After a disastrous attempted spontaneous shopping trip to Bromley store I ordered 2 iPhones and some accessories online and selected Regent Street store to collect from since I would not go to Bromley store if you paid me. The positives - very easy to get in and collect, the staff are all polite. Unfortunately there are some negatives here - this was Christmas Eve and Regent Street was dead as was the store itself presumably due to the pandemic, but in-spite of this and my attempts to engage with the staff serving me, it was clear to me that all they wanted to do was serve me and get rid of me as soon as possible. I certainly did not leave there with the impression of being a valued customer who had just spend over £2000. As I said above the staff are polite but only for as long as they have to be. Due to my needing to use different payment methods I had made 3 separate transactions which bizarrely led to me being served by 3 separate staff members. Surely you could’ve somehow collated those 3 orders? However, the fact that I was served by 3 separate people as well as the greeter scanning the barcodes has led me to the firm opinion that the attitude and approach of the staff reflects on Apple themselves as an employer rather than the staff themselves. It was like being served by the same person in 3 different bodies. I absolutely love Apple devices and own a phone, watch, HomePod and airpod pro but I think that because it is such an excellent product this has led to an arrogant approach in the stores like they know they don’t have to try very hard because the product is as good as it is. I had never visited an Apple store in person before this week and have visited 2 this week and will definitely not be in a hurry to do so again. From now on I’ll be ordering online via Amazon or John Lewis

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Apple Store on Regent Street in London. I visited the store on September 26th to explore the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, but my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the store was incredibly crowded, making it difficult to move around and view the products comfortably. The lack of space and organization was quite frustrating. Secondly, and more importantly, my visit was marred by a security issue. While I was engrossed in examining the new iPhone, my current iPhone 14 was stolen from my coat pocket. This incident occurred right under the nose of what I assumed were security personnel and surveillance cameras, which was deeply concerning. Despite reporting the theft to the staff immediately, I have not received any updates or assistance regarding the incident. The complete lack of follow-up and security measures at this store is unacceptable for a brand like Apple. I expect a certain level of safety and customer service when visiting an Apple Store, and my recent experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope this review serves as a reminder to the management to address security concerns and improve the overall shopping experience at this location. Until then, I cannot recommend this store to others.

This place is always busy but cant really fault Apple service. Waited 25mins to be serve, but once seen they put full attention on your needs and questions were all answered. I would never buy apple products from elsewhere. The staff are trained and know what theyre selling. Highly recommended to visit store to buy your apple product!

Absolutely amazing store. The staff are 5 ⭐️. I went shopping with my grandsons and a member of staff came over and got them to join in the free classes in the store, whilst I was enquiring about products etc. We actually came back so that my youngest grandson could participate in one of the classes, he wanted to stay longer but we needed to leave

A beautiful store in the heart of London. We did a creative Today at Apple session using Procreate. I loved how the focus was on the drawing skills and that we got to visit Regency Park to practise our sketching skills. Ashley and Tom, you were great fun! One simply must try the Today at Apple sessions! I purchased a charger at the store and the experience was seamless - Apple Pay worked like a charm! I wish there was an Apple Store closer to me. One day…

My eldest took part in one of the workshops they do. Create your invention. The staff were really good and made it super fun. My daughter also got a free t shirt too!

Seems like the Apple Store outgrew its own practicality and functionality. Way too small, way too many people, not enough staff. The staff which is there is friendly but clearly overworked and bearly holding up due to all the stress and pressure. The let's grab a member of staff when someone's free system is clearly not working. I suggest a 3 tier ticketing system instead: 1. Im here to buy and need advice. 2. Im here to browse and need some advice. 3. I need technical support. I really wanted to buy a new laptop but the whole madness was putting me off. (Unrelated to the physical store, I got a specific phone appointment for someone to call me back to reset apple ID password scheduled two weeks away, which in itself is already a rather strange procedure to reset a password, but then no one called me at the given time and day. So I couldnt login to buy anything online either)

Apple do not seem aware that there are exemptions to mask wearing. I wore my exemption badge and refused to wear a visor. (This is what exemption means.) I was put in a roped off area with the couriers. The manager popped over to say someone would be with me. An assistant appeared but could not show me any products as I was not allowed in the showroom. Then after ten minutes discussion with management he relented and said he could 'quickly' take me in. I pointed out that I was not going to spend up to £2k on a brief look at one product. Very poor customer service. Appalling policy. I had to give one star to post this review. But it is NO STARS!

