
effort!
I
decided
to
book
my
first
haircut
with
them.
Initially,
i
was
trying
to
book
an
appointment
but
due
to
an
error
on
the
website
I
decided
to
call
instead.
I
queried
about
skin
fade
and
requested
for
a
senior
hairstylist.I
was
booked
with
Michael
for
5:30
for
30
mins,
which
i
thought
wouldn’t
be
sufficient
time
but
the
person
over
the
phone
persisted
the
stylist
works
within
time
provided
and
is
exceptionally
well
trained.
So
i
decided
to
make
an
appointment
with
the
recommendation.
Once
i
got
there
i
was
greeted
by
Michael
and
as
soon
as
i
sat
down
and
explained
my
request,
i
was
informed
that
30mins
is
no
way
sufficient
to
complete
skin
fade.
Michael
mentioned
that
the
customer
service
over
the
phone
have
absolute
no
knowledge,
which
i
was
shocked
to
find
out.
You
would
assume
the
first
line
of
customer
service
to
be
fully
trained.
Michael
mentioned
his
colleague
is
free
and
he
will
take
over.
The
next
person
took
over
without
discussing
anything.
Once
the
person
started
giving
me
a
haircut
he
goes
on
to
mention
he’s
a
newbie.
Here
goes
everything
down
the
drain
while
I
requested
and
specifically
booked
for
a
senior
hairstylist,
i
ended
up
with
a
junior.Did
my
haircut
and
charged
me
£43.
Wasn’t
happy
with
the
way
he
blended
the
sides.
Came
home
to
find
out
that
the
left
side
is
blended
way
too
higher
than
the
right!
Utterly
disappointed,
waste
time
and
money.
What’s
the
point
of
having
customer
service
over
the
phone
who
are
completely
not
aware
or
trained
at
all?!
Make
your
decision
and
choose
wisely.
