I wanted to buy some apples so popped into the Apple store. They seem to be out of apples but there were plenty of iPhones and iPads! They have a lovely stairway with lights. As you can see in the photographs with me sitting on them. This is a nice shop if you are an Apple person, or just want to sit and take the weight of your feet for a while. Far too expensive for a bear like me though!

I went with my friend to this Apple Coven Garden store to replace his phone battery. Someone from the repair team took my friend’s iPhone out of its case and just place it on the table, he was moving the iPhone while it is on the table, lenses touch the table surface ,That’s will scratch the lenses. Moreover, They do not know how long the new battery will last even on normal average usage. One of the manager told my friend what can we do for you? When he raised his point to inform that lenses can be scratched when someone from the repair team placing it on the table and moving the phone backwards and forwards while he is chatting with my friend. You can’t take your old battery with you even if you pay £89 for replacement. He said by aggressive way you are not purchasing the battery you do replacements. Huge amount of money to get a new battery replacement plus your new iPhone camera lenses are scratched The question is why? & What does Apple do with all those old batteries? Thanks

One of the most beautifully designed Apple stores I’ve been to. You get all the familiar Apple products in a super spacious space, air-conditioned of courses The design is a mix of modern wood, concrete and glass over a number of floors. Even if you don’t intend or want to buy an Apple product, walk in and check this place out.

You need an appointment to buy an Apple Pencil Cap… what happened to the renown Apple Service in the past decade? Hundred of in store staff facing their backs at you and you need a appointment to buy an 2-3cm item at the Genius Bar? Apple hardware department failed miserably since iPhone X… lack of innovation, service quality, customer centricity and so on…

As someone who visited a fair amount of stores of this particular brand, the Apple Store in Covent Garden stands out. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with this place. The store design is sleek, modern, and well-organized, with an emphasis on simplicity and elegance. The use of natural light is particularly striking, as it floods the space and creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The stunning glass staircase, a hallmark for the store, is a beautiful work of art, with a spiral design that creates a sense of movement and fluidity, adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall design. The intricate construction details of the staircase is particularly telling of the company's search for perfection in everything they do. The location of the store is also excellent, situated in the heart of Covent Garden, one of London's most vibrant and bustling neighborhoods. The store is easily accessible from nearby tube stations and is surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Another unique feature of the store is the greenery throughout the space. Plants and trees are strategically placed , creating a sense of calm and serenity amidst the bustling crowds. There are stools where you can relax, take your time and simply be there, be present at the moment. The combination of natural light, greenery, and the stunning glass staircase creates a refreshing and inviting environment, making it a pleasant space to spend time in.

One of the best Apple stores in London. A great selection of products and very helpful staff. We were looking for a new laptop. The staff answered all our questions, that we had about student discounts and the different offers available. We were able to see the differences between all the laptops, tablets and phones. This kept the teenagers with us entertained for a good half an hour and the shop itself is great from an architectural perspective. Well worth a visit if you are in the Covent Garden area and looking for something to do.

Excellent knowledgeable service from the sales team. Luckily I haven’t had to go to the Genius Bar yet but I love the trees inside the store and the architecture

Was given false information! Came into the store yesterday to pick up a reservation with only a photo of my passport on my phone was told they couldn't accept it. I said okay can it be held if I come in the very next day (today) the girl I was speaking with asked a colleague who confidently told me it will be held for 7 days! I said several times before leaving are you sure as I don't want to come back out of my way to find out its been released to someone else. Her and her colleague both said yes don't worry it will be here. (I have been trying to reserve a phone for weeks!) Long and behold I come back the very next day travelled an hour into central spending travel money SPECIFICALLY for the phone I was told would be held for me, I turn up and they say it's been released already to someone else! Spoke with a manager and he said he'll make sure to keep one aside for me on the next shipment. I hope he keeps this promise up! 🤞 Just think there needs to be clearer training on the reservations! As I feel this isn't the first time it's happened.

I had a very bad experience here. I really wanted to buy an Apple Watch, but no one noticed me. I went to talk to one of the staff and he told me to go ask the others. He was really rude and unprofessional. When I went to ask a salesman, he said that there were 10 minutes to close so he could not allow me to try on the watch. I am extremely disappointing that Covent Garden’s Apple Store treats a customer like this and I will never go back and purchase here. It's extremely terrible. Bye and never come back

Bought the iPhone 13 pro max yesterday. Honestly received the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Friendly, efficient, fast, knowledgeable, helped transfer my old phone data to the new phone, even recommended a restaurant for lunch. I was so impressed. Thank you Scott for your help!

This Apple Store is literally the best one in London. It has three floors, with an endless product range, and step-free access. There is a gigantic glass lift which makes it quicker and easier to get around. They host classes to teach people a certain subject, such as an iPhone photography class, or a MacBook introduction class. This place is the best! I would totally recommend it!

Everyone knows about apple 🍏 it's know for quality and security. This store gives you Max experience about apple products on iphone, iPad, MAC headset and all. The best part of this store is it gives you presentation upon Apple products on a big screen feels like watching a movie 🎥.

Excellent team work. Very easy to deal with. Quite knowledgeable in regard to product. So simple to walk away with a new toy. Try the business account service, it’s a small thing, but they track all your purchases and there may be a reward for loyalty down the line. Five stars all around!

