STAY AWAY ! Price tag mismatch - very rude - their mistake - no refund I bought from this shop then I discovered they charged me more than the tag price when I asked for refund they said in our policy there is no refund when I asked show me your policy he said outside in the sign. I told him show me he said no I do not care call the police there is no refund. He was very rude! There is no policy written anywhere. He lied to me. I asked the other agent for the refund because it is their mistake he refused. The bill has no items discretiptions what so ever. The time in bill is wrong. I paid with credit card and the name of the shop of the receipt mismatch the name of the shop. In short, BE AWARE! They charge you more than the tag price, there is a very rude agent, and there is no refund even one minute after the purchase.

Products like London hoodies (and many others) are way overpriced (20-35% extra). In the process of negotiating with the manager he would say anything to make you believe that their products are better (because he said so even the labels said otherwise), when the products are practically identical as other shops. I don't know about other world travelers, unfortunately my experience of visiting this store is probably showing the worst side of London's hospitality and honesty.

Extremely rude staff! Broke my 15 year old cousins screen protector and tried to force him to buy a new one. They charged him more than the actual price for an item he had brought before the incident, preying on him because he is young and doesn’t speak English very well. The workers made him cry by talking down to him and making almost threatening comments. This establishment is honestly shocking and if I wish u could give it -5 stars.

Now what used to be the main entrance to the famous Trocadero center. Transformed into what can only now be discribed as a tacky gift shop.

This store it’s called now “London souvenirs”. Last Sunday 08/10/2023 around 2/3pm I saw three of the employees coming outside and trying to beat an old man that was simply talking about Jesus and the gospel. Clearly one of them was the worst and was very annoyed and was speaking words in Arabic very loud(Picture attached). You could see hate on his eyes and nothing major happened cause the old man was recording with a camera that was on his chest cause at some point this Muslim tried to attack him pushing him away but as soon the old man mentioned that was recording he kind a stopped. This people that behave like animals and don’t respect others religions should be allowed in this country cause they’re simply poison, rotten apples.

Ripped me off. Charged me 10 pounds for a bottle of drink that costs no more than £1. No prices were displayed. When the man put the price in the card machine,he did it in such a way that I couldn't see the price. This is a usual practice for them from what I can read from the reviews. Fraudsters!. DO NOT G0 THERE.

It's a store that's currently operating under the name "LONDON SUVENIORS". I chose one lighter and asked for the price and was informed of the price of £2.99. I made a credit card payment and confirmed that £299.99 was paid as soon as the receipt came out. I immediately asked for a refund, but it was rejected. Even though I said I would call the agency and the police, he mocked me saying racist things "Cing-Cheng-Chong."

Rude staff. Merchandise marked up far beyond their worth. Was browsing for some vape juice when a bearded employee started tailing me, asking me if I needed help, which I declined. He still insisted on following me, and when I was browsing he impatiently said “That cost £50 mate, either buy it or get out.” Disgusted at how rude he was and the implication that £50 is too high for my budget (I could honestly afford to buy Beardo and everything he owns with the contents of my back pocket) I spared myself the displeasure of letting them have my business and left their tacky gift shop. Which was lucky too. Upon doing research, there were a lot more shops with much better selections, and MUCH friendlier staff. A tip for tourists and guests not to go here. Place is seedy. Lots of fraud in the other reviews. If you ask me, a one-star is too good for this place. A tip for Beardo: Don’t wear too much cologne and try to get that stick out your back end.

Avoid! the staff are extremely rude. my friend left the shop feeling very uncomfortable after the horrible comments made by the staff. As soon as she payed, not only did she recieved a fake £5 note change, but was also followed by one of the men who worked there. He made comments such as " whats your phone number? do you want to come over tonight we will be all alone" Even after she said she wasnt interested, he still followed her around.

Products overpriced and felt flimsy. Upon entry I was immediately followed by staff member, and when I said I didn't need any help (after being asked), was told to "stop looking miserable". Walked out after this without buying anything.

Great place to buy UK souvenirs. Huge selection of items: pens, mugs, toys, magnets, bags, t shirts, Oxford and London hoodies, and nice paintings. Friendly and helpful staff that will assist your if you have any questions. They tend to play club music which adds a dancing flavour to the atmosphere. Take advantage of their two for one and three for five discounts to delight your family and friends.

A bit confused with the actual name as we saw it display as Souvenirs Megastore. But Souvenirs Megastore is not on google with that name. Well, the other pictures states that this is the one. It’s just next to the Famous Chinese restaurant on Coventry street, London. It’s has a huge collection of many things just not souvenirs. Ranging from small gifts to t-shirts, trousers, mobile cases, footballs, suitcases and many more things. It’s a huge place too and will take you may be up to 30 minutes should you intend to have a clear look and around and buy something after studying the prices.

goes by a different name now, souvenirs megastore i think. went in with my friend in the evening and we were both harassed by 3 men in the store that i assume were workers. was very scary as we are both 18 yo girls and were traveling alone. would not leave us alone and kept following and we could hardly get out the store had to basically run out. i don’t get how this place is still running with all the fraud too.

DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE The name of the store is ‘SOUVENIRS MEGASTORE’ but they often change it The store staff are dangerous, untrustworthy, and violent. They harassed and intimidated my girlfriend and me when we entered. I’ve read reviews stating they even assaulted an elderly man outside the store. Their rudeness was appalling. At the checkout, they scammed us by doubling the bill without any justification, refused to provide a receipt, and denied card payments, effectively stealing our money. This experience was dreadful and unacceptable.

Me and 3 friends entered the store and asked about puff prices, they showed us CBD puffs and then proceeded to tell us they sold Weed Cookies, offering us drugs which in itself is a crime. Then when my friend tried to buy a lighter, they charged a high price of £10 which was not worth it for a lighter, they then dragged my friend by the collar to close to the back of the store and then proceeded to charge him £50 for the cheap tacky lighter. Scam, extortion, offering drugs and assault. Avoid this shop.

If I could give no stars I would because I just had the most awful encounter in this store. Was trying to buy a hat and the employee came up to me and tried to sell it to me on the spot although I wasn’t ready to make my purchase as I wanted to continue to browse and buy more souvenirs. I was holding the hat, and he abruptly snatched it out of my hand and told me not to waste his time. He continued to tell my friends and I to shut up and to go away. I’m glad I didn’t give them my money as that service was disgusting.
