I found everything I wanted, I needed pike lures, found them pretty fast, in the end it wasn't too expensive and I hope I will catch some big fish with them lures.

Without doubt the best customer service we have experienced. On our recent trip to London a visit to your store was a must for my 10 year old son, he bought his first fly rod, the 2 gentlemen that helped us could not have been more helpful, if ever you are up fishing on The Eden, we would love to meet up.

Finally got to visit Farlows in person while in London for the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, Gold award participats Garden party with the Duke of Edinburgh Prince Edward. What an absolute amazing shop! So much to see and not enough time for me to take it all in.... Really worth a visit if you're in the area and in need of real quality outdoor sporting equipment. The staff are so polite and knowledgeable.... True Gentleman! Just would like the staff member for sorting out my new Classic Cane County stick seat to replace my old one. I visited the Farlows during my vacation in London. Beautiful store with high quality products. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Fred who was very kind and provided a great service. Why only 4 stars? I wanted to buy a spinning rod but they couldn't find the hard case that comes with it. In order to make me satisfied, seller proposed to provide me another case that suits the rod, which was a perfect solution for me. I was very surprised that the store manager didn't allowed it and even more shocking, he proposed to take the rod with me and that the store will send the case later. It sounds ridiculous even for cheap store. To make it worse he passed this "my way or the highway" solution through the staff. From a manager of high-end store like Farlows I would've expected nothing less than approaching the customer, explaining the problem in person and trying to find a solution suitable to both sides. I left the store with nothing but a hard feeling. I ordered the rod I wanted in the Farlows online store eventually, it was less convenient but I got a good deal. If taken store manager out of equation it is a great store.

As well as the lovely shop on Pall Mall which I always enjoy visiting, Farlows' online service is also seriously impressive - I ordered a few items of fly tying materials (which were either out of stock or overpriced on a few other websites!), postage was free and arrived the following day! Thank you Farlows, keep up the good work!

Finally found a serviceable English hat for less than a Royal fortune. English made and best of all, the very day the Times printed a picture of Sir David Beckham queueing up for the Queen like every other good Brit in the SAME DAMN HAT I just bought. Marvelous!

Waited years to make it over the pond to visit Farlows! It was everything and more than what expected! Great service and knowledge of streams/rivers! The staff world class and the store was like a fly fishing museum! Great products and had a great time catching up on stream tactics and flies!!!!

After fishing happily for over 15 years with my Orvis Clearwater #8 weight recently I found I was starting to tire on the lakes and reaervoirs before the end of day and struggling with presentation. Went to Farlows shop and explained I still wanted to make the long casts but with less effort and good presentation. The assistant recommended the Mackenzie NX1 10' #6. I had never heard of the brand so was a bit sceptical but went with it. Last week I spent the whole day casting from 7.30am to dusk continuously with some of my best ever casting and almost effortlessly. Long casts handling weighty lures and only 2 or 3 back casts. Great advice and great rod.

Went in to look for some saltwater fly fishing gear, bought a Patagonia waterproof jacket and, in the bargain, got bags of really useful, objective, non-pushy advice about rods, reels and lines. Tom was first rate, immensely knowledgeable and generous with his insights, and a genuine pleasure to talk to. Tom left me with the impression of a truly excited and experienced enthusiast, who was interested in what I wanted not what he wanted to sell. Am looking forward to going back. Would recommend them unreservedly.

Two weeks since I order a jacket from Farlow. Still no delivery / tracking number in sight (despite a message 10 days ago announcing me that my order wwould be shipped the following day). The store looks great really but the back office is spoiling the whole experience

My brother and I had an hour to spare after visiting the British Museum on a day trip. Farlows shop is very centrally located on Pall Mall about 2 minutes walk from Trafalgar Square. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about fishing. Very good selection of fly fishing tackle and quality clothing. I hope to return again soon as it's much better to buy from a shop than online. Fallow's prices seemed competitive.

ordered a net. the delivery has been passed from pillar to post, being bombarded with notifications full of misinformation and rearranging my days to accommodate my delivery I Finally cancelled my order. wont be using farlows again

Ridiculously slow service. After 11 days I emailed to ask where my order was, I was told it had been dispatched. After 14 days I then received a dispatch confirmation. Assuming Royal Mail deliver on time that will be 17 days from the date ordered. Very disappointing.

Amazing store in an amazing location ! This Farlows shop offers a lot of high quality products, the place is clean and the employees are very polite. I’ve had to ask for pieces of advice and people made themselves available to answer my questions. Definitely recommend a stop by this store if you fancy fly-fishing and want to see some great quality products. Your wallet may not survive.