Luke at the Genius Bar was our hero today (24 July 2021). My son and I walked into the Regent Street store with a badly damaged iPhone 11 and a big worry about the cost of the repair. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our appointment, waited dowstairs for about 10 minutes, then went upstairs and were seen by Luke at our appointed time to the minute. Luke listened carefully and patiently and it was clear he genuinely wanted to help; the damage to the phone was quite substantial, so Luke offered us a replacement device, exactly the same spec as the damaged one, at a much lower price than I could ever imagine. Thank you very much for your help, Luke, I can't tell you how grateful I am. May only good things come your way!

Very convenient Apple Store that is a very nice place to be. The store is large and clean with helpful staff. If you have appointments you don’t need to wait and it is very nice process. There are lots of sample of each device from Mac to home gadgets. In the second floor, you can see technical support which is provided by appointment. Everyone is very friendly in there.

In the top 15 Apple stores to visit in the world. Recently remodeled in 2016, the space is airy and bright and includes stone, marble, and hand-cut Venetian smalti glass tile. Regent Street, the most popular shopping street in West London, is one of Apple's largest stores in Europe.

As always, Apple Store is a very nice place to be and experience various tech. Large, bright, clean environment with helpful staff. There’s a large collection of accessories for iPhone and other Apple gadgets. Many demo zones where you can listen to music in AirPods Max or try new Macs and so on. Great job Apple 👏

There was an issue with my wife’s phone. I went to Apple store at Regent street. The executive who handled my case read through the logs, understood my concern and replaced the existing phone with a new one. This actually depicted the real meaning of “customer care”.

For a company that prides itself on customer service, I really think it needs to be improved in this store. I understand when stores get busy people need to wait to be served, but don’t tell them to wait for no reason. Especially when you can see workers free. I’m just saying 🤷🏽

Great store no doubt but very chaotic despite of having an appointment you’ve to wait for a long time even after check in. Don’t expect you’ll be attended on a table for product overview, you will be asked to go to one of the trees and sit there where you’ll be shown your product. Very unhappy as I was not very impressed with the sales team, apparently he was training which took too much of my time. Never visit on weekends x

Wry busy store. Approached a sales person to help me delete my old I phone 6 from apple and I cloud. Sales person just went over verbally although I had mentioned that I am no technical person. Didn’t bother to help resolve my problem. Overall the store was well lighted and all the products on show were connected to try them out. Just extremely busy store and hard to get attention of staff to help you. Advice either go with an appointment or seek an Apple Store that is less busy. Purchased my iPhone 14pro max from another store.

Some employees didn't handle my issue well, despite having an appointment. However, the shift manager and Mr. Musa provided excellent service and resolved the problem.

It's been a few weeks since I have been there to purchase an Ipad with a friend of mine... and had the most amazing customer service, which I cannot allow to go unnoticed... We were assisted by this knowledgeable, friendly and considerate lady, that sat close to her companion, a guide dog... Her abilities to provide for us and answer our questions are to be applauded! me and my friend have mush respect for her and for the company in general, for having her as an employee... It was some time ago that we visited it, yet it's a memorable experience that will stay with us for a while!

My visits to Apple Regent Street have been a great experience. The first time, I forgot my physical ID for a pick-up, but the Apple team kindly prepared my order while I retrieved it. The second time, they efficiently scanned my Apple Wallet's QR code, streamlining the process. The staff was not only friendly but also helpful with my iPhone purchase queries and delivery expectations. A superb combination of service, location, and minimalistic decor

Accompanied my sister today to sort her claim as her phone got stolen and just wanted to appreciate the excellent customer service given by Samuel! Very patient and understanding whilst my sister was facing a-lot of anxiety. He was very calm even though we were facing an unusual amount of trouble putting through the claim and his positive attitude has to be commended!☺️ Such staff should be appreciated and given a raise! Thank you Samuel once again!

