My 18 year old son visited this store for the first time alone on 9 August and was raving about the service when we met for lunch. As a Black male - he has experienced different levels of customer service in shops, with some not as pleasurable as Dover Street Market. He felt completely comfortable from entry into the store with a lovely welcome from the security operative to the staff on the shop floor. My son will definitely return when he visits London in the future. Thanks for giving him such a positive experience 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Been a few times now. Incredible shop, and that’s just the design and layout. Really pleasant staff, superb selection of clothes. Nice atmosphere, and yes there is a lift if you don’t want to climb the stairs… Obviously it is expensive but if you’re going here you already know that, but still worth checking out anyway if you aren’t buying anything.

For a high end concept store, I’d expect exceptional service. I was outnumbered 20-1 by staff and in a 15 min visit not a SINGLE person acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. They didn’t know if I had $10 or $10k to spend - I was invisible. The vibe was extremely rude and elitist. Such a disappointment - ultimately a lost sale. In todays environment, experience is everything.

It's interesting that most people who work in fashion act like they are liberal and inclusive, funny how shops like this have anything but an inclusive attitude or feeling to them. One word to describe: arrogant. If you like the arrogant fashion world you will love this place. If you don't enjoy an air of arrogance then avoid like the plague.

Beautiful boutique! It is a must-visit for all fashion lovers who came to London. It has most of the avant-garde brands here. So much like the Comme Des Garçons collection, wonderful!

I always enjoy going here. It's a super expensive designer store, not so with the hidden gem of a restaurant, Rose's on the top floor which is well worth a visit anytime!

I was wanting to buy a pair of shoes here, but the way I was treated was so honestly disgraceful and even humiliating for genuinely no reason, it immediately made me want to leave... And it's genuinely a shame because they have quite the collection of interesting brands to explore

The customer service is just awful. There was a new pop up opening at DSML today and after trying to look for it, asked a couple staff and they didn’t have a clue and we’re just like it’s somewhere over there and just waved his hand at me. The staff prefer to pose and chat to each other than actually help.

A fantastic and very individual store with great brands and service. Isabel actually walked me through the entire store like a personal shopper and helped me find my best pieces. Only wish was that they would have nice big cotton shoppers for people who buy a lot so it is easier to transport things back home

DSML is a store that sells luxury fashion goods from up coming and trendy designers along with a wide selection of Japanese designers. There is a cafe on the top floor that serves cakes and tea. The bottom floor sells more affordable clothing, and throughout the store, there are interesting fashion related installations. The staff there is really nice and they give out free water.

Love this place! Great selection of pieces. Some of the staff seem not into it! Luckily we had amazing help.

Great shop style museum! I always get so inspired when I come here and finish my browsing at the cafe upstairs which serves clean and honest food. As for the designers they could use more underground or more up and coming brands. Gucci and Miu miu can sell on their own rite. Time to open up the pool for more unique designers!

Best shop I have ever been. It's like a museum for fashion clothes and jewelry. Love all the little places for its own clothing brand with its own decoration. All the shop assistants are nice. It's big and is a must visit here in London (even if you don't like go shopping). Recommended 100x100. I have added a floor guide so that you can get an idea of the brands that are there

one of my all time favorite shops. if you come here please take the time to look at everything, the selection of clothing is just out of the world. i really enjoyed my visit, and it has now became one of my go to spot whenever i'll go to london. thank you rei kawakubo for your work <3

Great place for inspiration with lots of designers’ corners 🙌 It has also a lovely coffee at the top flor where you can eat delicious cakes after your shopping 🍰☕️

I would recommend you to go and enjoy the interior and the unique pieces along with the artists touches here and there. Expect that almost everything is expensive.

I was super stoked to visit Dover Street Market for the first time, everything went well. The shop is very beautiful. Only minus was that they didn't have have anything on sale :D Good selection of rare comme des garcons homme plus & black pieces.

The attitude and professionalism of the tall, curly hair, older man at the Margiela counter on the first floor is rubbish! My friend wanted to buy a pair of white maison margiela shoes but it's the last one, it's a bit dirty on the surface of the shoes. She really liked this shoes and she was trying to buy, so she asked if he can help her to use tissue or something to clean this shoes to makes it looks better, but the man just shouted to us 'I can't repair it, just don't buy it!!' with very bad attitude. To be honest I have been here many times and spent thousands of pounds here, every time before this time was great, many happy experiences with friendly staffs. But this man and this time is crazy, I can't understand why he can say like that. Is it the customer's fault for wanting something with better quality??? When we complained that he had a problem with his attitude, the other staff members on the side only said sorry perfunctorily. The man did not feel that he had a problem in the end, and we did not get any sincere apology in the end. Before this I tend to buy all things here, but now I will consider other stores first.

