Shocking, very long unloading times. There should be a box on entry signed "Leave Here, Will to Live And Sense Of Humour, Collect On Exit".

Very disappointed yesterday I been to do the shopping I was at the scanning place was waiting front customer things was scanning by the guy suddenly the customer bring 6 bags of the ice cream & frozen items, still the customer not finished by the time he scan he went to take more. I told the staff this is not right way, but he didn’t say anything, I just left from there I NEVER EVER COME BACK. Can’t recommend anyone. Very bad service

Good customer service and manager is very help full and he personally find products for me which I couldn't find Thanks to Ejaz Ali (manager)

When I shopped at this branch recently, I received the worst customer service I have ever received from a wholesaler. The member of staff who served me at the checkout didn’t know the meaning of customer service. Level of service received was just not acceptable. Even though the depo looked understaffed, this individual definitely shouldn’t have been dealing with customers. When I tried to speak to the depo manager to express my concerns, he refused to talk to me claiming he was too busy. He was extremely rude and arrogant. From the depo managers behaviour it is very obvious if you are looking to build a good understanding with your depo manager then this depo isn’t for you. This was definitely the worst wholesale depo I have ever shopped at.

BESTWAY is my life in good way

Management / operations / stock and inventory management is awful. Would avoid using click and collect or delivery - they don't have half the items (despite saying in stock online) and will let you turn up to collect your stock and it's not ready for another 48 hours. It's less hassle going in yourself. Will be the last time I use them.

Very poor customer service. Rude and lacking communication skills. They need retrain their staff. I don’t think any one will take notice of this comment or some of the other low rated comments too. I would give less if I could. Sort it out Bestway (not any more).

signed up weeks ago, went to the depot and they didnt have any record. Given another application to fill and a day pass. The place is huge, the stock is limited for its size. Staff are mostly not aware of customer service skill, freezer section is a waste of space. Overall a bad experience and I will stick to JJ Foods.

Travelled all the way there to find out that they close at 3 while on their website it says 8pm All bestway venues have updated their opening hours expect this one

Plenty of space for large trucks if collecting. Though could do with some signs up explaining where drivers need to go to submit documents. Staff are generally helpful.

Best way abbey road main office and place where you are likely to spend many an hour waiting to be unloaded . On the plus side their yard is huge out the back so plenty of room for truckers to have their 45. also there is a bog for drivers to use with the usual plastic teapot thing in it which these places seem to have , what that's for I have no idea

Easy to shop need a scooter to get around that me personally Everything you need apart from clothing Two star because no one is sanitising the trolleys after customer use

Not what I was expecting Shelves empty, very sad looking cash & carry Haven't shopped at Bestway for quite some time, but its really not worth the visit