This is the best Apple shop I have been to in London! My laptop was fixed in less than a week and the staff cleaned up my laptop like new. A special thanks to the staff and manager who helped me here, my laptop was actually a day out of warranty but they waived the £400+ repair fee for me under the consumer law, I'm really super grateful to them!🫶🫶

A very well-designed store with instant wow factor when you walk in. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and really know the products. Big shout out to Leon and especially Federica on the Genius Bar for helping me out today. Grazie !

This hands on the best Apple Store in London. Super spacious. There is always some tutorials going around n in the centre of the store with a GIANT screen. Not to be missed. Walk upstairs to the area where you can have a one to one session with an expert. Note the grab handle, it’s made of stone. The height of the store is like no other store in Mayfair. The plants make you feel like a nature park. All items are well displayed. Must visit first any Apple fan.

Went into the apple store needing a battery replacement and to get the charger port cleaned. I must say that I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism in their service! They have a very well organised appointment system which allows them to really put their all into helping you at a good pace. They explain everything you need to know and are extremely helpful and friendly whilst doing so. They also helped me find the correct charger plug for my Apple Watch. I must say, that I’m very impressed with the level of service from this apple store and would highly recommend to anyone looking for repairs or to purchase.

This Apple store is really cool and has almost everything you want. Two things which I liked about the store are 1) Staffs are very supportive. 2) You can use anything you want to test the quality and performance. What I didn't like about to the shop was the waiting period was little long because of the crowd over there, and maybe that can be sorted out by hiring more employees (I am ready to be hired ☺️).

Very busy and top buying experience. The day before I placed the order online and needed to collect myself. First I was welcomed as soon as got in and offered to seat while waiting. After few minutes another person came and talked to me. After few minutes a third person came with the box and patiently answered all my questions. I have never felt so important and welcomed in a shop.

In 2019 I bought my Mac book pro. After telling the sales assistant that I needed a Mac book with the largest amount of storage as I work in media. He laughed at me and told me I wouldn't need that much storage. After battling back and forth he convinced me to purchase a much smaller processor and storage Mac book. About 6 months in as I expected it ran out of storage. I have called apple support and visited the genius bar a number of times and all they can recommend is the trade is scheme. Of course their only suggestion is to purchase another product from them and spend more money, rather than actually helping me with the problem I'm facing. The only other suggestion was to delete all my documents. I have deleted as many documents and apps as possible and still don't have enough storage to open my mail. I haven't even got enough storage update the operating system. I'm seriously disappointed in the lack of help or understanding from Apple on this occasion. I'm really stuck between a rock and a hard place and will have to buy another computer (most likely not apple due to the crazy price, which I now definitely cannot afford) unless someone at Apple does help!

Big location on a Main Street. Close to shopping, restaurants and trains. Very friendly in the Genius Bar. Sadly they couldn’t fix my phone and they only did what I had already done at home to resolve the issue where the Apple logo is in an endless loop.

You will get the Apple experience everyone knows and loves: friendly and professional staff, virtually no waiting time, and smooth purchasing experience. Though this particular store has more rules than usual, which causes unnecessary friction. For example, I couldn’t accompany my friend to his Genius appointment. Another time they asked us exactly which one of us will purchase something. I’d appreciate if they were more relaxed

Once inside my specialist was helpful and they did bring someone outside to help before going it, but I didn't like that it took 15-20 min waiting at the door due to covid rule/capacity. I totally appreciate and am glad that they take measures to limit the capacity, but I think they should either not allow people to book online appointments or hold spare capacity for those appointments. If I plan to be there at a certain time for an appointment, I don't expect to be waiting a lot longer. It did seem as well like there wasn't great communication between the staff on how to manage the door.

Great Apple Store with an extensive collection of products and accessories. Staff are friendly and helpful. However the store being where it is can get very busy. Booking early for things like genius support and repair services advisable.
