Visiting London from out of town and heard this chicken was a must have, so we travelled across London for it. It did not disappoint. We had the jerk chicken and jerk beef rib - both were beautiful, so so tasty. Recommend having without sauce to get the full flavour of the marinade. Both juicy and tender. Definitely worth the trip!

I’ve been waiting to eat here for a while but the closing and opening times disrupted with my own schedule, finally got a meal and it exceeded my expectations, it’s so delicious and customer service was so lovely !! I will definitely be visiting more often, highly recommended!!!

Food ok - but no prices on the menu so surprised to be charged £15 for some rice and curry. Incredibly disorganised for 2 people. Waited for almost 20mins to scoop some rice and stew into a box. Served a box of bones and gristle. Have a “ticket” system that somehow couldn’t work. The way one of the women spoke to a non-English speaking person was embarrassing and cringy. Never again.

Went here for my lunch break, food was 10/10 good size portions. Queue can get busy during peak hours, but defo worth it.

Amazing food and atmosphere. It was an authentic Jamaican culinary experience, with a very warm and chatty staff. Loved this little shack in the park, highly recommended for a laid back, casual snack/lunch with friends/family! See you again soon!

I've had carribean food in the Carribbean Islands, plus in New York and here in London - And this is amongst the best. Delicious, good value for money. The curry goat, oxtail, Jerk Chicken, cow foot and beef soup are all tremendous. The couple running the stall are the sweetest and friendliest. Support a local business!

The best Caribbean food in london, the chicken is barbecued fresh in the park. I have tried all of their food, and I rate it 10 out 10. These guys have been here for years, and when you taste their food, you will know why. They make the best curry goat and oxtail. Their portions are big and one size, they will have different food on the menu on each day but they always serve jerk chicken every day, come early to get the food because they can be big ques.

I have got to this place based on a recommendation of my friend. And after experiencing the meal form the place, I would do the same. I had never got jerk chicken before visiting this place, but when I got to the stand, I heard just praises form people around. I can agree that the taste is amazing and the portion size makes you very full. There is no sitting area directly at the place, it's mostly the stand in a park. The meals are served directly in take away boxes. I ate my portion while sitting at a bench in the park. It's the best/easiest to eat the meal with your own hands, especially the chicken. Because of that, you will have your hands dirty and suitable for washing afterwards. I have found some tap with water in the park, which is very convenient for this kind of case. Expect a long queue, and I mean really long and slowly moving queue, to get your meal. Get to the place earlier, because the meals are sold out for the day at 1 PM without any problem.

Great, flavourful and affordable food! Had their jerk chicken and oxtail with rice and peas. Will definitely come back to try more. Do check out their Facebook page for their daily menu and if they are open for the day.

We live in scotland and came dowm for a holiday on a mission to try all the best foods that we cannot try in the highlands. We decided to try this place and it was everything we wanted and even better. The lady was lovely and helped us with any questions. Everyone there was very hospitable which made it so much nicer. We tried jerk chicken with rice and peas and it was probably the best thing i have ever had i recommend anyone to try it. We shared one portion between the two of us and it was a good amount for lunch. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough i was thinking about that chicken for hours after and probably even will for days and the pineapple soft drink was also amazing! The guy said he wants to move to Scotland and omg i hope he does cause i would travel anywhere to get another piece of that. I hope this post will be enough to convince his wife :)

Really good Jerk Chicken, tender and flavorful but the rice is too dry. Big portion for £7.

If you are in Waterloo area which is very close to the train station and you fancy west Indian food; which has an authentic taste don't look no further, they have a number of different dishes which change on a daily basis. They cater for vegetarians, fish & meat lovers (No Pork, Rasta don't dine with swine) but you must not forget there signature dish Jamaican Jerk Chicken 🔥which is second to none. They also make a number of homemade jucies to compliment every meal which you may decide to order. You won't come across a family owned business which is 💯% commited to pleasing each and every customer day in day out, to offer you value for money and so much food for the public, tourist and office staff in the surrounding area. Thanks Jerk In Da Park keep up the excellent work it's more than appreciated.

Very well cooked, juicy chicken with chared skin, authentically cooked in a barrel. Lovely rice and fresh salad with a bit of the gravy on the rice was a good touch. My only criticism would be that the jerk rub/marinade wasn't strong enough for me. However, I would definitely go back.

Staying at the Hampton, looking for authentic Jamaican food…found it at Jerk in da Park. Just a walk down the block to the park. Jerk chicken with rice and peas, oxtail with rice and peas, and bun an cheese for under £25! With good portion size? Could never find these prices in the States. Definitely stop by if you have tastebuds and want them to get excited.

Absolutely phenomenal food and great customer service with a smile. Never have I been so full in my life, the portions are epic. This has now become my regular Caribbean, don't miss out.

Kind of disappointed to be honest. Had the beef ribs as the jerk chicken was more than a half hour wait. The pieces I got weren't tender at all and were a very fatty cut. The mix itself was extremely spicy and didn't make for a pleasant culinary experience. I've had much better Caribbean food in London.
