Please could someone let the angry man in the black suit know that it is not necessary to intimidate customers, shouting "FINISH!", as they try and use the self-service station. I'd rather not feel a need to accompany my partner when they go to post something to ensure they're not bullied by Post Office staff. Next time I will be lodging a complaint; pandemic or not, you cannot treat people so poorly.

Giving 2 stars as eventually the other colleagues were nice but, the first counter refused to serve me as there was no barcode on the email I received from Amazon?? There was none! She was so rude that I strongly believe that if you don't like your job, other people would love it and do it better than you. Thanks

We had to post our COVID-19 Test to Release tests. We were there before 09:00. By 20:13 they were registered at Stockwell DO, a short distance away. They did not meet the 24-hour tracking deadline that had been paid for. Terrible service from Royal Mail. As a result more than 48 hours after posting the parcel I’m waiting for the confirmation of the tests results. Woeful, inconvenient and expensive. Shame on you Royal Mail. @royalmailofficial

Generally aggressive staff, self service tills tend to be broken. For certified documents you need to take your own photo copies they do not have a scanner or printer. One or two helpful staff but they are a minority.

After not being able to post in another royal mail and wasted an hour of my working day. I arrived to this post office. There was a lady in front of me, and there were two counters, I proceeded to the second counter. The moment I was in front of it, the lady behind the till started being very aggressive with me. She blamed me of cutting the cue and making assumptions, and as I was trying to explain myself, and I said sorry btw, she didn't listen to me and tried to shut me down after releasing her poison on me and blamed me of arguing with her. In reality she was the one who started an argument with me. Very very poor customer service, no need to attack to the customer, I am not the enemy. If you are not capable of interacting with a customer in a polite manner, you should not be there. You have no right to treat me like that.

Wow what a poorly run post office!!, the staff generally look miserable and one guy Gerry in dark suit at money counter, should not be in a customer facing role at all, as he is really rude with ZERO customer skills. Management where are you, speak to your team and sort out this really poor show.

Friendly staff that will go above and beyond. There has been a few times I have arrived with quite a few letters to be sent internationally which now takes much longer, Nattu has stayed on beyond closing helping me send them with a friendly smile! Such lovely staff!

Awesome staff, amazing experience every time I visit they’re always very helpful with different packages 📦 I send ✉️ giving me useful information on international shipping which I do post from time to time ⏳. The wait time is good as people get serviced quickly. Great branch keep up the good work and continue providing that great service 🏤 looking forward to my next visit! Self service machines available as well as counter service good covid 19 floor markings and plastic separators at counters, can get quite busy at times with queuing outside, staff reasonably friendly, terrible rates on foreign currency exchange

Staff are wonderful - so friendly, hard-working, efficient and helpful. Naatu is absolutely brilliant (highlight of my day when I come in) and the rest of the team (Penny, Lydia, Bee, Naresh, Dinesh, Jerry and Vince) are fantastic too. I post items daily for an e-commerce business and they make this such a welcoming space - my favourite logistics service by far!!!

This is my local post office branch. I always have a lovely experience in this branch, all the staff are friendly especially Naatu who always welcomes me and my children with a friendly smile. It's a small branch with a wonderful team!!

Gerry and Naatu performed just beautifully - such a great effort. They stayed behind after the post office had closed and fashioned me a bigger box out of smaller boxes. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while

Great customer service! Vince, who helped me with my parcels was really friendly and helpful. He even helped me label all my parcels correctly and choose the best shipping options! I didn't have to wait long in line, which was a relief!

Wow! I’ve just had an incredible experience at this Post Office. I went in with a large box I wanted to send to the US and the member of staff at the till could not have been more helpful. She was amazing; very patient with explaining the various Price Bands for the required insurance, helped to seal the box properly, and even provided some sellotape because the one I had used was apparently not very durable. I can’t remember her name but I hope she sees this - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Walking to an empty counter warrants no acknowledgment from the unoccupied staff, who continue to talk about their person life. Really could do with sacking the current ingrates and hiring people who understand the concept of customer service.

A modern post office with good facilities, well managed and helpful team - the staff are always polite and helpful. It's just a shame you can't use the self service machines easily / they are often out of order.

I went here on what I thought was a busy day but I had no queue and a very friendly staff member ready and willing to help. A very cheerful service and so quick and easy. One of the better Post Office experiences in a long while. It can get busy at times but there are self-service machines for most needs. There’s also a dedicated business and travel counter which is ideal.

So disappointing. Queues are some of the longest I’ve seen, staff are not always helpful and the closing times are unclear. They say they close at 4:30 but really it’s more like 4:15 as I wasn’t let in on a number of occasions.

One of assistants who is in black suit is rude. Just rude. He said to me some words including "silly" Can you believe that? Oh my God!

Over the last year, I’ve had to do a lot of paperwork for passports and official documentation. All of the members of staff have different attitudes; some want to help you, some don’t. In some instances, I was told by one person that a service could not be delivered by the branch, when I disputed it and asked to speak to the manager, 99.9% of the time I was helped. One thing is not knowing, the other is not wanting to know. They generally have queues. More than once I’ve had to queue for some time to then be told that they did not make photocopies 🤦‍♀️. (The pharmacy around the corner, facing the park, has a photocopier, by the way!)

How difficult could it be to update your opening hours for Spring Bank Holiday? Showed as open on all internet resources including Google and Postoffice.co.uk

Always had a good experience here and found the staff to be helpful. One of the best equipped post offices I’ve been to. Sometimes bit short staffed but that is normally only at peak times.
