From the moment I arrived at these bathrooms I had a horrible experience. The ladie infront of me was so kind as to say she had paid extra so i could go for free but when I tried to do so I got shouted at by an old lady supervising and when I tried to explain so continued to shout I need to pay 50p after I did so I was horrified for what I had just paid for. These bathrooms should be free as there is clearly nothing being done with the money many people pay every day for these bathrooms and I have pictures to prove so (even tho I also got shouted at for taking photos by the same woman) it was a horrible experience using these bathrooms and I feel that being charged to use them is absolutely horrendous.

To be honest I could not find this location. My nine year old son wanted to use the toilet while we were near Hyde park corner underground station. Knowing that the public toilet near there were closed (same morning experience) I searched the google map and found this location. Walked almost 600m to find out no sign. When I got the notification that I arrived what I saw was number 81. It didn’t look like a public toilet. Luckily I asked from the burger shop owner just next to the Green park under ground station and he said there is one in the station!!! The station toilet costs 50p no change given. If this sign means the toilet in the underground station please make sure that those who look for it gets correct directions! Worst experience in the city of London and it is a shame that one of leading cities and well known parks do not have easily accessible public toilets

Good old Khan charging people to go to the loo. Obviously the money is not spent on cleaning any of them, where is the cash going then?

Had to pay 50p to use these disgusting toilets. Never again. I think I would rather wet myself. They were absolutely filthy and grim. Most were blocked up and the only two that weren't one had pee all over the seat and the other no lock on the door. Vile I was ill the day after using them and I wouldn't be surprised if I picked up a bug in this dirty place. Worth walking a few yards up the road and using Fortnum and Mason toilets for free.

These toilets are pretty disgusting. I go to Green Park a lot and these are the only toilets available. They are not kept very clean, often some cubicles are out of order. Last time I went there - pre Covid -hand dryer was not working and often hardly any soap available. Quite frankly, having to pay for them is a joke and whoever is in charge of these loos should be damned ashamed. Doesn't show London in a good light for any visitors or for Londoners.

PLEASE PUT PROPER SIGNAGE UP IN THE STREET!!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. If you are looking for the toilets, head into green park station and ask someone to guide you.

What a cess pit. Westminster council that is disgusting. This is one of the prime tourist spots in London and that is the level "public" toilets that you offer... If I could put zero stars I would. Lived and worked in London for 20 years and that has to be about the worst hole I have seen. Surely all the money you make from parking and associated fines, you could have good toilets.

Entry gate doesn’t take the correct change. I had paid double the amount to get in. Daylight robbery. Lady by the door is very aggressive. State of toilet is poor with doors not locking. Hand dryer is a very old one which is not working either. No hand paper either! Dirty toilet with very old seats

Β£0.50 pay toilets, INSIDE Green Park Station, behind ticket gates and follow signs. Note that no change is given, but it accepts coins up to Β£2.

A bit worn out but clean enough not stinky and the barrier was open so no charge, that’ll do. Oh and go in the underground from the park entrance and then turn left

Terrible place with no cashless options! Im happy to pay but have no cash, lady was rude and accused me of cheating. Would rather pee on the floor than visiting again.

Disgraceful for 50p, you can't even pay by card - who carries change these days?! Ladies toilets stink, most of them don't work and were blocked off by bins, the ones that do are dirty and disgusting. There's no way I would have paid if I hadn't been desperate.

Found it to be free, great location. Wonderful vintage decor. Superb access to beerios in M&S and Ray's in green Park. What more can a man ask for

You have to pay to enter which is far enough… if only they’d give you the option to pay with your card! But no, this is central London in 2023 and you can only pay cash. And the rude lady there, what a shame!

When are you going to realize people might not carry cash.

😠 Really awkward ...50p...What if one does not have a 50p coin or even a £1 coin (no change) and one is d-e-s-p-e-r-a-t-e. We are not allowed to use cash now for purchases whilst still in lockdown, I no longer possess any 50p pieces, so either make all the lavs free or bother to install card readers...
