Excellent service for an excellent value. Highly recommend. Did a very good job on a pair of boots. One of the few shoe shine businesses that actually answers their phone or at least gets back to the customer. Kept me updated as well to tell me when they were ready for pick up.

Great little gem inside the Hilton hotel lobby. Steven is a gentleman who takes pride in his craft, took his time and knew exactly what to do to bring about a fantastic shine for some tired old brown shoes (which I was about to retire in a a few months)! Couldn’t be friendlier, faster, not better at what he does. I took in a ton of my old shoes and some newer ones which had just been treated by a supposed top London shoe carer. Shoeshine U.K. started work that night and told me the reason some of the newer shoes looked worse for wear is because the previous polisher almost ruined them by using acrylic spray to get a short term shine! Shoeshine U.K. managed to revive them and worked his magic fortunately. He’s the real deal, if you want to give your shoes the best possible treatment, head her.

This is the place to go to get your shoes shined, when I say shined I mean getting one hell of a shine, I wanted a shoe shine and googled reviews and thought this looks very good and I wasn't disappointed at all. The chap who does it is very friendly and helpful. He has a vast knowledge on how to take care of your shoes, boots, ballet pumps... Last one isn't mine I saw a pair he was fixing up which looked from seriously used to brand new. He can repatina any shoe, boot, trainers etcetera. It's like magic from work down, scratched, scuffed to a beautiful finish. It costs money but to me it's value for money you see what he does and think they look so much better and a cobbler can do the heels and soles but he is an artist in what he can do for you. I've worked with Steven for many years and his work still continues to impress me. The service is highly valuable to us and our clients when we need a superior level of finish to our shoes & bags.

First and foremost, the man behind this service (Steven) is a true gent. Secondly, what an outstanding skillset this man has and very unique in the sense I have yet to see anyone replicate what he does on the scale he's able to achieve results. He has done many of my shoes and when I took it into him, I didn't realise and was sceptical that it could be restored to life again. He also recently done my leather jacket when I tried taking it to other leather specialists - they said they could not guarantee to fix the problem. Steven on the other hand unequivocally told me that he would get it as a good as new. Which to be fair I was slightly doubtful he could achieve what I wanted. Essentially, the jacket lost colour in two places with two annoying spots at the back of the jacket somehow the dye was stripped off. He managed to completely eradicate those spots and buff the whole jacket which was virtually made to look if I had just picked it up off the rack. Bravo Steven, I will continue to use and recommend you to as many people as I possibly can.

Having given many pairs of shoes for brilliant patina touch-ups and perfect mirror shines, it was an amazing sight to behold seeing my old boots take on a whole new lease of life during an on-the-feet full-colour patina transformation. The one and only person for all leather needs in London.
