I
have
been
Victorias
secret
client
for
more
than
10
years
and
still
love
this
brand.
Although
this
store
and
the
level
of
the
service
is
far
below
what
you
would
expect
from
Victoria’s
secret
high
standards.
I
came
to
the
store
last
week
to
buy
couple
new
bras
and
underwear.
As
their
loyal
client
I
absolutely
knew
my
size
and
was
shopping
when
client-manager
asked
me
if
I
need
help
with
the
size.
I
politely
explained
that
I
know,
what
is
my
exact
size,
but
she
insisted,
that
I
need
to
be
measured
every
time
I
shop.
So
I
agreed.
That
woman
showed,
that
actually
she
will
not
measure
me
and
showed
me
some
other
woman,
who
was
a
trainee
(it
came
clear
later),
and
asked
her
to
measure
me.
About
me
-
I’m
tall
fit
woman
with
0+
size
(actually
cup
A
is
sometimes
big
for
me).
However
that
trainee
told
me,
that
my
size
is
30DD.
I
asked,
if
she
knows,
what
is
DD,
and
suggested
her
to
remeasure
me,
as
I
have
never
been
30
and
DD
(my
size
is
34B
or
actually
36A).
But
the
trainee
ignored
me
and
just
told
me,
that
I
need
to
try
DD.
Of
course
I
knew,
it
was
mistake
and
came
to
the
manager
to
give
my
feedback.
I
showed
DD
cup
and
told,
that
I
was
recommended
to
try
it,
although
it’s
giant
for
me.
She
offered
me
to
go
to
fitting
room
for
some
reason,
which
I
didn’t
understand,
as
I
just
started
to
look
for
the
bra
and
didn’t
finish
my
shopping.
In
fitting
room
she
started
to
offer
me
to
try
some
cup,
but
I
told,
that
I
don’t
need
advice
and
just
was
giving
feedback,
that
I
was
not
heard
by
her
colleague
,
which
should
be
important
for
her
as
a
manager.
I
just
wanted
to
show,
that
if
you
offer
help,
you
need
to
hear
your
client
and
shouldn’t
ignore
them,
and
especially
argue.
At
the
end
I
bought
my
size
34B,
I
even
asked
the
another
salesperson
for
the
advice,
as
I
really
started
to
hesitate,
if
I’m
all
right.
She
told,
that
B
cup
is
even
a
little
big
for
me
,
for
sure
DD
cup
is
not
my
size.
So
I
bought
34
B(as
usually).
But
even
then
I
heard
in
fitting
room,
how
manager
was
making
fun
about
me
asking
her
if
I’m
really
DD?
I
really
feel
bad,
that
my
favorite
store
has
such
service,
when
client
is
disrespected
by
the
staff
and
not
heard,
and
I’m
fine,
that
it
was
a
mistake,
I’m
not
fine,
that
staff
ignores
clients
requests
and
allows
themselves
make
fun
(and
client
could
hear
it).
This
is
a
field
to
improve
to
keep
the
brand
client-oriented
and
it’s
high
standards.
