πŸ‘πŸ‘ Fantastic department store that in my opinion is only rivalled by Selfridge's when it comes to upscale brands. This location was clean and tidy during the massive rush of after Christmas sales. I really love browsing the makeup and fragrance sections, everyone was very friendly and helpful whenever... Fantastic department store that in my opinion is only rivalled by Selfridge's when it comes to upscale brands. This location was clean and tidy during the massive rush of after Christmas sales. I really love browsing the makeup and fragrance sections, everyone was very friendly and helpful whenever possible. I never feel pressured by sales agents which is a real plus.

It has strange layout. Not easy to find anything including the cash register. Everything is advertised as 20% of but obviously I've found something excluded from the offer. I wonder how many things are actually reduced. Anyway I've bought nice brooch.

... fantastic 50-60% discounts during our visit, big brands - small prices. layout is typical of dated high street malls, no natural light with low ish ceiling, however, this is giving you the original oxford shopping experience. for the ultra modern shopping experience, obviously, you have the likes of Westfield in Shepherds Bush. the tea room is a must visit.

I never experienced such poor service attitude, I bought a watch as a birthday present for my sister, and I very serious told the staff I need a formal box, as a result, she gave me a very simple box, I even couldn't search such simple box in internet, and I ask for to change a normal box,but the staff said it’s doesn’t allowed,I won’t buy anything in this Swarovski at Oxford street , very bad service!

The customer service was extremely unhelpful and I am very unsatisfied customer. I got a pen for a present which they did not want to exchange it for me. I spoke with the senior sale assistant (Oxford street big shop) because there were no managers available by the time and she lied to me that they do not have any available pens in stock. However, the Swarovski customer service (on the phone) checked straight after and they said that the store has 5 available in stock not in any sets. The shop assistant even though lied that there were not any shops in London that they have the certain pen available in stock and maybe only online they may have it. However, the customer service they assisted me and they told me that the pen is available in House of Fraser which is exactly opposite the shop which is ridiculous unhelpful support by their shop assistant Oxford street shop. I am very unhappy because Swarovski is wasting my time and money to travel due to their lies and unprofessional behavior. In addition, if I order the pen online I need to pay for delivery, and the phone assistant even did not compensate me with the travel cost of the delivery which I already have paid by wasting my time and travel cost to all their shops and listing to their lies. I usually buy my jewelry from them but since their service is unhelpful I would stop because it is only hustle plus I need to exchange the earrings very often because of felling crystals. There is nothing more that they can keep me as their customer anymore. Very unprofessional behavior and I am very unsatisfied customer. I will share my experience whenever is needed as well. In addition, they ruin the feeling of my birthday with all the hustle they gave me because they just transfer the responsibility between the chain and not taking any actions to solve the issue. Very, very, very unhappy, they just think how to sell you staff but do not support you further, not worthy at all!!!

What I cannot find anywhere else, I find it here. Excellent collections from Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Jack Wills with great Sale. Their perfume collection is great as well, again unmatched. Staff are largely helpful. Special credit goes to Christina today for helping me out in The Ralph Lauren and Jack Wills section. Love their Tea Terrace too which has now reopened. Only reason for the 4 stars is that staff could be more helpful and courteous (like Christina) and the Tea Terrace can serve better coffee. But things have improved from pre-lockdown times.

There’s currently a closing down sale in store. 20% off every item, with some items in the beauty section 50% off. Sad to see House of Fraser closing! Do pop in if you’re looking to buy new perfume or last minute gifts before Christmas!

I met a very miserable accident. It may be because I was a young Asian. I found a nice white cardigan at this store. And I watched tagged with 20% off, I decided to buy it. House of Fraser is bargain sale just now. But when I took it to the cashier, she told me that this was not 20% off. A young white part time girl was told that there was no 20% off tag from the beginning. She treat me poorly. She asked me to present my student ID card. I could not afford a discount now beacbuse I didn't have a student ID card. (But I had a passport. If she wanted to see my passport, I think it a crazy. Why I don't know do that.) "Are you buy or not buy? We doesn't bargain sale!" She asked me with high pressure. I say again, all white cardigans were tagged with 20% off. I did not belive her behavior. I was really surprised. I bought it at no discount, even though it is a sale period. The most sad thing is that I treated like a criminate not like a customer, with her agressive voice. And I said that I would like a tax - free receipt for foreigners, with afraid. That young part time girl handed over to the wrong place signature and gave it to me to throw. It doesn't modesty. I was very disgusted. Perhaps because I was a young Asian. In addition, her signature was wrong, so I had to come back to this store again. It is horrible for me. This store does not have education of a young part timer at all.

High quality crystal maker, who sells jewellery, watches and figurines. I collect the figurines in all different animals and characters from Disney and Cartoons.

Love House of Fraser. Shoe department to die for. So sad to see the beautiful, as I call it , Alice in Wonderland cafe gone. What a draw that was for lady shoppers. Replaced by a run of the Mill same as everywhere else type of sanitized cafe. But then I would be classed as old fashioned by todays standards. So sad that House of Fraser has closed stores across the country. Friendly and helpful staff and well laid out merchandise.

We had the best of attention in their sunglasses and perfume departments and we were obvious tourists but that didnt seem to matter to the staff everyone treated very well. We dud make several purchases and we are very happy with them all.

Feels very strange as I am used to see a crowd of shoppers inside the House of Fraser. Nonetheless, the place is well-maintained... smells good as before and the air cooling system is on, never fails. I love the alcohol gel which is provided to disinfect hands! Sweet scent of citrus! 😁 This is the new normal... House of Fraser lives up to its standards. πŸ‘πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ₯‚πŸΎ

Your typical department store, well organised with good variety of goods on offer. Given to a location it's more presentable then others. NOTE: (Company policy-)no refunds on your purchases - just a voucher to use for payment next time in store or on-line

Love the collection. However it would be nice if they would remove tags deligently on billing. Being stopped and checked isn't pleasant at the exit.

The jewellery is excellent and at a reasonable price... the customer service is pretty poor which let's it down considerably. As long as you know what you want all is good I guess In and out pretty quickish