This was an interesting find. A lovely wander around where you could easily spend £5 grand between the 5 floors if you like that sort of thing 😬

I was a bit worried about what the environment would be like, based off of some of the reviews. I was pleased that my experience was the complete opposite. I didn’t feel like I was followed or watched while browsing. Most of the items were out of my budget but it was nice to take a look around. Another reviewer said it’s like a fashion art museum and I have to agree. I have to thank Stallios and Damien for making our experience great with their advice and customer service. If you ask a staff member for water they bring you some in a fancy bottle. My partner bought Wales Bonner trousers and was really happy with them! Would definitely visit again.

I’ve been to dover street and the help has always been great but this time when Kirby helped me find a gift for my wife was truly amazing. Honestly some of the best service I’ve ever had! He showed me around the store and was really engaged in finding pieces that were unique to the store. I picked out at CDG jacket which I hours later return since the wife didn’t approve. When I returned he was ever so helpful I finding me something else, even going back of house to get a jacket which I later settled on. F-ing amazing service from Kirby!

Was sceptical about the purchase after reading some reviews on trust pilot, it was actually the best service and delivery I’ve had for ages ordered at 3pm arrived 11am next day !! All as described !! Can’t say fairer then that…

Had a really bad experience with this store this morning. Asked for confirmation of a release at 9am . And was told to ring back 3 times. Each time i was told they where too busy. Eventually 4 hours after i originally called i was told the item had sold out in the morning. i suspect this was some kind of marketing tactic. Hugely annoying.

Beautiful place, usual customer. But Dover clerks always make you feel like you’re about to steal something or stare you down. Other than that i buy in store and online with them.

As I'd tripped over the kerb on my way to the market (My fault) the assistants asked if I was all right and provided my friend and I a hot drink and cake on the house. The Market was interesting anyway but many thanks to them all for their very kind gesture I will be back next time I visit London

An absolutely stunning mini department store located right in the centre of Piccadilly Circus. Staff were extremely helpful and were on hand to see if I was OK or needed help retrieving an item. The shop interior is extremely unique and striking... Prada, CDG PLAY, CDG HOMME and Balenciaga all have their stock inside... worth a visit!

No need for introduction. Dover street - a part of Rei Kawakubo’s legacy is probably the best place for people into fashion at any kind of level. From comercial lines and brands to more avant-garde designers and collections, DSM has it all. The staff there is always super kind and helpful. There is also a nice cafe on the top floor.

From reading some poor reviews on trust pilot I was very anxious about ordering from this website but after emailing the company direct to check stock on the Comme de garçons play converse I placed my order and within 2 working days received them in perfect condition. So very pleased. Thank you for your excellent service.

Beautiful store! I only ever come tagging along with someone else who can afford the wares but I love this shop. It's like one big art installation!

I had a shocking experience with this shop. I bought a pair of shoes that arrived in obviously used condition. I asked for a genuinely brand new pair or a significant discount and was offered 10% off, which was increased to 15% when I pointed out they'd probably lost 50% of their value. I sent the item back, got a refund and will never be buying anything from here again. Terrible experience to pay c.£500 for shoes and they turn up used. Avoid!!

The shop is lovely and feels like a museum of fashion with some amazing pieces, the staff on the bottom floor were particularly helpful, going out of their way to check different sizes and if there was anywhere else my trans friend would be able to find a dress in a bigger size and giving suggestions on how to help it, however as we progressed further up the store the staff seemed less friendly. My friend asked one lady about something from the floor below because she’d wanted to find similar, and was replied too, very bluntly, “just ask on that floor how would i know.” that interaction definitely put a damper on the day, but all in all the store is worth a visit.

Such a wonderful and creative store. Very helpful staff but also genuine with unique pieces. The store is for everyone, for those interested in the artists side of fashion but also for the ones that want something special. Possible one of the best if not the most unique concept for a store.

I can see why they moved this shop. Far bigger and clearer laid out. Great move! It was a mix before. But as usual fine unique experience!

Absolutely horrendous service. Placed a time sensitive order over a week ago and after chasing it numerous times they cancelled it with an automatic email! My recommendation: buy the goods from any other ecomm like END clothing, they have the same goods and are excellent. Communicate with your customers otherwise you will lose them.
