I would strongly recommend not parking here. Our car was broken into as we stayed overnight in the Holiday Inn above. It's not secure, there's no attendant, it seems to be a recurring problem in the car park, and I wish I'd read the other reviews before parking there. There's another car park really close about 3-5 mins walk away, I'd really recommend parking there. Apparently there's no CCTV either - which just shows NCP's disregard for protecting the interests of their customers.

**WARNING** Under no circumstances use this car park, our car was broke into, there is no security just wish I had taken the time to read all the reviews. :-( This must be a regular thing as the hotel were very helpful in cleaning up the glass and were well prepared covering up the rear window so we could drive the car home. You should be able to give no stars on this review

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. Parked here for the day while my son was having surgery. Returned late that night to find rear window smashed and 2 x overnight bags missing. Initially found someone else’s bags at the front of my car. Then found our bags opened and clothes, nappies etc strewn all over the car park floor. I really should have read the previous reviews. There is clearly a gang hitting this location regularly and it’s veen going on for a while. Zero security on site. Avoid.

Under no circumstances use this Car Park. Parked last Saturday as I needed to be in work quickly as a Key Worker. Returned after an 11 hour shift to find the rear windscreen had been smashed. Absolutely soul distroying having been at work to help others. On top of this I couldn't get out of the car park as the exit barrier was jammed and their card reader was faulty. Absouletly horrible experience.

This parking lot is very dangerous. It's out of law. Cars were smashed in the parking lot for days on end, things were stolen, and thieves were rampant. No one was responsible for this, not even calling the police. If the police wanted to make a difference, they could have been there at night, but sadly they didn't care. This shocked me, because in my country, people's life and property are above everything else. All in all, the inaction of the NCP staff and the London police gave me a new understanding of the UK as a so called developed country.

If you are reading this post with regards to parking DO NOT PARK in this car park!!!! Holiday Inn Regents Street recommend this as their nearest parking as it is located underneath their building, there have been multiple break ins momentarily. We arrived and parked outside the hotel, a car had been broken into and all their luggage stolen whilst they checked in! We checked in, and drove our car down to the car park, another car had been broken into,and rough sleepers were sleeping underneath next to a broken in car! DO NOT PARK HERE! this is a regular thing and NCP should be addressing this and instilling a permanent security programmes to stop this or staff to man this car park. Utterly disappointed and disgusted!

Never park at this place. Our car was broken into and my husband's laptop and important work documents stolen as well as handbag, sunglasses and several other items from our boot. There is an abandoned car with belongings around it which seems to be used for sleeping by, smells terrible. There was several other piles of glass around the carpark, obviously break ins happen very regularly. NCP aren't interested in these issues and there's no CCTV coverage of the carpark, only the entrance and exit.

DO NOT PARK IN THIS CAR PARK ! CARS ARE FREQUENTLY BROKEN INTO ! Our car was broke into and security was not there for about 25 minutes when we arrived, security ‘officer’ said he “watched it happen and ‘tried’ to ring the police”. When asked if this incident happens often, the officer told us it only happened once about a month earlier, however after seeing the reviews we have realized this was untrue as it has been happening much, much more often with incidents dating back more than a year ago. DO NOT STAY AT THIS CAR PARK.

No security present, window smashed and bag stolen, do not park there ever!!

Prices as you'd expect in London but easy to access via the app

Access is tight with high kerbs. Ceiling low in places so couldn't fully open the boot hatch. Broken car window glass o the ground was concerning. But reasonably well lit. No issues though and would park there again.

Well lit, but difficult to find the entrance (you have to go towards the hotel) and poor pedestrian exit instructions
