So
a
little
underwhelming.
I
went
to
the
store
in
person,
had
to
change
my
train,
but,
I
thought
it
would
be
worth
it.
I
wanted
to
view
an
in
stock
item
(mask
with
prescription
inserts).
I
arrive
and
there
was
just
a
“no
haven’t
got
it”
No
offer
of
a
restock
date,
maybe
a
sorry
“can
I
take
your
details
and
let
you
know
when
it’s
back
in”
I
was
dealt
with
in
45
seconds
flat
and
that
included
a
trip
to
the
stock
room
to
check
that
their
website
is
wrong!
As
way
of
a
conversation
closer
I
was
just
told
to
check
the
website,
which
has
to
make
you
smile,
as
we
established
that
was
incorrect
in
the
first
10
seconds
of
my
visit.
So
they’re
still
showing
stock
of
the
product
as
I
write
but
I
know
that’s
incorrect.
I
love
the
in-person
retail
experience.
But,
for
it
to
survive
it
has
to
offer
that
little
bit
more.
Today
as
least,
Ocean
Leisure
did
not
manage
this.
That’s
a
shame.
