After
a
disastrous
attempted
spontaneous
shopping
trip
to
Bromley
store
I
ordered
2
iPhones
and
some
accessories
online
and
selected
Regent
Street
store
to
collect
from
since
I
would
not
go
to
Bromley
store
if
you
paid
me.
The
positives
-
very
easy
to
get
in
and
collect,
the
staff
are
all
polite.
Unfortunately
there
are
some
negatives
here
-
this
was
Christmas
Eve
and
Regent
Street
was
dead
as
was
the
store
itself
presumably
due
to
the
pandemic,
but
in-spite
of
this
and
my
attempts
to
engage
with
the
staff
serving
me,
it
was
clear
to
me
that
all
they
wanted
to
do
was
serve
me
and
get
rid
of
me
as
soon
as
possible.
I
certainly
did
not
leave
there
with
the
impression
of
being
a
valued
customer
who
had
just
spend
over
£2000.
As
I
said
above
the
staff
are
polite
but
only
for
as
long
as
they
have
to
be.
Due
to
my
needing
to
use
different
payment
methods
I
had
made
3
separate
transactions
which
bizarrely
led
to
me
being
served
by
3
separate
staff
members.
Surely
you
could’ve
somehow
collated
those
3
orders?
However,
the
fact
that
I
was
served
by
3
separate
people
as
well
as
the
greeter
scanning
the
barcodes
has
led
me
to
the
firm
opinion
that
the
attitude
and
approach
of
the
staff
reflects
on
Apple
themselves
as
an
employer
rather
than
the
staff
themselves.
It
was
like
being
served
by
the
same
person
in
3
different
bodies.
I
absolutely
love
Apple
devices
and
own
a
phone,
watch,
HomePod
and
airpod
pro
but
I
think
that
because
it
is
such
an
excellent
product
this
has
led
to
an
arrogant
approach
in
the
stores
like
they
know
they
don’t
have
to
try
very
hard
because
the
product
is
as
good
as
it
is.
I
had
never
visited
an
Apple
store
in
person
before
this
week
and
have
visited
2
this
week
and
will
definitely
not
be
in
a
hurry
to
do
so
again.
From
now
on
I’ll
be
ordering
online
via
Amazon
or
John
Lewis
