I love this shop, it's one of the best ones. It always has something new and the set up is very nice, clean and tidy. They have a great selection, different ranges of prices, but always affordable 👌. This branch in particular is well looked after, and clean and the staff is quite friendly.

This is one of the largest stores located on Charing Cross Road it has three levels to it and all of the displays were well stocked and well-managed. The shop is located on a busy Charing Cross Road that means there are many ways of getting there by tube to Tottenham Court road station being probably the nearest and a plethora of buses that go to Charing Cross Road.

Always love shopping for crockery and mugs here. Le Creuset, Royal Doulton available at decent prices. Keep an eye out as some items are seconds/imperfect without being clearly labelled so do inspect carefully when selecting to ensure you are happy with what you are buying.

The rare good finds are becoming less and less, many products look as though they were made to sell at cheaper prices in the first place, they do get beautiful triple milled hand soap in a variety of sizes, perfumes and some with very pretty gift boxes pre-wrapped, would make an ideal gift

This place is a great department store! 🏬 TK Maxx (identical to TJ Maxx in the US 🇺🇲) offers a wonderful selection of clothes 👕, home decor 🏺, candy 🍬, and so much more! It's so much fun walking 🚶‍♂️ around the fully stocked shelves and browse the store! 🛒 I wish I could spend more time here! ⏳

Nice store but that old lady on the till (Jane) is so rude and has no customer service skills. She never smiles and it’s like she doesn’t want to be there. Every time she serves me she is huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes and she never even says a word it’s like she is mute

To all dog owners/lovers , DO NOT GO TO THIS TK MAX. Before entering I asked 2 different people from the staff if I could come in with my mini dachshund. They said it was not a problem as long as I kept it with me, then later on some manager came to me almost treating me as if I was stealing something and told me she was allowing me to purchase the products and leave. I explained her that I asked to two other people and no acknowledgement from her side. bad experience overall.

This is a great store. Obviously TK Maxx have lots of shops but this is my favourite. It is handy for Foyles and has lots of stock. Also there are always Italian and French people in here buying stuff so that makes it extra cool. I found some boring trousers for work here, two pairs for less than £40 which is excellent. Also the upstairs feels less soulless than many clothes stores because it somehow retains a sort of Soho shabbiness. Two thumbs up from me.

Recently the choice has gone down. You do not find so much of choice as it used to be. The shop offers products but not lots of choice . You will find only lots of T shirts 👕 only . I wonder if they think of other products people want to buy or see. Before Covid it used to full of choice . Now seems going down

Some good bargains on offer on the sale rails, and new stock had some interesting options. Entrance I used made it look like only handbags and luggage, but much more available on the other floors.

I've only ever been in 2 of this chaos stores...Both appear to be in a state if permanent "Jumble Sale" status... which done people may like? I was looking for some quality, inexpensive glass tumblers...NOTHING! Last time I go there!

I went here for the first time as I work nearby, lovely stuff reasonable prices but the older lady behind the counter was so rude! She clearly does not like her job and takes it out on customers! No hello nothing just a miserable attitude! She needs customer service training! I won't be back here

Good range of clothes for women and men however customer service was extremely poor today. Most staff members on the till lacked customer service and the only thing one member said was do you want a bag. Very disappointed with staff members I came into contact with today.

The seller didn't pack me one package of Belgian chocolates. I didn't notice this deficiency right away because I had 17 items on my bill. However, I noticed that he was packing everything into the bag strangely chaotically. I noticed the lack of Belgian chocolates the next day, when I was far from the store.😭

Amazing products and I have bought more items in the Lewisham branch again because it's so cheap. Excellent service and great value for money.

Service was slow, but nonetheless, I understand retail is a busy business. I got a nice watch for myself and thank you to the lovely lady who served me at the jewellery counter. I just wish it had a better queueing system to fully clear up any misunderstandings on who may be served next. Still recommend it great finds

We found very nice clothes and accessories there. Quality is top notch, prices are good. Overall a must see stores.

You can always find a bargain here. This week, I was looking for something, either bottle green or Christmas Red, to wear, and I walked away very happy.

Some ok deals and the staff is always kind and helpful, but very lacking in plus sizes and the few pieces that are there are so unorganised and unclearly labeled that it makes it incredibly difficult to shop. Also, lots of pieces I looked at were either broken or stained.

Went in today and I was shocked at how much good quality stock they had. I went in for home wares and the basement was full to the brim of stock. The quality was very good and it was not too busy.

My 2 star rating is because I like some of their homeware items, accessories and toiletries. I will never buy clothes here. The way they lay out their clothes stresses me out. It's all just so untidy. Primark is neater than this. Then they only usually have one size of each item. And for a discounted store, their clothes are expensive. Visited there today and was surprised to see how dusty shelves and items were. Some labels were stained. I realise they have a lot of items, but you have to clean them. Not very nice buying a gift for someone and it's all dusty. Then to top it off I had an extremely rude cashier who served me. Rushed me over, gave me a dirty look, but wasn't ready to serve me as she was doing something. So she has me there waiting after rushing me over to her till. She then hands me a bag and makes me pack everything myself. No customer service skills whatsoever. No eye contact, no thanks, no smile, nothing. How she got hired boggles the mind. Then again, looking at the state of the store, she suits the place.

Very chaotic, high prices, and no great quality items. This store was two steps from a thrift store. Clothes and candles tossed all over the place. I wanted to hide my face for coming in here on vacation. This store isn’t a must see. Carry on with your life without it.

Great place to go for branded toiletries and cosmetics, and brilliant for clearance products also. Well worth visit.

We did Christmas shopping from here and it housed a good collection of what one would be looking forward to. We had loads of things and the counter clerk was so helpful in ensuring all our products are well packed and helped us with a staff to maneuver through crowded stalls to the exit.

Very nice staff, allowing us to enter with a small dog in a super hot day helped us to fight with the heat. And also helped our moral to buy quality clothes from their generous selection of clothing.

Big brands for a great prices . I was here last week and I got lots of bargains. Lovely store, the staffs were helpful too.

lovely place to shop.very clean and tidy , well stocked. short queueing time to pay, professional and friendly junior and senior staff. managers are easy to approach if there is any need. Even the store manager -Javid- is regularly present on the shop floor, helping his staff, talking to customers, communicating with floor managers for further improvement.

Love TK Maxx anyways. So many variations ans options go choose from . Love any TK Maxx really. This one is one of the more smaller ones. The lift never seems to work though which is annoying if you've got too many items.

Decent selection nice staff and some unique items.

I really like this tkmaxx brunch. They have a wide range of shoes. Great variety of gold lable clothes, shoes and accessories. And they all are carefully kept, without any scratches and damages, in excellent condition.

Clean and tidy, helpful staff and fairly goos stock. Cant argue