Nice and huge Apple store. The staff need to be a bit more attentive though. And its hard to determine who the staff are 😂 But good service in terms of replacement/repair. My wife brought her phone since Face ID wasn’t working, they just plugged it in a diagnostic software and determined its really not working properly. Then, they replaced it with a new one.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Apple Store today, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional, all thanks to the incredible assistance provided by two outstanding employees, Ted and Vinny. From the moment I walked into the store, Ted and Vinny made me feel like a valued customer. Their warm and welcoming smiles immediately put me at ease, and it was evident that they were genuinely committed to providing top-notch service. I came into the store with a perplexing issue on my Apple device, one that had left me feeling frustrated and helpless. As I approached the Genius Bar, I was met with mixed responses from the other staff, who seemed more interested in brushing off my concerns and suggesting I attempt to fix the problem on my own. However, Ted and Vinny's approach was refreshingly different. Not only did Ted and Vinny listen attentively to my issue, but they also took the time to thoroughly understand the intricacies of the problem. Their technical expertise was nothing short of astounding, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, explaining it to me in a way that was easy to grasp, even for someone not well-versed in tech jargon. What truly set Ted and Vinny apart was their dedication to going the extra mile. They not only resolved the problem I came in with but also performed a comprehensive check on my device to ensure there were no underlying issues. They patiently guided me through each step of the process, answering all my questions with unwavering patience and expertise. Throughout my time at the Apple Store, it was evident that Ted and Vinny had a passion for what they do. They didn't just fix my device; they provided an exceptional customer experience that left me feeling valued and appreciated. Their dedication to their work and commitment to customer satisfaction truly shone through.

Staff easily answered my queries. Did not even spend 5 minutes inside the shop. However, it might be a little different if your purpose of the visit is different than mine because the place is packed with customers. I suggest to book an online appointment to be catered by staff member right away.

Great customer service. Popped in as my Apple Watch had updated over night and I was struggling to find some of the features. Hate updates but helpful staff member quickly explained where to find.

We visited in store to buy two new Apple Watches, easy. We informed the employee we would like to purchase and he told us to queue outside as it wouldn’t be fair to other customers. Safe to say we didn’t queue and they lost the sale. Store needs a rethink on customer priority 😂

I went to the Apple Store in Covent Garden to buy an iPhone . The staff who assisted me were very rude, not listening to my concerns and rejecting the purchase . It was audible to other customers. Despite a previous positive experience with a staff member during the day who offered assistance with backup my phone and had prepared the device , the contrasting behaviour left me feeling upset. The male staff at the reception expressed concern and tried to comfort me, However I decided to go to the Apple Store on RegentStreet to make the purchase, where I encountered no issues. It was a very disappointing experience right at the beginning of the new year.

Great experience today. Visited Apple Covent Garden today, they were super busy. Wanted to find out some info on the new Apple Watch. Met John or Jon who work there. He was super knowledgeable and provided great customer service he listened and responded well. It’s often these days to receive poor customer service but when you see it happen in real practice these days it takes you by surprise. Wow very impressive and refreshing, this guy deserves a raise in salary, he made my experience of visiting there a great one. Well done!

Went to pick up my device on the launch day and the staff was super cheerful and professional. Got me my device in no time and also tried to place a new order only to confirm that the device was sold out. Nonetheless, I was so pleasantly surprised on the efforts being put into customer satisfaction.

An amazing and huge Apple Store. The architecture is beautiful and when you visit there's a lot of space to discover each Apple product. It is very nice that you can visit and do not feel crowded or that it's too small. It's a good experience and especially if you want to take your time to look and try out devices. Each device has a lot of space around and also is of course beautifully presented. The modern design and great location goes very well together. You can also expect a great service from the team working at the store, they are very helpful and knowledgeable when asking questions about the computers.

It’s a beautiful place and well positioned. However, there are not enough sales team to attend people in a rush hour of the day. It took me 30 minutes of waiting to have someone to pay attention to me so I can buy a Apple Watch Series 7. As every Apple product is an expensive, I was willing to have a better time-response from the sales team.

I prefer coming to this Apple store as the staff are always really helpful, friendly and attentive compared to most other stores. I bought an Apple Watch this weekend and was helped by Idil, who was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the product and also super patient with my many questions and long-winded decision making. She made the whole experience really easy and pleasurable.

I see queues everyday... it a popular huge central store. But I actually stopped buying iPhones (each time there is a new one) because of the tech support staff attitude and the whole way it's organized (when you come in with a smashed screen). Here is a tip, maybe manufacture screens that don't crack when you sneeze on them? That's instead of expecting customers to wait for hours while your tech team condescendingly charges £££ to replace it... But that's a utopia?

Great products sold in a store run by arrogant and rude employees. Best to avoid this store and buy online. Had a really bad experience as a customer.

  • 2/5 A M. 2 years ago on Google
Very disappointed in my experience today. Staff are very friendly but I am not sure how competent they are. After being very clear with them about all of the items I wanted and double checking the list with them, I open the box of a new macbook pro to find that it is the wrong colour. Apple is meant to be A-class service. This was D-class at very best. Now I have to go back there for this to exchange it. So annoying.
